The two young men were lovely very friendly and nice to mum. However they were over an hour late. They did a very nice job on the flat but it only took them two hours possibly because we were not made aware that every single thing to be cleaned had to be listed. To me a deep clean means pretty much… Read more

everything. Although we were pleased, we feel that amount of money for two hours times two men is very expensive. I know the price is per job but if you work out the hourly rate it’s very high.

Great cleaning very thorough and Smit and Meghan listened to our needs. Some mix up with the amended price quote but that was down to the person who amended this over the chat box.

  Happy with the cleaning service

Happy with the cleaning service. It was a difficult job to do and the 3 x cleaners did a good job. They were running later but called before hand to confirm the new arrival time which wasn’t a problem.

  Our house is so clean!

Our cleaners were late, but once they arrived they did a spectacular job. Every single thing in our house is now sparkling! Adriana and her colleague were wonderful, and even took the time to say hi to our little boy.

  Great end of tenancy clean

I used their services for a one off end of tenancy clean by Smit. They arrived on time, they worked very quickly and left the flat clean. A couple of small things I would change would be slightly deeper clean of the floors but overall I was happy. I would recommend them and use them again.

Great cleaning job at the end

I booked a deep cleaning service and at the end the cleaner did a good job! I think a lot of the stress and back and forth could have been avoided if the cleaner got the correct job description for the first time, this is something the company could improve on, but I appreciate the effort of sending… Read more

Fantastic work from a brilliant team.

We had a team of 3 cleaners to clean our house before we moved ready for the next buyers. Their work was fantastic! It really was spotless and they were so fast. Thank you to Adriana and her team. There was an issue with the booking/quote-nothing to do with the cleaners themselves. I asked for 2 lo… Read more

for drinks or food a carried out a good clean in a friendly manner before the long drive home again. I take my hat off to these two cleaners who were determined not to let me down I’ve read other customer reports from people who were not happy with the service but personally my experience was good and I would recommend the company based on that experience. I received prompt compensation for cleaners coming a day late.
