All parts of the process were really efficient; from the communication in booking abs getting the quote, to the clean itself. We had 3 cleaners come in; they were quick, friendly, asked lots of questions to make sure I was happy and nothing was too difficult, e.g: : when I asked them to re hoover un… Read more

There were a few issues in the morning where the cleaner rang saying they had no carpet cleaner and that wasn’t part of the service j had paid for. It was clearly part of the itemised invoice I had already paid so I am not sure where the confusion had arisen but it took a few different phone calls t… Read more

Very good, only thing i would argue with is that i would’ve liked if you went behind the couches to clean and I would’ve liked if you went under the rug and cleaned. But other than that excellent!! Everywhere cleaned and left a nice smell and friendly service. Definitely will use again!!

Ali and Ishmael were great, they got some stubborn stains out of a carpet and left the house looking better than it has in ages. My only complaint was that I booked them to be here at 9 and the day before they had to rearrange to be here in the early afternoon instead. This was still communicated we… Read more

  Erik was superb

Erik was superb! Polite and friendly, arrived on time and did a great job (5 star rating for him). The only reason for 4 star and not 5 overall is for the carpet cleaning machine which is not really sufficient for heavy traffic areas, although Erik did his best.
