Hello Services done an absolutely outstanding job doing an end of tenancy clean on the property i was renting. Made the apartment look brand new again!! Will recommend them to anyone who ever asks for a cleaner. 10/10

Needed our new 2 bed house to be cleaned after we moved in. It only took a few hours and was sparkling clean when I came back. It was cleaned so nicely and both Anna and another lady where great! Very accommodating and helpful and the place was shiny and felt brand new!

Excellent service was exceptional. They arrive promptly on time were auger efficient and left the house gleaming. The windows were so clean mr son thought there was a pane out of the glass. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Efficient and great service - cleaned the property we were moving into

We had arranged for a deep clean of our new property, carpets and sofas following a house move. Following a complicated completion date, we had to rearrange our service for the next day. Despite this, Ioana and her team were very kind and understanding, and helped me to rearrange the deep clean for the next day without fuss. Ioana and her team arrived promptly. Ioana and I had a chat upon her arrival where she asked if I had any particular areas in the property which I felt needed extra attention. She explained what will be happening and gave aftercare instructions for the carpet following it’s shampoo. The team were professional, friendly and worked incredibly hard to make our new house a home. The property, carpets and sofas were spotless and the house smelt so fresh. Following the deep clean I was invited to inspect the property to ensure I was satisfied before the team left. My sincere thanks to Ioana and her team for such excellent service - I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Had our flat deep cleaned after building work completed. Very happy with the service provided by the cleaning team. Friendly, thorough and professional service. Would happily use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Fantastic, that’s all I can say. Nicole and Marius are 110% committed to doing the perfect job. My new home was left in a disgusting state but now it’s like brand new thanks to Nicole and Marius, they worked so hard and I can’t thank them enough. Would totally recommend.

Anna and her colleague did a brilliant job on our flat in Nottingham Centre. The carpets in particular look great after the work they put in. We also appreciated small touches like her ringing us to let us know they were almost finished (as we had left the flat during the cleaning). Would recommend.

Oh the relief! We've had a terrible year: illness, surgery, deaths (and that's before we get to Covid). Despite all we could do, the house was filthy. We showed the team around, told them not to touch the books (we have thousands, you could see their relief), locked the cats up and went out for the day. We returned to a house gleaming with cleanliness. We could not be more grateful.

Simple to book and easy to use. the online service made it very easy to book, then arranging the actual deep clean was simple. I booked a deep clean, the team arrived on time as scheduled. The service was great, you could feel that there was a deep clean, I was happy with the outcome and would use them again.

Absolutely brilliant. A convenient website to book appointments and list all the jobs required. The team arrived on time warning me in advance that they are about to come. They cleaned everything so thoroughly that they found all the items I missed inside the furniture. Also, all the work was done very quickly, I didn't expect such speed. Adriana, the team lead, was very lovely and she definitely made sure that the team paid attention to every detail by providing feedback to the team mates when it was necessary. Great customer service and great quality of work.

I would highly recommend Hello Services for their deep cleaning services. They were very prompt at booking us in at short notice and compared to other cleaning services offered very good value for money. Jay and his co-worker from Hello Services were really excellent. They were professional, courteous, very hard working and cleaned every single surface to a very high standard. The property looked spotless by the end!
