This company offers so many services, no job to big or small for them. Great prices £100 less than I had been quoted elsewhere. I was kept up to date with regular reminders they were coming. The service itself was good quality,with a friendly smile. She explained what she would do and professional from start to finish. I would and will turn to Hello for further help in the future. The two ladies that came today did an excellent job. They stayed longer than needed to complete the task and communication was clear to ensure all tasks were completed. They were happy to go out their way. Also they come with all the useful machinery and equipment to ensure all tasks are completed to highest standards. I am looking to use the company on annual basis now as they found dirt in places I didn’t know were there. Thanks for the swift team who are always happy to help also. Very happy.

Considering the state the tenants left the house in, I was overall generally pleased with the cleaning results.

They team arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job.

The cleaners were very good, and the areas to be cleaned were cleaned exceptionally well. But the initial time slot was missed which was 9am and was rescheduled for 2pm but they were dropped off at 1.30pm. This did not cause me any problems as I’m retired and in all day.

Team did a great job given amount of dust etc. Also really impressed with the limescale removal. Score isn't higher because, I had to wash floors again (I think this might be more about product usage than team effort), and do a couple of other things. BUT, I would use again if needed and definitely recommend.

the people were excellent, you could tell that they really cared about completing the cleaning too the highest level. I could not be happier.

The guys arrived prompt at 9 am . Sorry I’m rubbish at names but I remember the one guys initials were AB . He really worked hard . Both guys were very polite and were happy to pop back up the stairs to finish dusting the bedrooms surfaces that were missed . Not one moan for doing so , that ment a lot to me . Very happy thank you .

A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.

Team Yamba arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They helped clean the house at the end of our tenancy. They were very patient. Since the house was a little big, they took extra care to clean every nook and corner. Team Yamba to the rescue ☺️
