They were friendly and approachable. Was willing to be flexible with times. Very high standard of work. Happy with the results and would highly recommend.

A few things were left uncleaned like the light fittings which I forgot to check when doing inspection. The one in the kitchen was very dirty and I had to clean it myself after they left. other than that was good service.

Lovely people and easy service to arrange. Few areas found not fully clean in the house but not the end of the world.

Excellent service and good communication. It was just a little odd the cleaner asking for additional elements to add on which increased the cost.

The cleaners did a very good job and I'm more than satisfied with the cleaning and the professionalism of the workers. I think the cleaners were great, but you charged me 390 for 5 bedrooms and when I said only 2 bedrooms you only reduced the fee to 360.00. Otherwise I'm very pleased. Thank you

Unfortunately the ‘the lead’ cleaner was a little abrupt and unhelpful. They were booked in for 3 hours but only actually only stayed for 47 minutes. When I asked about this, even though the radiator wasn’t cleaned, I was told ‘this is the best we can do.’ I will not use this service again.

The cleaner was great and much cheaper than other quotes I received they did an excellent job. The website and main office is clunky and I was provided mixed messages about payment which made me question the validity of the site.
