Professional services for an end of tenancy clean. Booked mid week and was still able to get a Sunday booking

Good service, efficient service. Disappointed that the cleaning if the cooker did not include cleaning of the hob plate. Would have thought the job would have been included since it was a total end of tenancy clean. Apart from that the cleaning was good.

3 cleaners turned up and took just over 4 hours to clean a 5 year end of tenancy 3 bed property with carpets and oven done. They did a good job and I was very satisfied with the results. Only criticism is that the oven hob pan support stands were still quite greasy/dirty, otherwise I would have given 10/10.

  End of Tenancy Cleaning Service

Loqman and his team came to my property to conduct an end of tenancy cleaning. Most of the work cleaning had to be in the kitchen especially the oven and I must admit Loqman and his team did a great job. My oven look close to new.

  Great end of tenancy clean

I used their services for a one off end of tenancy clean by Smit. They arrived on time, they worked very quickly and left the flat clean. A couple of small things I would change would be slightly deeper clean of the floors but overall I was happy. I would recommend them and use them again.

Easy to book this service and good effort by the cleaners

Easy to book this service and lovely chaps who turned up. A few bits missed behind the bath and in the cupboards but nothing to complain about. Lovely job in the main areas e.g. oven, carpets, windows. Would use again at the next end of tenancy. This was a two bedroom house in Aldershot.

  My honest feedback

Got really upset when you cancelled my move on a really short notice and I ended up paying more than my quote for a 1 day delay, which wasn't my fault. I'm glad that my landlord accept this and I had a place to stay. However the driver was absolutely amazing, really nice and polite. And the agent w… Read more

Anna and team are efficient and friendly!

The cleaning team led by Anna did a great job in a short timespan. There were a few cobwebs we found about as we came back in to repaint some areas and some areas of wall in the kitchen left unclean which was honestly the fault of poor paintjob and not the cleaners, but fairly happy with the chances… Read more

The cleaners did a great job

The cleaners did a great job! They are arrived on time and were friendly. They gave me a walk around to show what they had done. It is worth noting, however, that this did not happen on another clean we arranged with this company. Also the cleaners would not clean the second oven even though when bo… Read more

oking, I was told that the appliances 'package' included everything we needed. I feel it could have been made clearer that we needed to specify a double oven for an end of tenancy clean.

Great end of tenancy clean - Reasonable price

Communication and payment was super easy. Cleaners turned up early and stayed an extra half hour. Cleaners very friendly. The kitchen was spotless - never seen an oven so clean and able to get marks off inside the cupboards. Went into the property next day and had to wipe a few skirting boards and w… Read more

No fuss and good quality cleaning

I used Hello Cleaning for my recent end-of-tenancy clean in Oxford. I found the quoting and booking process to be straightforward with good customer service and quick response time. The cleaning itself went well, was no fuss and done to a high standard. The check out with the real estate agent had n… Read more

Fast and and high quality cleaning by the excellent cleaners for my end of tenancy service. Only a 9 as the cleaners weren't aware of the quote details, however this was resolved quickly.

Went with this company to do an end of tenancy clean because of the promised 'return visit' if Letting Agency not satisfied. The clean wasn't perfect but good enough for agency so all was good

  End of tenancy clean

Booked for an end of tenancy clean. Vlasta and her colleague did a fantastic job in record time! The job for a 1 bedroom flat including carpet clean took just 2 hours, but she did not skimp on quality of cleaning. The flat was left in great condition (skirting, oven, cupboards etc all cleaned to hig… Read more

h standard) with the carpet looking almost new. They even moved large furniture to clean underneath. Both Vlasta and her colleague were very professional and friendly. I hadn't moved all my belongings out when they arrived but this was not an issue for them. Very polite and appreciate them still working during the pandemic. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to pay to rearrange the booking. First I was told it would be £50 to rearrange less than 24 hours before, but this reduced £25 when I mentioned that in the confirmation email it does not mention anything about amending a booking, only cancelling a booking? (It would be not be an issue to charge for amendments but this should be made clear when booking!) Otherwise a great service and easy to book.

Tuty and Alicia did a great job

Tuty and Alicia did a great job on an end of tenancy clean including machine cleaning of the carpets. They were very thorough and professional.
