We would like to say huge thank you to Alina and the team who did an excellent job with end of tenancy cleaning of the 4 bedroom house. We did not expect that much attention to detail, nothing was a problem and they were friendly and professional. The house needed a lot of attention and we were left speechless of the magic they did with it in just a few hours. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Sardar did an amazing job with the move-out cleaning! He went above and beyond to make everything shine, and the place looked better than when I first moved in. I recently used hello services for an end of tenancy clean. They were quick and efficient with quotes and booking, was able to squeeze me in last minuete. Fair price. On day, cleaner came, she was nice. There was a few areas which sadly wasn’t cleaned to what the quote said, sadly meaning our agency charged us £50 for the remaining bits to be cleaned. I spoke with Hello services and they offered to refund me £50 which my agency took. So it effectively costed me nothing, but it could have been dealt with by having the clean done correctly. Overall for the service i received I was happy, however I do believe they charged more than its worth. I basically paid someone £85 an hour. But overall, if I needed this or that doing I would consider again as they offer much cheaper rates then everywhere else.

Hello services carried out a brilliant end of tenancy clean for us. Booked a couple of days before, the timing was great. Arrived on time, with all the equipment required and completed the job to a high standard.

The company was responsive from the start and very easy to deal with. The actual clean was carried out by Mike and his team, based in the west country. They carried out an end of tenancy clean on my elderly in laws flat and the place was left squeaky clean. They were courteous, friendly and thorough in their approach and if you are lucky enough to live in their area, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

They took slightly longer than anticipated but I would much rather they took however long they needed and do a great job, and a great job they did! Everywhere is spotless. The End of Tenancy cleaning was first class, covering the carpets, wood flooring, windows, light shades, kitchen utilities, sun lounge and even the garage. The house has never looked better and was extremely well received by the new owners.i would definitely recommend Hello Services if you are moving home and want the house looking great for the new owners.

Very easy to book the service, including oven and garage cleaning. Calendar-based booking, no waiting for callback with (lack of!) availability - easy to set up. The cleaning was done quickly, in just 3 hours, all looking great. Wish I had photos to show but I had already left the house and returned the keys, but rest assured our end of tenancy cleaning result was that it was spotless!

I had a professional end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaner was excellent to all difficult areas, fridge, freezer, oven, carpet cleaning. Only issue was the floor that looked not vacuumed in the end, but I guess it might have been a faulty vacuum. Feedback was given to the company who addressed it immediately. The overall communication with the company was excellent. I recommend.

Ivan and his team were all great. They all worked very hard and were very nice, professional and thorough with their work, they phoned me several times to get into the property when there was a problem with the downstairs door and to check about items that l had left in the kitchen. They deep cleaned every room thoroughly and they removed all the dust and dirt from each room and left the kitchen sparklingly clean. The flat was restored to its original state at the start of the tenancy and the letting agency emailed me today after l returned the keys yesterday to thank me for leaving the flat in good order. Thank you Ivan and your cleaning team for a great job l am very grateful for all your hard work and efforts l couldn't have managed without our your skills and help yesterday.
