The cleaning team were amazing. Quick and like ninjas making the place very clean. Two niggles - one was that they were late, and the other was that they bagged up literally everything that was left in the flat. It would have been good to have a brief chat before they did that as I have lost some im… Read more

Good job but had to move the day of cleaning a day forward due to illness not something you can control but that’s the only reason for the point off.

A few things were left uncleaned like the light fittings which I forgot to check when doing inspection. The one in the kitchen was very dirty and I had to clean it myself after they left. other than that was good service.

Easy to book this service and good effort by the cleaners

Easy to book this service and lovely chaps who turned up. A few bits missed behind the bath and in the cupboards but nothing to complain about. Lovely job in the main areas e.g. oven, carpets, windows. Would use again at the next end of tenancy. This was a two bedroom house in Aldershot.

Excellent service and good communication. It was just a little odd the cleaner asking for additional elements to add on which increased the cost.
