Very pleased with the team that cleaned my flat today. All communication was excellent. I received a telephone call shortly after my online enquiry and confirmation email clarifying what was included within the service. Team were professional and am impressed with the quality of service received.

We used Hello Services to do an end-of-tenancy cleanup. They did an amazing job. The house was not just spotless but sparkling and we got our deposit back in full. A big thank you to the cleaning team who worked so hard that day.

Fantastic service provided. The cleaning was very efficient and of high quality. They made sure I was satisfied prior to their departure. Good communication and very friendly, despite the challenging logistics upon entry to the flat due to heavy roadworks etc.

I booked a deep clean for my small 2 bed home after I had got behind on housework after an intense work project. There was an issue on start time but I was kept informed and reschedule worked ok. The quality of the cleaning was excellent and thorough and they cleaned areas I had struggled with. Overall I was delighted with the service which I felt was good value and efficient.

Amazing fast and efficient service. Text message to confirm, message to remind, phone call on arrival. She came with equipment- as with all firms depends who you get, for the carpet clean we got a nice lady who did the job.

I just had my house cleaned by Ingrid (LS12). Everything is now clean and sparkly, ready for getting photograph taken by the estate agent tomorrow. Very pleased with the service and will book in the oven cleaning again before we move!

The best decision I’ve ever made. Hello services did an absolutely amazing job cleaning one of my houses for rent. The tenants didn’t look after the place at all, and I was on a very tight schedule and had to get the house cleaned for the new arrivals, I heard about the work tidy shines have done for others and emailed them about the job straight away and they took care of everything in a very professional manor. Super happy with the result and I 100% recommend them to anyone wanting a clean! Thank you

We were stressed under so much pressure. We found hello Seevices end of of tenancy cleaning to be very reasonable price. Booked online and the cleaners did amazing job. They were 45 mins late but it’s sometimes expected.

Great service - we had a full deep clean of the house after building works and it was very good value for money plus easy to get a quote and make the booking. They also dealt with an issue that some flooring had been missed and sent someone back the next day free of charge to rectify so I was impressed with the customer experience.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Lorraine and Simone were absolutely brilliant! Deep cleaned my house to a T! They both worked very hard and cleaned each area of the house to an very high standard. The Salar Team did such an amazing job at our house when we moved out. They went above and beyond to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned for the new owners and could not fault it, perfect service. I was worried about other negative views saying they had no shows so got in touch with Hello Services the day before and they put me in touch with the cleaning team so I had assurance they were coming. They arrived 10 minutes early so we were very impressed.

The guys know a lot of stuff about each appliance and each room and how to clean it. Prices are very affordable. Just book the service, sit back and relax. Your job will be done and you'll be happy.

I booked Hello Services for an end of tenancy clean on March 3rd 2025. I was extremely impressed with Iasmina & Radu, they arrived at the booked time & I left them to it, they kindly gave me a call to confirm when they would finish so I could get back to them promptly. Not only was the whole house gleaming but it also smelled beautiful. They were friendly, professional people & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Ismael and Ali cleaned the house at the end of tenancy. Although they arrived a bit later that scheduled (partly because of difficulty in finding the property) they worked efficiently and quickly and the house was ready in a 3 hours. They were a very friendly and amiable pair of workers.

The cleaner came and was so kind and friendly, she did a tremendous job tidying and cleaning my studio apartment for the ending of my tenancy. I was really nervous because it was really cheap but turns out it’s just a bargain. It also only took 1.5 hours and she called me 10 minutes before she was due to finish so I had time to get home. The only reason I’m taking one star off as I was informed the night before that she would have to come at 8am rather than 10am, luckily that worked out for me but could be a hassle for others. Thank you again!

I booked an end of tenancy clean with this company and they were fantastic. When Vicki arrived there was a bit of a disaster as typically there was no water! It had been turned off due to the property being vacant. She was extremely flexible and understanding and came back a few days later. She did a wonderful and thorough job, she was very friendly and responsive and I would have no hesitation in recommending her in the future.

My cleaners were punctual and did an outstanding job, I have to say I was really impressed with the results. They kept me updated about the process and called me half and hour before the completion so I could go back and inspect the property. Great job Thank you guys

Ismael and Ali were wonderful, cleaning service is the best I ever had. They made it to a very clean house, every knook and cranny was clean. They were very polite and nice, Looking forward to them coming back again and again. Would highly recommend them.

Ismail and Ali we great. They did a really good job on an after builders cleaning. They left the apartment clean and smelling fresh. They always insisted that I inspect their work and raise any issues so they can rectify before they left. Great service.

I contacted Hello Services last Friday afternoon after being let down by estate agent organised pre cleaning of a rental property I was due to move into following my own house being flooded. I was immediately given an appt for the following morning! Joel & his team arrived at 9 as arranged & did a fantastic job. Sadar and his wife did an excellent job of deep cleaning a one bedroom flat.

Overall, this service was great for cleaning a student flat! Team Yamba was kind and courteous and would defenitly hire them again. The reason for not 5 stars and the deep clean was not perfect- neglated to clean some areas of the kitchen and bathrrom.

Happy with the standard of cleaning although one or two windows were missed but they did them once it was pointed out. At £100 per hour, I felt it was a bit on the expensive side. Not sure whether I would use them again.

I would highly recommend Hello Services for their deep cleaning services. They were very prompt at booking us in at short notice and compared to other cleaning services offered very good value for money. Jay and his co-worker from Hello Services were really excellent. They were professional, courteous, very hard working and cleaned every single surface to a very high standard. The property looked spotless by the end!

Arrived late due to delays caused by clients at a previous job (it happens!) but this was clearly communicated and an accurate estimated time of arrival was provided, allowing me to get on with other things without waiting around for them. Very polite and friendly even when job was not as they were expecting (end of tenancy in a furnished apartment rather than unfurnished). I'd recommend them

Hello Services has under its umbrella a number of individual cleaning companies and so one doesn’t know who is coming until on the day. Once used it is possible to request the same group of cleaners if one was happy first time round. I would request the same three cleaners again who did a deep clean for me recently after some heavy building work. However, one star was knocked off as some high ledges had been not cleaned, still thick with builder’s dust. Overall, what was cleaned was cleaned extremely well.

Had a good experience with Hello Services. A short notice deep clean at my mum's house while she was in hospital. The cleaners arrived late but warned me in advance and it was not a problem for me. They did a good job on a very long overdue clean, with five rescue cats and all the challenges that brings.

Easy to book with fantastic communication. I had 2 mattresses cleaned with them. They came up a treat. By far the most reasonably priced. As I'm unable to walk the lady kept me informed about every step of the cleaning, offering to take photos to come and show me. 💯% would use again. Thank you
