Booked Hello cleaning services for a flat that was in a really bad condition. I could not believe what Sardar and team did, they exceeded expectations. Great customer service and incredibly hard working to get the flat back in a good condition. If you are in the Haywards heath area book Sardar!!

Really easy to book and great communication through the whole process. Erik arrived promptly at my parents flat as we had booked an end of lease deep clean, and very pleased with the cleaning, looks like new, Erik was polite and did a great Job, would definitely recommend and use again.

Booked the Gloucestershire team last minute to clean most of a 3-bedroom house left in a state by a flatmate. The 2-man team did an incredible job getting both bathrooms, the hallways, the living room & the kitchen + appliances clean, alongside the doors and windows. Would absolutely have again!

The cleaners Constantin and arrived in time and never stopped until the work was completed to the best of their ability. I would recommend a more upgraded carpet cleaner as I was hoping for a hot steam cleaner to penetrate areas or heavy foot traffic on the carpet. They never gave up until the look was more space saving. I can now access the office area to study My degree coursework at home. All accumulated rubbish was kindly removed.

Sardar did a great job of cleaning our 4 bedroom house. Everything was cleaned to a very high standard and he was polite and respectful throughout. We are very happy customers and would have no hesitation in using him and Hello Services again. Thank you Sardar!

Very professional cleaners, very kind! The over and hobs of the flat we are moving into were seriously dirty and they did an amazing job! They also cleaned an extra window for us. I would recommend and I would book again in a heartbeat!

Excellent service , I’ve used them twice recently and delighted with the results and the quality and professionalism of the service. Treated a particularly difficult 15 years stair carpet and it came up like new.

Excellent job. Just moved house and they were very flexible with timings and priorities when it comes to cleaning. They made everything look like new, including the carpets, kitchen utilities and everything else.

Booking was straightforward and courteous. I wasn’t there for the clean itself (it’s an empty flat I’m selling after a death) but using the lockbox as they were instructed seems to have gone smoothly. They sent me photos afterwards which looked great, the clean seems to have been thorough enough. The estate agents report that it’s made all the difference.

Sadar came to do a end of tenancy clean of my property. The standard was exceptional, my landlord was very impressive. Never seen it cleaner, will definitely use again!

The Gloucester team came at very short notice when the booked team were unable to attend. They travelled 2 hours to fulfil the company's booking. The team of 2 were very friendly and worked well together. I had booked a deep clean as well as cleaning specific appliances and 2 sofas, so there was a lot to do. They did very well and most things were done to a good standard. On closer inspection, after they left, there were some places that were missed but I feel this was just because they had a lot to do and still needed to drive 2 hours home so were rushed. Thank you for your hard work.

Really pleased with the quality of the clean performed by Ismael and Ali. They were so thorough and paid attention to the small details that I’m sure many would miss. Had a deep clean performed this morning by mr Ismael and mr Ali and what an absolutely incredible and marvelous job they did . The house was extremely dirty and unkept and they left it sparkling new . Extremely polite, professional and efficient. We’re very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning service provided by Hello Services Ltd. The team arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. Everything was finished in less than 3 hours, and the service was efficient and well organised. One small suggestion for improvement would be to dry the floors after cleaning, as some dried water traces were left once the floors dried. Overall, we’re satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

Book them if you need cleaning services for your house. It was such an easy experience booking them for cleaning services. I have tried a few places before but their prices and the perfection of work is unbeatable. Such affordable rates and a neat job. Mr Hassan did a fantastic job, will definitely recommend to my friends. Mr Lee helped us with booking and organising. They were on time and did a wonderful job. Great work!! 10/10

Erik was superb! Polite and friendly, arrived on time and did a great job (5 star rating for him). The only reason for 4 star and not 5 overall is for the carpet cleaning machine which is not really sufficient for heavy traffic areas, although Erik did his best.

I had Erik and his team over for a property deep clean. He was very professional and did a great job. He communicated well and didn’t leave until I was happy with everything. It also helps that the booking process is very easy and clearly outlines what is and isn’t included. I needed the service urgently and managed to get booked in the very next morning. Would recommend.

Fantastic cleaning job from Jose. Very pleased with the result! We’ve struggled with a few really tricky spots such as grime on the window frames and limescale on the shower screen, but these are now looking spotless! Would definitely use again, and would recommend to friends and family.
