Fab work given the amount of dust. Could have cleaned mirrors a bit more and there was minor dust left but this was post building work. And within 3 hrs they exceeded my expectations! 9.5 if I could

I was very pleased with the work carried out by Ibi. My only reservation would be that I hadn't realised you were based in Coventry which is a long journey to our location.

Amazing service, they worked 5hrs straight and got the job done professionally. The only reason why I give a 9 is due to the cost but no doubt they have done an excellent job. Thank you Mike :)

Very good communication and reasonable quote . Overall I was happy with the standard of cleaning . The kitchen however was not upto scratch . Some cabinet fronts were not cleaned properly . Unfortunately the cleaners had left before I visited .

No one gets a 10! A lamp was missed in the kitchen, but from the disgraceful state the tenant left the house in, I am very pleased with the result.

I don't give the highest score for anything but one reason for an 8 rather than a 9 was the cleaners where caught in traffic and failed to contact me when they knew they would be late.

On time, friendly and even agreed on small extras that I've asked. Really pleased. Missed small bits of paint, but really small and negligible.

Communication with cleaning team was good, especially as the date had to be rearranged and there were delays with their arrival time which were outside of their control. The team worked really hard and did an amazing cleaning job in cleaning an empty property getting it ready to be sold. Thank you!

They did an excellent job and were really friendly and professional. The only thing I was disappointed with is they don't clean items that are on top of shelves and units. I had to remove them, which meant after they finished, I then still had to polish all the items myself and put them all back. Th… Read more

e whole point of paying someone to do the cleaning is so I don't have to do it myself in my opinion. But otherwise I'm very happy.
