I booked a deep clean and added a few other services to it - carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, blinds, oven, hob and extractor fan cleaning. Adriana came on time and got started straight away. Her colleague joined her slightly afterwards and got stuck in too. They were both so thorough and did an amazing job! So happy with the clean and would definitely book again!

Hello Services were efficient at giving me my quote then revised it as quickly when I altered it. My cleaner, Sorein, arrived on the dot. He worked hard, did not waste time and did a very good job. Also I felt very comfortable having Sorein in my home. I have never had a deep clean before and at these prices I shall be having more from Hello Services

Ingrid LS12, thank you for your time! Edit: Wanted to add to this now the person has gone and is no longer pressuring me to write a review, which was what they did. They didn't tell me what to write, just to give a review. A man turned up, non uniformed and without a liveried van as per the website, a subcontractor I'd guess which is fair enough. Had a domestic grade Vax to clean two small carpets, he was nice, did what he could with what he had. Off the shelf laundry products were used as apparently carpet cleaning solutions don't work, I was expecting a professional grade steam cleaning machine, which probably would have done it better. The carpets do look cleaner and landlord has agreed it will suffice for a return of deposit. So in terms of that, job is done. You get what you pay for though, as is the saying. Not overly impressed but people need to be paid for their time so I'll leave it at that and move on. Don't expect me to use this service again though.

The ease of booking the service. The communication and status updates were very helpful. The cleaning team that came to clean the carpets and the oven for an end of tenancy clean were excellent. They arrived on time. They made the oven sparkle as new! We got our full deposit back!

I honestly don’t think my place has ever looked this clean — not even when I moved in! The team was right on time, super friendly, and worked like a well-oiled machine. Every corner sparkled, every surface gleamed, and even the air smelled cleaner. They didn’t miss a single detail — even folded the loo roll like a hotel! Bonus points for using products that actually smelled nice and not like a chemical lab. I’ve already booked them again for next month. Worth every penny. If you’re on the fence — just book them. You’ll be wondering why you didn’t sooner.

Couldn't recommend more. I had two other cleaning companies cancel last minute on me and needed a same day job. Spoke to Michael on the phone after a quick callback from my online enquiry and he was very helpful setting up a booking later that afternoon. Nader and his colleague Kalita arrived at the agreed time, came well-equipped and did an end of tenancy job in good time. I appreciated the text reminders which assured me the job was confirmed and going ahead. Standard was professional and delivery respectful, friendly and efficient. Hired them for an end of tenancy cleaning so that I wouldn't have to worry about it and the crew showed up promptly, communicated well, and cracked on with the cleaning. They managed to get my flat back to move in condition and were all very friendly. Even managed to clean the oven that l'd struggled to clean in the past! Great service, would definitely recommend.

Exceptional Service. Booked Hello Services to deep clean both our Bathrooms as they had years of grime, limescale, soap scum and discoloured grout on them. Despite the fact that we clean them weekly they just seemed to build up again very quickly and it was alot of effort to get them looking OK every week. Hello Services came in and within 2 hours both bathrooms were gleaming and we were very happy. Don't know how they did it in such a short space of time or what products they used but it was amazing and well worth the money. 100% I will use Hello Services again and would highly recommend them to anybody for any cleaning service; you will not be disappointed.

We booked this service at the end of our tenancy, and honestly I wish we’d booked one when we moved in 2 years ago. Adriana and her team were fantastic! In just a few hours, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat went from dull and worn to spotless. I couldn’t be happier and we will definitely book another clean in the future!

The two cleaners were friendly, polite and hard-working. They cleaned all my appliances to a high standard and left everything spotless. They also gave me some useful advice to keep the appliances clean and hygienic. I thought this was amazing value and will definitely ask them to come again!

Initially I was very apprehensive due to a little miscommunication on arrival. But wow what an amazing deep clean 👏 My husband has a fur allergy and the previous tenants had lots of pets and the carpets were left as good as new. The oven also looks brand new ....I absolutely recommend, don't get hung up on any negative reviews ....these guys work so hard and deserve the recognition 👏 thanks so much
