Exceptional Service. Booked Hello Services to deep clean both our Bathrooms as they had years of grime, limescale, soap scum and discoloured grout on them. Despite the fact that we clean them weekly they just seemed to build up again very quickly and it was a lot of effort to get them looking OK every week. Hello Services came in and within 2 hours both bathrooms were gleaming and we were very happy. Don't know how they did it in such a short space of time or what products they used but it was amazing and well worth the money. 100% I will use Hello Services again and would highly recommend them to anybody for any cleaning service; you will not be disappointed.

I have been looking for a good cleaner for a long time. I had a leaflet from Hello Services posted to me, a few days ago. I checked the reviews online; the customers were all very happy with the cleaners and so I contacted Hello Services. They were extremely helpful in organising a timetable and writing a list of items that needed daily cleaning. When the cleaners arrived, they were on time, kind, polite and very hardworking. Particularly, Anita she made sure the work was completed and that I was satisfied with the results. I use this team once a week and they have been very reliable. I highly recommend Hello Services cleaners, to anyone who may need a regular and organised cleaner. They have been very friendly and professional, and I am really happy with the service which I get.

Constantine and Adriana did an amazing job cleaning. It was fast and they were very clean. Had a full house clean and and carpet clean and looks and smells great. Very friendly and gave great communication

The very best clean and most professional team I’ve ever had. Thorough, I mean they even took the door off the oven to get to the grim, the dryer hose was caked with lint and dust and they left it without a spec of grim. I can’t say enough good things, you will not be sorry if you use Hello Services!

Accommodated me on a short notice on a weekend (literally within 4 hours). Cosmina and her team did a thorough job, especially with dirty oven, and left my newly moved in flat in a great condition. There were some minor things I discovered later but doesn’t take away from the proper job they did. I would definitely use them again.

Sardar and team arrived on time to clean my rental flat. They were friendly and helpful! Lots of renovation had been done and the team left everything spotless. Can highly recommend!

We moved out of our flat and hired this company to clean it. They provided us a lady called Niza, she was amazing! She did an amazing job ( we owned a husky so u can imagine how much hair collects behind things) and the cost was really good for the amount of time and work 😊 highly recommend

Office staff were really speedy at responding to emails - I easily added on a couch steam cleaning with no fuss at all. Team Yamba arrived exactly on time and listened carefully to the complexities of the cleaning service required in my new flat. Did a great job and really made it feel like home, would definitely recommend.

I booked a deep clean at the weekend and was able to get someone in the next day and they did an amazing job. The house was spotless when they finished, and they went over and above, even cleaning a small carpet I'd forgotten to tell them about. Thank you! I will be using them again.

I booked a deep clean, having moved into a flat that was in a poor, unhygienic state. Cosmina and her colleague arrived and were amazing. I am so pleased with the deep clean , they were both so lovely ,polite, and friendly. I can highly recommend them. The work these ladies did was outstanding 👏

Great end of tenancy clean. Cleaned to a very high standard, and all communication was kind and clear. Would recommend. Just be aware that the clean doesn't automatically include the kitchen, hallways or living room (which I didn't realise) - these are an extra charge and you have to book them in advance.

Really pleased with the deep clean. The two guys worked really hard to get the flat looking spic and span. I would definitely recommend.

Really easy to book and great communication through the whole process. Erik arrived promptly at my parents flat as we had booked an end of lease deep clean, and very pleased with the cleaning, looks like new, Erik was polite and did a great Job, would definitely recommend and use again.

I had a one off deep clean in South Wales. I am renting my house and needed it before the tenants moved in. 2 women came to clear the property, they were friendly, informative and lovey. They did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable. Would recommend and use again.

Booked the Gloucestershire team last minute to clean most of a 3-bedroom house left in a state by a flatmate. The 2-man team did an incredible job getting both bathrooms, the hallways, the living room & the kitchen + appliances clean, alongside the doors and windows. Would absolutely have again!

I honestly don’t think my place has ever looked this clean — not even when I moved in! The team was right on time, super friendly, and worked like a well-oiled machine. Every corner sparkled, every surface gleamed, and even the air smelled cleaner. They didn’t miss a single detail — even folded the loo roll like a hotel! Bonus points for using products that actually smelled nice and not like a chemical lab. I’ve already booked them again for next month. Worth every penny. If you’re on the fence — just book them. You’ll be wondering why you didn’t sooner.

The best decision I’ve ever made. Hello services did an absolutely amazing job cleaning one of my houses for rent. The tenants didn’t look after the place at all, and I was on a very tight schedule and had to get the house cleaned for the new arrivals, I heard about the work tidy shines have done for others and emailed them about the job straight away and they took care of everything in a very professional manor. We were stressed under so much pressure. We found hello Seevices end of of tenancy cleaning to be very reasonable price. Booked online and the cleaners did amazing job. They were 45 mins late but it’s sometimes expected.

Excellent job. Just moved house and they were very flexible with timings and priorities when it comes to cleaning. They made everything look like new, including the carpets, kitchen utilities and everything else.

The Salar Team did such an amazing job at our house when we moved out. They went above and beyond to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned for the new owners and could not fault it, perfect service. I was worried about other negative views saying they had no shows so got in touch with Hello Services the day before and they put me in touch with the cleaning team so I had assurance they were coming. They arrived 10 minutes early so we were very impressed.
