Fantastic service! I booked an End of Tenancy clean - online booking was easy, with a live update quote as you add/remove services so you can track the cost. Great communication confirming booking, and reminders sent in advance. Teodora arrived on time, was friendly and extremely thorough in cleaning (much better than other EoT services I have used with other companies). Highly recommend!

Ingrid LS12, thank you for your time! Edit: Wanted to add to this now the person has gone and is no longer pressuring me to write a review, which was what they did. They didn't tell me what to write, just to give a review. A man turned up, non uniformed and without a liveried van as per the website, a subcontractor I'd guess which is fair enough. Had a domestic grade Vax to clean two small carpets, he was nice, did what he could with what he had. Off the shelf laundry products were used as apparently carpet cleaning solutions don't work, I was expecting a professional grade steam cleaning machine, which probably would have done it better. The carpets do look cleaner and landlord has agreed it will suffice for a return of deposit. So in terms of that, job is done. You get what you pay for though, as is the saying. Not overly impressed but people need to be paid for their time so I'll leave it at that and move on. Don't expect me to use this service again though.

The ease of booking the service. The communication and status updates were very helpful. The cleaning team that came to clean the carpets and the oven for an end of tenancy clean were excellent. They arrived on time. They made the oven sparkle as new! We got our full deposit back!

Hi Hello Services did an end of tenancy clean for me 3/8/25 . They were friendly and did a great job . Felt the flat was cleaner than when I moved in . Would recommend to anyone who needed an end of tenancy clean .

Couldn't recommend more. I had two other cleaning companies cancel last minute on me and needed a same day job. Spoke to Michael on the phone after a quick callback from my online enquiry and he was very helpful setting up a booking later that afternoon. Nader and his colleague Kalita arrived at the agreed time, came well-equipped and did an end of tenancy job in good time. I appreciated the text reminders which assured me the job was confirmed and going ahead. Standard was professional and delivery respectful, friendly and efficient. Result was cleaner & shinier than when I first moved in! So grateful for these guys.

Super professional and efficient cleaners! Hired them for an end of tenancy cleaning so that I wouldn't have to worry about it and the crew showed up promptly, communicated well, and cracked on with the cleaning. They managed to get my flat back to move in condition and were all very friendly. Even managed to clean the oven that l'd struggled to clean in the past! Great service, would definitely recommend.

Adriana & Constantin did an ABSOLUTELY SUPERB job cleaning our flat, vacated yesterday by a tenant who'd been in there for six years. We have to redecorate the place which yesterday seemed a daunting task given the inevitable grime that had accumulated during the tenancy, but we're feeling so much better about the job now it's been cleaned so thoroughly. I recently used hello services for an end of tenancy clean. They were quick and efficient with quotes and booking, was able to squeeze me in last minuete. Fair price. On day, cleaner came, she was nice. There was a few areas which sadly wasn’t cleaned to what the quote said, sadly meaning our agency charged us £50 for the remaining bits to be cleaned. I spoke with Hello services and they offered to refund me £50 which my agency took. So it effectively costed me nothing, but it could have been dealt with by having the clean done correctly. Overall for the service i received I was happy, however I do believe they charged more than its worth. I basically paid someone £85 an hour. But overall, if I needed this or that doing I would consider again as they offer much cheaper rates then everywhere else.

Hello services carried out a brilliant end of tenancy clean for us. Booked a couple of days before, the timing was great. Arrived on time, with all the equipment required and completed the job to a high standard.

The company was responsive from the start and very easy to deal with. The actual clean was carried out by Mike and his team, based in the west country. They carried out an end of tenancy clean on my elderly in laws flat and the place was left squeaky clean. They were courteous, friendly and thorough in their approach and if you are lucky enough to live in their area, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
