Very good actual cleaning service amd nice friendly men but I found the booking system confusing like I hadn't booked what I thought I had when they showed me which wasn't clear.

Faredun and team came for a deep cleaning - they did a great job and when we came back the apartment felt so much better, ready for us to move in.

Yambas team was excellent, arrived on time and assessed the house for a deep clean, they stayed 9 and a half hours and did not charge any more for it. The house was in a bad state but by the time the team finished it was so much better, they dealt with bad blood stains on the carpet and kitchen floo… Read more

r with professionalism. Some small things were left but that is because they focused down on the big things and kept going until they were done. Would recommend.

The cleaners did a great job with the deep clean. I think I would prefer to get a more local / independent company in next time, and may possibly get a cheaper quote.

Very professional and good quality of service. They were very friendly and very happy to help sort out issues that arose during the cleaning (as my kitchen sink was non-functional).

  Super friendly

The guys were super friendly, communicated their delay due to traffic early in advance, and were super efficient when cleaning moving all the furniture around.

  Excellent

Excellent, very clean exactly what I was hoping. Literally looks like a brand new flat again. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars because they didn’t wash the plates but that can be overlooked

  End of Tenancy Cleaning Service

Loqman and his team came to my property to conduct an end of tenancy cleaning. Most of the work cleaning had to be in the kitchen especially the oven and I must admit Loqman and his team did a great job. My oven look close to new.

  IKEA wardrobes dismantled and reassembled

I would've given the handymen 5 stars, but felt slightly let down by the admin side of things as I didn't receive confirmation that they would actually turn up on the day or any instructions about what sort of preparation would be required on my part. Fortunately they did turn up and did an excellent ob.

  Good food.

Good food. My only disappointment is lack of dairy free meals. We have an intolerance in our family and it was fairly easy to avoid meals with dairy, but I didn't feel there was enough. I do really enjoy the meals however and Iw ill use again.

After an initial miscommunication with the cleaner and difficulties with the office, I was delighted with the results of my deep clean and would highly recommend the cleaner who did an amazing job with my fathers house which was very dirty after his passing. I can’t recall his name but he told me h… Read more

e covers Edinburgh & Glasgow for the company so would recommend him alone. Willing to forget the contact throughout the day with the main office though . Unlike the cleaner who was excellent they really need to brush up on their personal skills when dealing with customers

4 ladies arrived to complete a deep clean. Although, an hour late, they did an awesome job. Very friendly and thorough. Very pleased and would recommend Birmingham

  Overall quite clean

Overall quite clean, done lots of work on mattresses and carpets. Carpets remained quite dirty, which is likely to do with the carpets, rather than cleaning. Mattresses became much cleaner. Though some areas were not cleaned - e.g. on top of kitchen counters. I have cleaned myself after. originally… Read more

Great clean but a bit pricey

I used Hello Services to do a pre-sale clean of my deceased father’s flat. This was a mixed experience. The lads from the MD Scotland team who came to do the clean were great - very pleasant and hard working and they did a really great job. The flat was sparkling by the time they had finished. owever I feel the cost was very pricey for the number of hours allocated to them. I also found it very frustrating having to do everything online - I could never get any answer when I tried calling the company on the phone to discuss my requirements.

  Cleaning was good

Cleaning was good. Punctuality was a bit of a problem- started 2 hours late. Otherwise fine
