Team Ezekiel did an end of tenancy clean. They were excellent. They were very efficient and my home was spotless.

I ordered an end-of-tenancy cleaning from the company, initially because I didn't need to guess how much I'm going to pay. Their website was clear, with great pricing for different jobs and it was really helpful. They did not disappoint. The communication was great, Olu's team was quick and professional, I can only say good things about the whole experience. Unfortunately I don't have photos to add as we don't live there and handed the keys back to the agency, but they did an excellent job.

As a repeat customer using Hello Services for the third time, I am once again very impressed! We recently booked an end-of-tenancy clean and our service provider was Mr. Alex. He arrived right on time, worked with great sincerity and cleaned all the bathrooms and the kitchen to a top-notch standard. He put in genuine effort, treating the place as if it were his own house. We had a team of two come round to complete an end of tenancy clean. They did a fantastic and thorough job, working around furnitures and the last few boxes and suitcases we had in the flat and being very considerate while I worked from home during the clean. Would definitely recommend the service!

We did an end of tenancy cleaning service with Hello cleaners last month at Camden. The team was very professional right from booking to completion. Dhaval and team did an excellent job, and the cleaning quality especially of carpets and wooden flooring was of a very high standard. Highly recommended!

Totally Amazing, and highly reccomend. Booked fairly last minute for daughters end of tenancy clean. From start to finish, booking process easy, great communication, friendly service, and Denise and Bogdan who did the cleaning were fantastic, really lovely people and results Amazing. Genuinely blown away by the high standard of the end of tenancy clean. Given the price, I thought I would be sacrificing a certain level of quality, but wow, Sardar was incredible. Arrived on time with great communication, got to work immediately, and even though the kitchen was a much bigger job than you would expect (cupboards with caked on filth), they brought everything back to basically brand new. It looks better than when we moved in. I feel like I should have given them an extra £100 for doing such a good job, that's how good it was. Don't be fooled by the cheaper price or bad reviews, Sardar is the man you want!

I needed an end of tenancy clean for the next day and they were happy to provide a cleaning service. It was easy to choose what kind of service I wanted and any areas of focus. Adriana and Constantin were very polite and did a great job cleaning a 2 bed house! Especially as they were working in 30 degree heat. My landlord was happy with the results. Would recommend, especially if you are looking for something late notice.

Very good service would recommend this company the young man that came round. I'm sorry I don't know his name but he did A fantastic job. The place is spotless. I can't show you pictures cuz we can't get back in the accommodation but we are so happy. We paid £200 and it was worth it If you need an end of tenancy clean or any other clean then please call this company. They are fantastic. Very helpful, very prompt.

I was pleased that they still had my records and even offered a returning customer discount. Although the price was slightly higher than before, I was happy to proceed given my previous experience, especially as they provide a seven-day guarantee, which not many companies offer. While the first team did not fully meet the expected standard, the company responded quickly and arranged a re-clean the very next day. I really appreciated this prompt response. Denisse and her team in Cambridge delivered an excellent service. They carefully followed the checkout report, addressed all the issues in detail and carried out a thorough clean across the entire flat. The overall standard was very high and the property is now in very good condition. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and reliability of the company. I also enquired about a regular monthly cleaning service and, although this is not something they currently offer, I would certainly have considered using them for this as well. We’re very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning service provided by Hello Services Ltd. The team arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. Everything was finished in less than 3 hours, and the service was efficient and well organised. One small suggestion for improvement would be to dry the floors after cleaning, as some dried water traces were left once the floors dried. Overall, we’re satisfied with the service and would recommend them.
