Really pleased with the service I received at very little notice. I booked the appointment on 31/3 for a deep clean to take place the following afternoon. Adriana called me in the morning and asked if it would be ok for her to arrive earlier, which was even better. They arrived at new time agreed and I left as the property is not currently lived in. I received a call about 3 hours later to tell me that they were nearly finished so I went back and I could not believe the difference. For context the 2 bed flat was extremely dirty, I wish I had before and after pictures to show the difference that they have made. They worked so hard and I couldnt be happier with the results. I will be using again and recommending to others. Thank you!

The team of three young lads arrived from HELLO SERVICES at the scheduled time and started work to deep clean straight away. They were courteous, polite, very professional treated us and our bungalow and contents with the greatest respect. Also, they obviously had great pride in their work and turned our dull bungalow into a sparkling paradise. The booking process was easy, and their communication was good with both emails, phone calls and reminders. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. It was well worth the money we paid and was a great experience.

Great communication, extremely reliable, fantastic price and an amazing cleaning services provided. My house is sparkling from top to bottom. The ladies waited and asked if I would like to take a look around before they left, to inspect their work. They paid so much attention to everything, they even cleaned the tracks on the inside of my blinds. I highly recommend 👌🏻

Really flexible when I needed to change time and day. Clean was amazing. Completely transformed the house. Sardar was great. Kept in good contact with us as he was running early and did a great job.

Sadar came to do a end of tenancy clean of my property. The standard was exceptional, my landlord was very impressive. Never seen it cleaner, will definitely use again!

Efficient service and friendly staff. Quoting process was quick and easy, and was the best price I found locally. They subcontracted to a small local firm, who turned up promptly, worked incredibly hard, and managed to fit way more furniture in a Luton than I thought possible. They were creative in solving issues of things not fitting down the stairs and lowered them out the window with a strap. Really pleased with the service!

Ismael and Ali did a great job. The communication beforehand was very good. They did a thorough end of tenancy clean, including cleaning carpets. They are really nice guys too. Thank you.

Milad and his assistant did an excellent pre-move deep clean of our new home, turned up on time, spent longer than expected and were very friendly - thanks so much. We were pleasantly surprised at how well each room was done and in particular how exhaustively they cleaned the kitchen and appliances. It was great to walk in after the clean and see not only a very clean home but very fresh smelling, like-new. Thank you!

I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Hello services on 04/03/26 . It was so easy to get a quote and make the booking, I had excellent communication with the team regarding some queries. Milad and his colleague arrived on within time, despite initially they went to a different postcode so I had to redirect them to my property. They finished in two hours and did a great job! I would be more satisfied if they paid attention in more detailed cleaning but otherwise all good.

Great service from the guys who came to give our little flat an end of tenancy clean. Popped back the next day and it was spotless! Oven looked brand new. Very confident we'll be getting our deposit back thanks to these guys

Booking was straightforward and courteous. I wasn’t there for the clean itself (it’s an empty flat I’m selling after a death) but using the lockbox as they were instructed seems to have gone smoothly. They sent me photos afterwards which looked great, the clean seems to have been thorough enough. The estate agents report that it’s made all the difference.

Manu and Sara were the ladies that attended my clean Saturday afternoon. They both did an amazing job, they were very efficient. I recently had a baby and suffer wrist problems, both ladies went above and beyond in cleaning under the sofa, in/out under TV stand, all bathroom tiles and removed limescale and much more. I have windows from floor to cleaning, they managed to do all 6 large windows. Thank you so much for your service. I wish to do deep clean at least once a year with this company. And for added bonus, they came with ALL their cleaning products and tools unlike other companies charge per equipment. Deffo will recommend them 🌟

Very pleased with the deep clean Hello Services provided for my new home. Once they got started they were quick and efficient and left the place looking and smelling fresh. The cleaners that came were friendly to deal with. My only quibble is that they were a little late for the appointment but that didn't impact too much. Overall - pleased with the service - particularly the ease of booking and getting an itemised quote for the work done.

The service and results were very good. We gave them a probably harder job than others for a small apartment deep clean that was still cluttered by the many belongings of the person living in it. They took to the job well, worked hard over many hours and produced very acceptable results. The only issue which they should correct is that we followed the following process: agreed proposal of works, cost, guarantees etc. The cleaners came to the apartment, looked around, agreed what they could and could not do, and then they got on with their work. A small time in to the job, I received a call from their head office saying that they had to withdraw the cleaning guarantee ie to return to resolve if I wasnt happy with the job. They said the apartment was too cluttered. This behaviour was unacceptable. We agreed the job, they looked at the apartment before proceeding, and we agreed on what was not possible, and then I received that call. But again, overall, I recommend them for general very good service and cleaning.

Erik was superb! Polite and friendly, arrived on time and did a great job (5 star rating for him). The only reason for 4 star and not 5 overall is for the carpet cleaning machine which is not really sufficient for heavy traffic areas, although Erik did his best.

A couple of very nice cleaner staff came to clean my new rental property before I formally moved in. The house was not in the best state when they started, but after they were done with the property the house was looking tops! Highly recommend this company. Will use them again in future. The admin team were responsive and answered emails promptly.

Sardar did a very thorough job cleaning an oven, washing machine and BBQ. He was polite and efficient and I am very happy with the results.

Really easy & straight forward website to get services booked in, with lots of choice for all cleaning required. Good communication from the customer services team. The two male cleaners were friendly and provided a professional and fantastic deep clean service. Outstanding result and the house looks pristine, the oven is so clean it looks brand new. Equally the fridge & freezer clean was also brilliant. They used my wood floor cleaner for my new wood floors which I really appreciated. The house looks so good and extremely happy & satisfied with the job they did. I have had health issues so the deep clean service was very helpful for me and my puppy. I would highly recommend this team for deep cleaning services, excellent value for money. Definitely a 5 star service, just absolutely brilliant as the house looks like a million dollars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
