Excellent service and cleaning

I requested Hello Services to clean a large range stove/hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. They were able to come and clean everything within 24 hours and meant that we could move into our new rental with freshly cleaned appliances. So grateful for the team to be able to come at short notice for very reasonable price and they were all very lovely and friendly on top. Couldn't have asked for more, thank you.

Really happy with the service and what yamba did

The company was very efficient and the online contact was brilliant. The work was contracted out to a local company and they did a brilliant job cleaning the two ovens and left the kitchen spotless afterwards. They were late arriving but had phoned me to let me know they would be late. Could not fault anything except they were more expensive than booking a cleaning company directly but the work was good and I needed it doing quickly and they delivered what I wanted.

The team was nearly an hour late but they did call me to check they could still come which was good. They were very efficient and did a lovely job of my oven. I had other quotes and Hello Services were very expensive compared to other companies by £30 to £40.

The team was professional, mannerly and did a super great cleaning job! They were just great. However, there is a nick on the corner of the television screen that has rendered it useless. The tv must be super sensitive to be broken from this Nick. I’d be happy to send photos. Do you have insurance that can help us to replace this tv? Team Yamba carried out an excellent deep clean of my house today. From my initial enquiry to the finished delivery, this has been an excellent service. Friendly, quality clean which covered everything I had hoped for. I highly recommend.

The End of Tenancy cleaning was first class, covering the carpets, wood flooring, windows, light shades, kitchen utilities, sun lounge and even the garage. The house has never looked better and was extremely well received by the new owners.i would definitely recommend Hello Services if you are moving home and want the house looking great for the new owners.

Very well and thoroughly cleaned, on time and in constant communication. As I don’t live in the property that was being cleaned, communication about keys and pick ups was essential. Very satisfied.

The two guys who did the job were excellent- (Ali & Ishmael) . The carpet cleaning was particularly successful . They were personable, polite , and very thorough. The problem with HELLO SERVICES was the shambles over the correct payment to pay the money. I.e. 2 days before the job was due to be done you gave me an account which was out of date. In these days of scams / fraud this is unsatisfactory.

My first time using this company for a moving in clean & I could not have been more impressed. Timely arrival, Dara & team were amazing, and they did a super job for me. When they'd finished my flat looked brand new & smelled so clean! I look forward to working with them again in the future°

Your team was really friendly and very polite. We had a end of tenancy cleaning booked and they came well equipped. I have not seen the end result - we had to leave. But I do trust that they did a great job. The whole process of booking the cleaning was very easy - there was always someone answering the phone if I had question. Very happy customer here.
