Really good company . Came out and let themselves in to clean with minimum fuss as I couldn't get the day off work. Did a great job of the bedroom,bathroom and the carpet . My only criticism is you quoted to dust bedframe but when I checked underneath mattress it was still dusty . I also checked the skirting behind headboard and bedside cabinet and that had been missed too. However I'm not sure if under the mattress and behind the headboard is included. I would have pulled the mattress off and pulled the bed out if I had known so you could have got to it . Not to worry I ran the hoover behind it quick enough. Still very happy as it saved me a lot of hassle just before Christmas. Thank you

We had them out to clean carpets and furniture … arrived on time(actually early) explained what they were doing , wore shoe covers and brought in the equipment needed . The cleaner was honest and attentive. Cleaned up carefully prior to leaving Will certainly use them again

We booked Hello Services for an oven, dishwasher and washing machine clean. All 3 appliances were in a bad state. The booking was attended by Ismael and Ali who worked an absolute miracle. They arrived on time, zero fuss, and after an hour the 3 appliances are like brand new. I can’t recommend them enough, perfect service and easy 5 star review.

Found the whole experience of using Hello Services excellent. Great website which helped guide me on what exactly I needed and got a date scheduled convenient to me. The cleaning team communicated well before, during and after and did a great job on a major deep clean I needed prior to putting a house on the market.

Ingrida LS12 did an amazing job on our apartment, which was sadly neglected following illness in the family. She was super efficient and our home looks sparkling and clean again and ready for the Christmas decorations! She was very friendly and it was a really positive experience. Thank you, Ingrida!

Sardar and his team did a great job. Friendly, thorough and quick. Very communicative also. They did a 3 bed clean along with bathroom and kitchen. They were able remove a lot of hard to shift limescale in the shower.

Ingrida did a thorough job of our deep clean, taking great care throughout. Her attitude, friendliness and enthusiasm were amazing!

We hired the team to do a deep clean of the house as a one off clean and was particularly impressed with the deep oven clean as well as the attention to detail with the cleaning of the tiles in the Kitchen and bathroom. All in all, the team were here for around 5 hours and did a really good job!

Sardar has just visited to do a deep clean of my fridge and double oven (which was especially mucky). They are now sparkling clean and the kitchen shows no traces of him ever having been here. A great job and a lovely man…

I asked for a Deep clean on a 4 bedroom house. Ingrid was assigned to this clean. They did great job doing a deep clean. All the areas were cleaned as per the invoice. Happy with the result. There was a slight misunderstanding of the oven. On my half, I ordered a double oven clean thinking that they would be able to clean the oven. But needed to order a full oven clean.

I really like how I can pick exactly which items needs to be cleaned when booking, and the website shows the price breakdown for each item. The team were a little late, but it was fair enough because the weather was very bad and they were very apologetic and easy to get in contact with, though I would have preferred if they had reached out to me when they knew there would be a delay. The work the did was fantastic. It was £230 for end of tenancy clean for two bed apartment, whereas another company quoted me £500! Was very pleased with the end result.

Mohamed and his colleague came to our home to give it a deep clean. We bought a new family home and wanted a good clean before we moved in. The clean is brilliant. The windows were exceptionally clean. The team were friendly and I found it easy to book with them and found their communication friendly. I will use them again in the future. They brought all their own cleaning materials and took away all rubbish too. We’re very happy 😊

I am a landlord so have experience of a few end of tenancy cleans. Hello Services cleaned my one bed flat yesterday and it was the best service i have ever had. Nothing missed and even extra attention to the washing machine drawer which other companies always forget! Also included an oven clean which i was worried about but it came up so well. The cleaner was so thorough and was there for over 4 hours. They were on time and such nice people. Will always use Hello Services in future.
