Saya and her team were great. The best customer service. Cleaning was higher than 5 star. They went out of their way to make sure my end of tenancy clean was more than what I expected.

Super impressed. Booked an end of tenancy clean, and could not be happier with the results. I think its cleaner than when I moved in. Every nook was cleaned, cupboards spotless and they removed all the stains in the carpet too. The smell that was left was so fresh. Would really recommend.

We recently booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Hello Services. The booking process was very simple and Saleem from customer services was friendly, efficient and responsive. We had an end of tenancy cleaning from Hello Services for our flat. Team Yamba did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and were very friendly. They took slightly longer than anticipated but I would much rather they took however long they needed and do a great job, and a great job they did! Everywhere is spotless. I was incredibly impress with how clean the oven was. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend them.

I recently had an end of tenancy clean with Hello Services and I would highly recommended. The clean was extremely thorough right throughout my apartment and the oven clean was the best I’ve ever seen! The End of Tenancy cleaning was first class, covering the carpets, wood flooring, windows, light shades, kitchen utilities, sun lounge and even the garage. The house has never looked better and was extremely well received by the new owners.i would definitely recommend Hello Services if you are moving home and want the house looking great for the new owners.

Very easy to book the service, including oven and garage cleaning. Calendar-based booking, no waiting for callback with (lack of!) availability - easy to set up. The cleaning was done quickly, in just 3 hours, all looking great. Wish I had photos to show but I had already left the house and returned the keys, but rest assured our end of tenancy cleaning result was that it was spotless!

I had a professional end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaner was excellent to all difficult areas, fridge, freezer, oven, carpet cleaning. Only issue was the floor that looked not vacuumed in the end, but I guess it might have been a faulty vacuum. Feedback was given to the company who addressed it immediately. The overall communication with the company was excellent. I recommend.

Ivan and his team were all great. They all worked very hard and were very nice, professional and thorough with their work, they phoned me several times to get into the property when there was a problem with the downstairs door and to check about items that l had left in the kitchen. They deep cleaned every room thoroughly and they removed all the dust and dirt from each room and left the kitchen sparklingly clean. The flat was restored to its original state at the start of the tenancy and the letting agency emailed me today after l returned the keys yesterday to thank me for leaving the flat in good order. Thank you Ivan and your cleaning team for a great job l am very grateful for all your hard work and efforts l couldn't have managed without our your skills and help yesterday.

The team showed up on time for an end of tenancy cleaning. Everything was so clean and they left the house smelling very nice, and didn’t leave a spot..they were very friendly and collaborative especially Iban, I would recommend.

The property ended up cleaner than when we moved in! Jose & Co did such a thorough job and he was also really friendly. I have chronic pain and was having a flare up that day and generally just stressed but he was very nice and considerate of that. He kept me invoked during the clean and went through it with me after. Very professional and also human! It can be a bit daunting having strangers around you but by thenend Jose felt like a friend. The only constructive feedback I have is for the initial contact with the company - they didn't tell me what condition an oven was expected to be in so I did end up paying extra on the day to have it cleaned basically back to brand new - it was worth it, but it would've been good to know what was expected beforehand, as I could've tried to do more of a clean on it myself. They did call me and apologise for not being clearer and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Jose to any friends and family in the area.

I had an end of tenancy clean performed in December. I could not fault the experience. The service was competitively priced and the team were very flexible with me and worked around my schedule to have this done with very little notice. My job was done by Peter and Anita and they done an absolutely fantastic job. Again, they were flexible and pleasant and I could not criticise any of their work - in fact they done better than I could have expected! Would definitely recommend!

I recently had an end of tenancy clean carried out by Mathew and a team of two others. The job was carried out efficiently, working off a very thorough and clear list which I liked, as it covered everything our tenancy agreement required. The team came with all of their own equipment including a machine for steam cleaning of the carpets, as the company which I opted to include. I’m sure I will be able to get my full deposit back thanks to Mathew’s help.

What a fantastic job the staff at Hello Cleaners did on our End of Tenancy Clean. We were slightly concerned that the clean wouldn’t be to a high standard, but after the job was completed we can honestly say that our concern was unwarranted. The whole place was absolutely cleaned to the last detail as they say “ they did what it says on the tin”. They provided a written report attesting to the cleanliness and perfect condition of the premises. This came in good use when disputing a damage claim. I came to check on my house after the tenants that left and was horrified by the mess they'd left! I don't think they'd cleaned once in four years - everything was just sticky and awful. I booked Hello for an end-of-tenancy clean. Nervous because of previous bad experiences with other cleaning agencies, I was relieved when Hannah contacted me directly to confirm everything ahead of time. She and another cleaner arrived exactly on time and did a tremendous job getting the house back to a liveable state! They were quick and efficient, had all materials ready to use, and made such a huge difference.

Had an end of tenancy clean done and overall the service was great by the team that came out to do it. Windows were super clean and all done within 3 hrs. Only problem was with payment as they were a bit slow to acknowledge that I had paid and so had speak to them on the day to chase it and get my reciept.
