I’ve used their service before for a one off clean and was just as satisfied with this job I just booked them for. I will use Hello Services again in the future!

  Gloucester team saved the day!

The Gloucester team came at very short notice when the booked team were unable to attend. They travelled 2 hours to fulfil the company's booking. The team of 2 were very friendly and worked well together. I had booked a deep clean as well as cleaning specific appliances and 2 sofas, so there was a… Read more

lot to do. They did very well and most things were done to a good standard. On closer inspection, after they left, there were some places that were missed but I feel this was just because they had a lot to do and still needed to drive 2 hours home so were rushed. Thank you for your hard work.

Ingrid and her husband did their very best in cleaning my brother's carpets which were badly stained. Would recommend to friends.

Cleaner was really good left the house in a great condition, I booked this service for the first time for my end of tenancy cleaning. I will definitely be using again! Apart from one stain in the carpet, it looks like I never lived there!

Punctual attendance, professional servicemen, easy to get along with, checked in with me periodically, brought all their own supplies. Didn't rush the job (an initial fear), and grateful for the diligence. Only thing is, he never actually introduced himself formally and gave a name, so can't credit… Read more

Satisfy with the service. Hassan did the job very well, much appreciated. One suggestion: One staff for cleaning is not enough to handle the workload, atleast two people should be allocated for the job. It's a 1.5 or 2 hrs job maximum but due to one cleaner is extended for an hour more. Also, it's no… Read more

t healthy to place a workload on a single person. I would be interested to see at least two people for my house next time please. Thank you

The guys that came worked very hard! I was pleased with the overall result. However when the guys had finished they were sat waiting to go home for over an hour! I didn’t think that was very professional.

I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Hello services on 04/03/26 . It was so easy to get a quote and make the booking, I had excellent communication with the team regarding some queries. Makeover

The cleaners Constantin and arrived in time and never stopped until the work was completed to the best of their ability. Reliable, trustworthy and excellent. Can recommend them anytime!

Cosmina and co. worked hard and did a great job. They worked tirelessly to transform a house, a bit neglected due to busyness and work, into a sparkle. Apart from a 15 minute break, for a drink, they did not stop working and did and excellent job.

I booked a deep cleaning service with Hello Service Ltd for a client I support. Their cleaners arrived on time, and Sardar and his colleague did an excellent job, especially considering how dirty and cluttered the flat was. Before starting, they thoroughly assessed the property and clearly explained… Read more

what could and couldn’t be cleaned. For example, they pointed out that some stains on the walls couldn’t be washed without removing the paint, as it wasn’t washable paint, and that certain areas with wallpaper required careful handling. I appreciated their honesty and professional observations, and I agreed to the work as advised. They completed the job to a high standard. The quote was also very reasonable—just under £300, whereas some other companies quoted over £3,000. Overall, I’m very pleased with their service!
