Had a deep clean performed this morning by mr Ismael and mr Ali and what an absolutely incredible and marvelous job they did . The house was extremely dirty and unkept and they left it sparkling new . Extremely polite, professional and efficient. I can’t recommend their service enough, money well spent , fair quota, and will use the service in the future for sure. Thank you Hello Services, but most of all, thank you Mr Ismael and Mr Ali.

Amazing Ingrid arrived and cleaned my washing machine, dishwasher and oven they are now sparkling. Lovely lady INGRID very polite and friendly definitely recommend

Ismael and Ali cleaned the house at the end of tenancy. Although they arrived a bit later that scheduled (partly because of difficulty in finding the property) they worked efficiently and quickly and the house was ready in a 3 hours. They were a very friendly and amiable pair of workers.

The cleaner came and was so kind and friendly, she did a tremendous job tidying and cleaning my studio apartment for the ending of my tenancy. I was really nervous because it was really cheap but turns out it’s just a bargain. It also only took 1.5 hours and she called me 10 minutes before she was due to finish so I had time to get home. The only reason I’m taking one star off as I was informed the night before that she would have to come at 8am rather than 10am, luckily that worked out for me but could be a hassle for others. Thank you again!

I booked an end of tenancy clean with this company and they were fantastic. When Vicki arrived there was a bit of a disaster as typically there was no water! It had been turned off due to the property being vacant. She was extremely flexible and understanding and came back a few days later. She did a wonderful and thorough job, she was very friendly and responsive and I would have no hesitation in recommending her in the future.

We’re very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning service provided by Hello Services Ltd. The team arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. Everything was finished in less than 3 hours, and the service was efficient and well organised. One small suggestion for improvement would be to dry the floors after cleaning, as some dried water traces were left once the floors dried. Overall, we’re satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

My cleaners were punctual and did an outstanding job, I have to say I was really impressed with the results. They kept me updated about the process and called me half and hour before the completion so I could go back and inspect the property. Great job Thank you guys

Book them if you need cleaning services for your house. It was such an easy experience booking them for cleaning services. I have tried a few places before but their prices and the perfection of work is unbeatable. Such affordable rates and a neat job. Mr Hassan did a fantastic job, will definitely recommend to my friends. Mr Lee helped us with booking and organising. They were on time and did a wonderful job. Great work!! 10/10

Erik was superb! Polite and friendly, arrived on time and did a great job (5 star rating for him). The only reason for 4 star and not 5 overall is for the carpet cleaning machine which is not really sufficient for heavy traffic areas, although Erik did his best.

Ismael and Ali were wonderful, cleaning service is the best I ever had. They made it to a very clean house, every knook and cranny was clean. They were very polite and nice, Looking forward to them coming back again and again. Would highly recommend them.

Ismail and Ali we great. They did a really good job on an after builders cleaning. They left the apartment clean and smelling fresh. They always insisted that I inspect their work and raise any issues so they can rectify before they left. Great service.

I contacted Hello Services last Friday afternoon after being let down by estate agent organised pre cleaning of a rental property I was due to move into following my own house being flooded. I was immediately given an appt for the following morning! Joel & his team arrived at 9 as arranged & did a fantastic job. Overall, this service was great for cleaning a student flat! Team Yamba was kind and courteous and would defenitly hire them again. The reason for not 5 stars and the deep clean was not perfect- neglated to clean some areas of the kitchen and bathrrom.

Isamel and Ali were terrific. They worked incredibly hard and made really swift work of cleaning my mum and dad’s property. They were thorough, polite and efficient. Leaving the house really clean and looking refreshed. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Happy with the standard of cleaning although one or two windows were missed but they did them once it was pointed out. At £100 per hour, I felt it was a bit on the expensive side. Not sure whether I would use them again.

I would highly recommend Hello Services for their deep cleaning services. They were very prompt at booking us in at short notice and compared to other cleaning services offered very good value for money. Jay and his co-worker from Hello Services were really excellent. They were professional, courteous, very hard working and cleaned every single surface to a very high standard. The property looked spotless by the end!

I had Erik and his team over for a property deep clean. He was very professional and did a great job. He communicated well and didn’t leave until I was happy with everything. It also helps that the booking process is very easy and clearly outlines what is and isn’t included. I needed the service urgently and managed to get booked in the very next morning. Would recommend.

Arrived late due to delays caused by clients at a previous job (it happens!) but this was clearly communicated and an accurate estimated time of arrival was provided, allowing me to get on with other things without waiting around for them. Very polite and friendly even when job was not as they were expecting (end of tenancy in a furnished apartment rather than unfurnished). I'd recommend them

Hello Services has under its umbrella a number of individual cleaning companies and so one doesn’t know who is coming until on the day. Once used it is possible to request the same group of cleaners if one was happy first time round. I would request the same three cleaners again who did a deep clean for me recently after some heavy building work. However, one star was knocked off as some high ledges had been not cleaned, still thick with builder’s dust. Overall, what was cleaned was cleaned extremely well.

I booked an after builders' clean for my new extension. The company was very professional and efficient. It was easy to communicate with them via email or telephone. They kept me updated every step of the way. Their cleaners were punctual, polite and respectful, and did an excellent cleaning job! I had a pleasant experience and would strongly recommend them.

Had a good experience with Hello Services. A short notice deep clean at my mum's house while she was in hospital. The cleaners arrived late but warned me in advance and it was not a problem for me. They did a good job on a very long overdue clean, with five rescue cats and all the challenges that brings.

Easy to book with fantastic communication. I had 2 mattresses cleaned with them. They came up a treat. By far the most reasonably priced. As I'm unable to walk the lady kept me informed about every step of the cleaning, offering to take photos to come and show me. 💯% would use again. Thank you
