  I might be mistaken but i believed the fridge and freezer would be cleaned as long as they were emptied and defrosted as per the invoice but when the cleaners came they said we had to pay extra for that so I cleaned them myself before the cleaners started. Would be good to know if that is correct or not

  The service was very good and on time but I was quoted the work would take 2.5 hours when in fact it took 4.5, which is quite off the mark and meant I had to spend much more money than I had expected.

  Really good service and we are very happy with quality of cleaning - only minor things is that bleach was spilt on our bath and toilet mats which I have had to throw away - not a big problem but maybe a little more care required with bleach! :-)
