Cleaners came on time and ready to work. Left the place better than I excepted. No fuss, good quote and no surprises. I got my full deposit back. Well done! Wish I had pictures to show.

Excellent deep cleaning service from Amar and Yusuf. Arrived on time at very short notice and performed a thorough clean of our new house after was left very grimey and uncared for. Did brilliantly with all appliances, blinds, and bathrooms. Carpets are almost a brand new colour. They worked all day through it and were extremely friendly before and after the cleaning. Extremely satisfied.

I booked Hello Services for both a Removal and an end of tenancy clean. I am only giving out 4 stars purely on a couple hiccups throughout. The removers were booked for Saturday morning but due to a van issue, they didn't show up. However Hello Services were incredibly quick and sorted out a removal for the following morning, within 20 minutes of me calling. The removers were professional, kind and efficient, they dismantled the bed and rebuilt it and offered to take on more items than we had listed as there was still space in the van. In terms of the clean, Hello Services managed to bring this forward for me as the flat was empty earlier than anticipated. Mike and their team were thorough, all areas I had pointed out were taken care of, and they aded an extra room carpet clean as a last minute request. The kitchen in particular was sparkling, the oven looked brand new and cleaner than when I first moved in! Overall very very good company with a great customer service, they manage to employ some great contractors for these jobs at an incredible value, would recommend and use again!

Great service from Ingrid and other person whose name I did not catch. Really good professional job and done in just two hours which was quicker than I thought. Booked an end of tenancy clean after my tenant vacated and unfortunately left the property very dirty. Ismael and Ali were beyond fantastic - everything was left spotless including the oven which was absolutely filthy. Really friendly and helpful, was even able to do the clean a day earlier and so quickly. Thank you both so much, 110% recommend !

Zaher and his team were great. It was a challenging clean in the allotted time, and they did a very detailed, thorough job. The booking process was smooth, the price extremely competitive, the team showed up on time and I was impressed with the results. I called to book a deep clean on a Friday and Hello services found a team for the next day! Zaher and his team did a fantastic job, very thorough and professional. Mattresses, sofa and curtains were steam cleaned, the bathrooms and kitchen were left sparkling, the oven never looked so good! Will definitely book with Hello Services again!

Halwest and his team have just done a fantastic job for us. Although they were held up at another property they did lots of extras for us and even managed to get a stain out the carpet that other carpet cleaners had not managed. Also the oven and fridge clean were amazing. Thanks guys. Will use again soon.

The actual clean was fantastic! The 3 cleaners worked tirelessly and did an amazing job!! The downside is the booking process. On the website it offered a slot that wasn’t actually available. Customer service called me to rebook but on the day they had double booked the cleaning team so mine was pushed back. I also don’t think the booking process allows for you to be specific enough about the job being quoted for in terms of size of rooms or dirt/grime level which meant my cleaning team left late as not enough time had been allocated which is not down to them at all! However, to reiterate the actual clean was brilliant, very happy!

Roaman, Carla + the team did a great job, very effective cleaning, worked at speed, explained everything they were doing and adaptable working around us working from home... and very sweet to my dog! They even got my filthy oven clean! Sam and Jerry at the office were also very helpful answering my enquiries. Thankyou!

Yesterday Jose and another person came to do a deep clean of a kitchen that needed to be spotless for the house to be sold I was so impressed and I couldn’t believe the difference when it was done. Jose and team did an amazing job he was on time, very nice man to talk to would definitely use the service again and recommend to my family and friends. Highly recommend if you want it done without fusses. The quality of their end of tenancy cleaning is amazing. I had some problematic roommates so the kitchen was a mess. Hello service staffs were so pleasant to talk to, and they were able to clean up old stains that were there when we moved in - I thought those were wears. The communication was also very efficient and they reply fast. For reference, this is the service in Cambridge.

End of tenancy house cleaning , the two guys which cleaned the house were amazing it was a big house 5 bedroom and a garage, I was so impressed with them I couldn't have asked for anything more , very polite thank you guys you did a amazing job 😀

Adriano and Constantin professionally cleaned my flat at the end of tenancy. Both great and friendly, did an amazing job with the place and very quick too. Would highly recommend if you are wanting to avoid any further landlord end of tenancy cleaning fees and get your full deposit back.

We've just moved and I wanted the fridge freezer and oven professionally cleaned before I used them. I booked and paid online. On the day I had a call to say they were on their way and they did a great job. Much better than I could have done. I'm really happy. We're having some building work done and the house will need a deep clean. I will definitely use Hello Services when I'm ready to book that.

Couldn't recommend more. Due to some cancellations from other companies, I needed a same day job. Spoke to Michael on the phone after a quick callback from my online enquiry and he was very helpful setting up a booking later that afternoon. Nader and his colleague Kalita arrived at the agreed time, came well-equipped and did an end of tenancy job in good time. I appreciated the text reminders which assured me the job was confirmed and going ahead. Standard was professional and delivery respectful, friendly and efficient. Result was cleaner & shinier than when I first moved in! So grateful for these guys.

Milad and his assistant did an excellent pre-move deep clean of our new home, turned up on time, spent longer than expected and were very friendly - thanks so much. We were pleasantly surprised at how well each room was done and in particular how exhaustively they cleaned the kitchen and appliances. This company has excellent customer service. After booking the cleaners arrived promptly at the time agreed. They deep cleaned the flat but few areas needed more attention so I contacted the company and they arranged for another team to come and sort the issues out. I am very happy with the clean and the service I received. I would definitely be using this company again and recommending to my family and friends.

Uki and Ben helped to clean my flat following a large and mess kitchen renovation. They did a fantastic job considering the dust and mess. I came back after a couple of hours to a clean and liveable home. I cannot thank them enough!

