Ismail and Ali were great. My father (92) moved house a week ago. The house was left in a disgusting state by the previous occupant and needed a thorough clean. Ismail and Ali arrived on time, were polite, professional, efficient and kind and patient with my father. They did a fantastic job especially on the carpets. They also completed the job in less time than I had expected.all in all a harass free experience. I would highly recommend them.

I was happy with the service but only one person doing all the at 4pm at worked to nearly to 830pm work plus we never got our carpet cleaned as requested but .,the rest was brilliant and so was Nazia

Adam and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were very kind, quick, and did an amazing job cleaning our carpet, bathrooms, stove, dishwasher, and fridge. I almost didn't think the stove and dishwasher would be salvageable but they looked better than when we first moved in! I would recommend this company to anyone in the area. Compared to the other cleaners I've had, these guys were amazing.

The two guys who did the job were excellent- (Ali & Ishmael) . The carpet cleaning was particularly successful . They were personable, polite , and very thorough. The problem with HELLO SERVICES was the shambles over the correct payment to pay the money. I.e. 2 days before the job was due to be done you gave me an account which was out of date. In these days of scams / fraud this is unsatisfactory.

Fazal and his mate were really friendly worked really hard. They did a great job at cleaning the house. The carpets looks loads better even better than when we moved in. Couldn’t fault their work

I never very rarely give 10/10. They were early and very quick. The bathroom and kitchen was looking great. Steam cleaned carpets and washed down woodwork etc and hoovered all over. Pleased with the result.

The cleaner who attended was very polite, however he was not made aware fully of the services I paid for. For example I had a deep carpet clean and same for the stairs. He didn't know, so I had to show him on my booking. He did do it, but really should have known exactly what the service was. Felt like he was sent to do a job but not armed with the full information. The cleaning was to a good level, however I think price was a little on the high side.

This is the first time I have used this company and unfortunately they didn’t come on the scheduled day due to a problem with vehicle. Otherwise I would’ve given a 10! However the house cleaning was absolutely brilliant so clean in every room. The carpets had been cleaned and windows and blinds too.

The 2 men were only here for approximately 50 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning. I really thought some stains were there for ever, but it looks great now and I don’t need to buy a new one. The windows all round are sparkling. Zack was very helpful and explained what had been done. I would use them again. Thank you

Beginning conflict of original appointment but resolved but stressful as husband coming home from hospital. Issue with clearing rug a shear mistake and none issue because carpet has to be replaced. Great team. Excellent service and will book again. With thanks.

The team were very professional and did a very thorough job - appliances were sparkling in the kitchen and the carpets came up really well. The work was done quickly at short notice for a fair price. Would definitely use again.

The entire house was deep cleaned and this was an enormous task, to a high standard. The living room carpet was deep cleaned. You did say not all stains would be removed but this is why the score is 9 not 10.

My mums house hadn’t been cleaned for a while and she looks after my daughters dogs during the week so dog hair everywhere, toilet was a mess as she is registered blind now and the place looked amazing when it finished, everything so clean, loads of rubbish cleared away, her rug looked like a new rug, they did a great job

The lady that came to clean our carpet was very efficient and the result was very good. I would recommend this company to anybody needing carpets to be cleaned.

Rob was super friendly, enthusiastic and hard working. Rob came out last minute on a Sunday to clean my new home as I didn’t know where to start, it was that filthy. He had the house sparkling in no time. Deep cleaned the carpets, the floors, kitchen. It looked and felt great. I would highly recommend this company 10/10

Removed shoes so no dirt got on my carpet. Machine was carried out again so so dirt on my carpet. Excellent job.

Professional service, some diminish issues with steamer for carpets arriving, but overall very happy

Nasreldin did a amazing job on my carpets and mattress went above and beyond had moved house and carpets very dirty my house was shining he hoovered shampooed and was polite professional thank you I have ashma so slept well after my new home was brought back too life.

Cleaners (Smile & Ali) were friendly and helpful. Communication was good. Cleaning could have been more thorough as a few bits were missed eg. tops of picture frames, heated towel rail in bathroom dusty, splatters on walls not cleaned off & carpet under bed not vacuumed - but they willingly corrected these when they were pointed out.

Firstly they were 2 hours late! Which made them later to finish & was in dark with lights on. They refused to start cleaning carpets until I paid extra, as they said i had quantity of 2 extra carpets,the stairs & landing - which I had already asked for on original quote.. (why wasn't this quoted for to start??) When started, they worked very hard, if a little rushed! the house is much better, seems clean enough & certainly smells better, no dust, wooden floors very clean, so am happy with job. Carpets still wet this morning, think it will take few days to dry. Overall an ok job

Lovely ladies who came to clean and worked hard all morning with good results. One criticism - carpets and curtains were left very wet and were still not dry 24 hours later despite heating turned right up. On the whole, would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

The fact that the service was early and the job was tackled with no hesitation ,completed promptly to my complete satisfaction.

I did all the arrangements online the payment and the information was very easy and they were able to come the next day. Ali turned up exactly on time at 8 o’clock and he was very friendly helpful clean and careful. The carpets look lovely I’m v pleased thank you.

User friendly and flexible booking. Cleaners were prompt and friendly. Worked hard and moved a lot of furniture around to clean carpets. Difficult job to clean off nicotine, more than happy with the job.

I checked the reviews. And i contacted them. A guy named arthur did easy pizzy. I tried to stamp on my feet to the carpet and yes he did it no dust at all..

Cyuven was amazing and so was his colleague. They did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. They moved all the furniture to make sure they got every corner and they didn’t allow me to help, even though I offered 😂 Really nice guys, professional and overall an excellent service!

Sardar and his nephew came along today and worked on my 4 bed with all appliances and carpets and I can’t recognise the house anymore I would’ve never believed it to be so clean and there professionalism was amazing really nice and kind offered to help with other things that weren’t there job all in all amazing pair

Jose was polite, extremely tidy and did the most fantastic job on all carpets and rug cleaned. Highly recommend.

Overall quite clean, done lots of work on mattresses and carpets. Carpets remained quite dirty, which is likely to do with the carpets, rather than cleaning. Mattresses became much cleaner. Though some areas were not cleaned - e.g. on top of kitchen counters. I have cleaned myself after. originally I booked for before I move the furniture in, but they cancelled on the day.

Quick/ thorough and professional service. They moved all items out of the way of the carpet to clean them and put them back which was really helpful. Carpets look absolutely great.

Ordered a full clean; carpets, windows, bathroom, kitchen ( with appliances ). Not long after putting the cleaning request, I was contacted by Hannah, one of the team that we were assigned. She and her colleague showed up at the agreed time frame and promptly got to work in a professional and courteous manner while my partner looked after our dog. After a few hours in 30°c weather our house has honestly never looked do clean and presented in the 5 years we've been in our rented home. I couldn't rate their service high enough and they honestly deserve the fee they charge. Absolutely phenomenal service. I would 100% recommend them.
