Lovely team came to clean my home of 40 years who were amazing. A thorough clean was carried out with 3 lovely members fully equipped that I did not need to provide anything. This is my fifth time using their services for a one off deep clean, I have not been let down even when they had to provide a free re-clean at one of the visits. They are extremely friendly with easy approach. It is like I return to a brand new home each time when they attend even though I have had different teams sent sometimes surprisingly all have been very pleasant experiences for me and my husband. I have used other companies in the past but never close to how good this company really is. They are very wanting to please everybody and meet their requirements. I am very happy and will be returning very soon.

Nicole and Marius performed our end of tenancy house clean and did a fantastic job. The house was a large four bedroom property and the final product fully succeeded my expectations! They were both very professional and friendly, and I would not hesitate to call on them for future cleans! Fully recommend. Thanks again both! Hope

The cleaning was excellent - my cooker is as clean as the day I bought it! The cleaner was polite and professional, updating me on which room would be next so that I could settle myself elsewhere. A very efficient service from a hardworking young man.

I hired Hello Services to conduct an end of tenancy clean before I moved into my new home. Throughout the quote and finalising of services, the customer services team were extremely helpful even when I needed to move the cleaning twice. The cleaning team (Nicole and Marius) were just as phenomenal. When walking through the house they noticed some areas weren’t on the list to clean but were willing to add it to the list. The house was spotless when they were done - all dust removed, carpets deep cleaned, spiders and spiderwebs gone, and all appliances thoroughly cleaned. They made sure everything was clean, including under beds and sofas, and that we were happy with the clean before they left. I was very happy!

Very pleased with the work done by the two men that came (sorry I didn’t get their names). When they were running late due to bad traffic in the M25 they called to advise me. Once they arrived they started work immediately on an end of tenancy clean of my 2 bed flat. I didn’t stay and they left the keys as agreed after they had finished, and called me to say they’d finished. When I visited a few days later, I was very pleased with the standard of work and the cleanliness of the flat. The oven was spotless too. The kitchen and bathrooms were in need of the most work but they now look ready enough for me to rent the flat out to new tenants. A great result - many thanks guys.

I booked the service at 10pm last night was the job was completed by 2pm the next day at very short notice. Adam arrived earlier than expected which was great. He was very friendly and got two IKEA bed side tables and a wardrobe storage unit built in under 2 hours. He also kindly helped my flat mate by using a power drill to make sure her furniture was secured properly. Would definitely recommend him!

4 wonderful cleaners rocked up and got to work straight away! They were efficient, quick and did an amazing job! JK and his assistant on time spent 4 hours cleaning the one bedroom flat excellent job the bathroom sparkled and the well used oven in the kitchen was gleaming like new. Great professionals. Did a fantastic job

Anna and Zuzanna arrived promptly and worked their socks off for a little over 6 hours on a deep clean of my 4 bed, 3 bath, 3 reception house. This included a deep clean of my oven (which was a full day's job in itself in my opinion!), hob extractor, microwave and dishwasher as well as all the interior windows. Tiled floors and walls in the conservatory, kitchen, utility and bathrooms were all steamed within an inch of their lives and are now gleaming. They were both friendly and courteous, asking me to check their work as they went along, even pointing out potential issues along the way, and rectified one minor oversight immediately and without question. The clean was brilliant and I would definitely book these two again! Many thanks x

Adam and Jean were brilliant! Great communication with me and left my rental property in excellent condition ready for tenants. They specialise in Essex so anyone looking for a cleaner in that area, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic service! Communication was great, received an email reminder a day before and a call on the day. Loredana and her colleague were very friendly and worked really hard despite the heat today and went above and beyond to make the flat spotless. Safe to say the flat was even in a better state than when we moved in - fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, cooker hood, bath and sinks were deep cleaned and look like brand new! Very impressed with the service received, thank you! Would definitely recommend Hello Services!

Great move-out house cleaners We hired Hello Services to provide a deep clean following our moving out of a rental house. They were responsive, cheap, and did an amazing job. We're thrilled with how well they cleaned.

I've never used Hello Vans before but found them to be very efficient and responsive to emails. Their quote was competitive and reasonable. I was so impressed with our Moving Team, they were professional, friendly and courteous. They rocked up 10mins before the booking time and got straight to loading the van and taking great care of our belongings. They made our move stress free. They were absolute superstars! Nicole and Marius from hello services are great! Did a end of tenancy cleaning for a 1 bedroom flat. Managed to get some pretty limescale encrusted sinks & bath looking brand new. Did an amazing job on the kitchen, oven and extractor too. They are friendly and professional - Highly recommended!