Booked a oven clean (Sheffield) and they did an amazing job. I had tried to clean my oven two days before and got that mad with it I was thinking about buying a new oven. They did an absolutely amazing job on it. It looks brand new. I didn’t get the cleaners name but I called him an oven Angel. Really impressed well done and saved me buying a new oven

Mike and his team, based in the west country, did a fantastic job on my elderly parents in law flat. It was an end of tenancy clean and they were professional, courteous and meticulous in their work. Unfortunately, we were so tied up with other things, we didn't take photos, but Mike did. If you are lucky enough to have this team, they will do a good job for you.

The team of three young lads arrived from HELLO SERVICES at the scheduled time and started work to deep clean straight away. They were courteous, polite, very professional treated us and our bungalow and contents with the greatest respect. Also, they obviously had great pride in their work and turned our dull bungalow into a sparkling paradise. The booking process was easy, and their communication was good with both emails, phone calls and reminders. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. It was well worth the money we paid and was a great experience.

We booked for a deep clean for a house we were moving into with short notice. The friendly team turned up on time, fully equipped and blitzed the house in just over 2 hours. The house was spotless when we returned, carpets given a wash and new lease of life, appliances and windows cleaned. It really felt like a transformation, even though the house wasn't in a bad state to start with. The process really helped us move in and feel like the house was ours. Exceptional Service. Booked Hello Services to deep clean both our Bathrooms as they had years of grime, limescale, soap scum and discoloured grout on them. Despite the fact that we clean them weekly they just seemed to build up again very quickly and it was a lot of effort to get them looking OK every week. Hello Services came in and within 2 hours both bathrooms were gleaming and we were very happy. Don't know how they did it in such a short space of time or what products they used but it was amazing and well worth the money. 100% I will use Hello Services again and would highly recommend them to anybody for any cleaning service; you will not be disappointed.

I have been looking for a good cleaner for a long time. I had a leaflet from Hello Services posted to me, a few days ago. I checked the reviews online; the customers were all very happy with the cleaners and so I contacted Hello Services. They were extremely helpful in organising a timetable and writing a list of items that needed daily cleaning. When the cleaners arrived, they were on time, kind, polite and very hardworking. Particularly, Anita she made sure the work was completed and that I was satisfied with the results. I use this team once a week and they have been very reliable. I highly recommend Hello Services cleaners, to anyone who may need a regular and organised cleaner. They have been very friendly and professional, and I am really happy with the service which I get.

Constantine and Adriana did an amazing job cleaning. It was fast and they were very clean. Had a full house clean and and carpet clean and looks and smells great. Very friendly and gave great communication

Unfortunately the cleaner did not arrive when scheduled, and I had to chase the company for an update. After several chases, I was told the cleaners vehicle had broken down. They were able to arrange to get someone else out 4 hours later. Justina and her partner arrived half an hour earlier than expected and spent about 3 hours at the property. They did a fantastic job, and if it wasn’t for the earlier communication problem, I would have scored 5. The other positive is that my landlord was happy with the clean!

At first I was worried about the quality of the service after reading some bad reviews but Ferraz team was very professional. They arrived earlier than the appointment time which is impressive. We had the house (3 bed 2 bath) deep clean. They took about 6 hrs and left the house clean. They walked us around the house at the end to check if we’re happy with it and everything was cleaned properly. I think part of it is a luck as well, it depends on which cleaning persons/ company you’re getting.

Ali and Ishmael were great, they got some stubborn stains out of a carpet and left the house looking better than it has in ages. My only complaint was that I booked them to be here at 9 and the day before they had to rearrange to be here in the early afternoon instead. This was still communicated well though and I'd recommend them

The very best clean and most professional team I’ve ever had. Thorough, I mean they even took the door off the oven to get to the grim, the dryer hose was caked with lint and dust and they left it without a spec of grim. I can’t say enough good things, you will not be sorry if you use Hello Services!

Accommodated me on a short notice on a weekend (literally within 4 hours). Cosmina and her team did a thorough job, especially with dirty oven, and left my newly moved in flat in a great condition. There were some minor things I discovered later but doesn’t take away from the proper job they did. I would definitely use them again.

We moved out of our flat and hired this company to clean it. They provided us a lady called Niza, she was amazing! She did an amazing job ( we owned a husky so u can imagine how much hair collects behind things) and the cost was really good for the amount of time and work 😊 highly recommend

Office staff were really speedy at responding to emails - I easily added on a couch steam cleaning with no fuss at all. Team Yamba arrived exactly on time and listened carefully to the complexities of the cleaning service required in my new flat. Great end of tenancy clean. Cleaned to a very high standard, and all communication was kind and clear. Would recommend. Just be aware that the clean doesn't automatically include the kitchen, hallways or living room (which I didn't realise) - these are an extra charge and you have to book them in advance.

Booked the Gloucestershire team last minute to clean most of a 3-bedroom house left in a state by a flatmate. The 2-man team did an incredible job getting both bathrooms, the hallways, the living room & the kitchen + appliances clean, alongside the doors and windows. Would absolutely have again!

The cleaners Constantin and arrived in time and never stopped until the work was completed to the best of their ability. I would recommend a more upgraded carpet cleaner as I was hoping for a hot steam cleaner to penetrate areas or heavy foot traffic on the carpet. They never gave up until the look was more space saving. I can now access the office area to study My degree coursework at home. All accumulated rubbish was kindly removed.

After a shaky start, with cleaners being over an hour late with little update or communication the team arrived and completed a great job. My landlord was there to inspect the property upon completion of the clean and was happy with the job done and couldn’t find any issues.
