I don't think they were that good. I had to point out missed marks and found more when they'd gone.

Good communication from the service You know exactly what you are getting and the price On this occasion it went very wrong with cleaners not turning up and not informing me but I know that this doesn’t normally happen with this company

Cleaning service was great. Place was cleaned to the expected standard, they even did the outside windows too. Would have given 10 but attended 90 mins after the scheduled time, I do understand traffic happens though but communication re the delay could have been a little better.

The cleaning work was very good, it was just the information gathering prior to the work that's made me score an eight with regards to Health and safety data sheets etc.

  Really good company

Really good company . Came out and let themselves in to clean with minimum fuss as I couldn't get the day off work. Did a great job of the bedroom, bathroom and the carpet . My only criticism is you quoted to dust bedframe but when I checked underneath mattress it was still dusty . I also checked th… Read more

e skirting behind headboard and bedside cabinet and that had been missed too. However I'm not sure if under the mattress and behind the headboard is included. I would have pulled the mattress off and pulled the bed out if I had known so you could have got to it . Not to worry I ran the hoover behind it quick enough. Still very happy as it saved me a lot of hassle just before Christmas. Thank you

Good cleaning it's a little expensive, had to go over a few bits.and end of tenancy clean is specific but all in all Ali and Hassan did a good job! We are happy with the result. The hob looks like it's new inside and the inside of all the cupboards were done really well.

I booked the team for a deep clean of my house and the team did a really good job. ht negative, although it was communicated a few days before, the team had to come a little later than planned as they had another job over running. However, all in all the job was conducted to a good standard and the team were polite and had great communication.
