Right from first contacting Hello Services Ltd, the management/admin team were excellent and importantly for us on this time all communications were quick and clear. I needed to add an oven clean to our quote and that was sorted immediately. On the morning of the clean I had to contact them urgently as the person opening up the house was held up by traffic. They communicated with both myself and their cleaning team so no one was disadvantaged, everyone’s spoke to was very polite and respectful and nothing seemed to be of any trouble. We knew the house was in the need of a deep clean/end of tenancy so that’s what we booked in, along with the oven clean. I don’t live in Liverpool so have had to rely on the person who held the keys: their report back to us on the clean is nothing short of exceptional. The team who carried out the clean have worked absolute miracles, everything looks infinitely cleaner but especially the bathroom (terrible limescale on bath shower and loo and general mould due to it being an inside bathroom, no window or effective vent and high humidity) and the oven due to too many sausages 🤣😉 Apparently the house not only looks amazing but it smells amazing too! I can highly recommend Hello Services Ltd as they obviously run a very efficient and competent business. All that’s left for us to say is thank you very much, you removed a lot of stress from our shoulders 🤩 The house

Nihad and his team were amazing! The arrived right on time and were extremely professional. The team did an excellent job cleaning the house, the oven looked better than when we moved in, and the deep clean of the carpet it left it look as good as it did the day we moved in. We were really happy with the quality and thoroughness of the team, and their professionalism. Would hire them again to do a deep clean of our new house when the time comes for a spring clean.

Justina and her partner did a great job, and was grateful they could arrive at short notice following the non-attendance by earlier team due to vehicle breakdown.

The admin and booking service with Michael was very easy and very informative, the text communication/app update with info and confirmation was very reassuring. The cleaning job itself was completely as requested and they were very thorough and even supplied many after photos to showcase their work All in all really impressed with this company and service and would absolutely use again if have the need and would 100% recommend

The property was left in an extremely clean state and I was very impressed with the attention to detail, with which every room was cleaned. Your operatives were very friendly and efficient.

Team did a great job

The workers that arrived were on time and were ready to work. They asked for a walk around and what we wanted. We left them to it and everything was done as planned. Even the booking of the job a couple of days before was delt with professionally and my current situation was taken into account. I got instant confirmation by email and was made easy by paying over the phone. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

I have been humming and ha-ing about getting a cleaning service in for months. Eventually I bit the bullet and asked Hello to come and clean for me....why did I hesitate. The process was simple, I defined what I wanted cleaning on the website, the two men turned up exactly when they said they would and I left them to get on with it. I returned just before they had finished and I was delighted with what they had done. I will definitely use this service again. Can I just say how good the two guys were I believe they were Amal and Smile; professional courteous and efficient. Marvellous.

10/10 Sardar has completed 9properties for us all to a very high standard. He a asset to the cleaning company He has always gone the extra mile . I have put 8 out of 10 due to the below On the finance department you need to improve on sending out the correct invoice and to check before you send a email saying payment is over due when it’s already been paid. We could have had lots of issues occurring if we had not just one person dealing with the company.
