From the initial enquiry… communication was excellent. Moving to a new property is stressful enough but the quote we received was detailed and at a very reasonable price. The cleaning team were amazing! We had got the keys the day before and the house was left in a right state, the cleaners came at 9:30am and didn’t leave until it was spotless at 6pm. I could not recommend them enough, they worked so hard all day to get our new house looking clean and shiny. Thank you!

They did an excellent job and were really friendly and professional. The only thing I was disappointed with is they don't clean items that are on top of shelves and units. I had to remove them, which meant after they finished, I then still had to polish all the items myself and put them all back. The whole point of paying someone to do the cleaning is so I don't have to do it myself in my opinion. But otherwise I'm very happy.

Very pleased with the service. Had not used them before but as they offered competitive pricing for a post builder clean I decided to book. They sourced cleaning team and the job was done as agreed. Very happy with the service all round. Thank you.

Both Cosmina and her Mum Gabriella did a great job but admittedly I did have to ask them to show a bit more attention to detail and pointed out quite a few areas they’d glossed over . Anyway , they stayed until I was happy with everything and they seemed appreciative of their tip.

Ingrid LS12, thank you for your time! Edit: Wanted to add to this now the person has gone and is no longer pressuring me to write a review, which was what they did. They didn't tell me what to write, just to give a review. A man turned up, non uniformed and without a liveried van as per the website, a subcontractor I'd guess which is fair enough. Had a domestic grade Vax to clean two small carpets, he was nice, did what he could with what he had. Off the shelf laundry products were used as apparently carpet cleaning solutions don't work, I was expecting a professional grade steam cleaning machine, which probably would have done it better. The carpets do look cleaner and landlord has agreed it will suffice for a return of deposit. So in terms of that, job is done. You get what you pay for though, as is the saying. Not overly impressed but people need to be paid for their time so I'll leave it at that and move on. Don't expect me to use this service again though.

An app platform and more upfront clarity on pricing would boost points. Otherwise all good and very happy with my post builder clean and reliability, thank you

The ease of booking the service. The communication and status updates were very helpful. The cleaning team that came to clean the carpets and the oven for an end of tenancy clean were excellent. They arrived on time. They made the oven sparkle as new! We got our full deposit back!

I honestly don’t think my place has ever looked this clean — not even when I moved in! The team was right on time, super friendly, and worked like a well-oiled machine. Every corner sparkled, every surface gleamed, and even the air smelled cleaner. They didn’t miss a single detail — even folded the loo roll like a hotel! Bonus points for using products that actually smelled nice and not like a chemical lab. I’ve already booked them again for next month. Worth every penny. If you’re on the fence — just book them. You’ll be wondering why you didn’t sooner.

I recently used Hello Services for a full carpet clean throughout my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I contacted them, their communication was clear, friendly, and professional. They arrived on time, fully equipped, and explained the entire process before starting. The team worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. Stains I thought would never come out—including pet marks and old coffee spills—were completely removed. Couldn't recommend more. I had two other cleaning companies cancel last minute on me and needed a same day job. Spoke to Michael on the phone after a quick callback from my online enquiry and he was very helpful setting up a booking later that afternoon. Nader and his colleague Kalita arrived at the agreed time, came well-equipped and did an end of tenancy job in good time. I appreciated the text reminders which assured me the job was confirmed and going ahead. Standard was professional and delivery respectful, friendly and efficient. Result was cleaner & shinier than when I first moved in! So grateful for these guys.

Excellent communication from enquiry to completed job. Regular updates and options for any changes. On the cleaning day, there was no access to one bedroom so the team kindly did some extra cleaning to cover the time. Cleaning was to a high standard.
