Jose and Maria were great! They did a fantastic job cleaning. Everything from limescale to dust was spotless by the end. They were both very thorough and professional. Jose was especially friendly and easy to talk to, highly recommend. :)

Really impressed with the services by Hello Services. They were quick to responds and communication was great (they gave us lots of reminders and was clear with the services provided). Sardar and his team were amazing too, we booked an end of tenancy cleaning session and they delivered. They did such a good job getting the place into a spotless state. Ismael amd Ali were very lovely, they did a good job, they communicated well with time of arrival and did a tour show the work that had been completed. They also rectified any issues ie only 1 mirror but overall service was good. They were efficient in their work and brought a new shine to my oven. Happy with the service provided.

This is my second time using this cleaning service for a post tenancy clean. The two cleaners worked so hard and the place was sparkling when they had finished. There is an easy booking system and the cleaners were punctual and friendly. Highly recommended.

This was an end of tenancy clean which I booked at short notice and I was pleased that the office got back to me quickly. The two cleaners Ali and Ismael turned up on time and were polite and friendly. They made a great job of cleaning the oven and the carpets , both of which were very dirty.

I booked a deep clean and added a few other services to it - carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, blinds, oven, hob and extractor fan cleaning. Adriana came on time and got started straight away. Her colleague joined her slightly afterwards and got stuck in too. They were both so thorough and did an amazing job! So happy with the clean and would definitely book again!

Great communication confirming booking, and reminders sent in advance. Teodora arrived on time, was friendly and extremely thorough in cleaning (much better than other EoT services I have used with other companies). Highly recommend!

Ingrid LS12, thank you for your time! Edit: Wanted to add to this now the person has gone and is no longer pressuring me to write a review, which was what they did. They didn't tell me what to write, just to give a review. A man turned up, non uniformed and without a liveried van as per the website, a subcontractor I'd guess which is fair enough. Had a domestic grade Vax to clean two small carpets, he was nice, did what he could with what he had. Off the shelf laundry products were used as apparently carpet cleaning solutions don't work, I was expecting a professional grade steam cleaning machine, which probably would have done it better. The carpets do look cleaner and landlord has agreed it will suffice for a return of deposit. So in terms of that, job is done. You get what you pay for though, as is the saying. Not overly impressed but people need to be paid for their time so I'll leave it at that and move on. Don't expect me to use this service again though.

The ease of booking the service. The communication and status updates were very helpful. The cleaning team that came to clean the carpets and the oven for an end of tenancy clean were excellent. They arrived on time. They made the oven sparkle as new! We got our full deposit back!
