I definitely recommend this company and will use Hello Services again in the future. Getting a quote is very easy in the website and they were very flexible in arranging a date for performing the services. In my case, the agency was picky in finding issues after an end of tenancy cleaning, but it was so easy to contact Hello Services for a re-cleaning. They were really friendly, available and flexible. No excuses or getting defensive. After my contact, they immediately engaged with the agency, went there and addressed all the pointed issues successfully. I'm really thankful to Elda, who was my point of contact, and the rest of the cleaning team who did a great job. Thumbs Up Hello Services!

Had a deep clean done on our property ready for tenants to move in. Jose and team arrived early, were very polite and professional and did an excellent job - the house was spotless and all appliances were cleaned to an extremely high standard. we are very impressed and would definitely use them again.

Nicole and Marius did a good job of our flat, the bathroom was very clean and they got rid of all the water stains in the shower. Would recommend them.

AMAZING cleaners. I cannot believe how well they cleaned the house in such a short time, great work ethic. Managed to get the worst carpet stains removed. Marius and Nicole provided great customer service and I’ll definitely be calling them again when I need a clean.

Booked a one off deep clean for a flat we had just purchased. We could not believe how dirty the seller had left it. The cleaner was excellent. The flat is now spotless. His work ethic was 100% Now we can feel comfortable when we enter the flat. Thank-you so much

Nicole and Marius were very punctual and did a great job with the cleaning. Ideally i expected the front of the house to be at least swept the floor which takes less than 5 minutes just to remove the main dust /eaves. Nonetheless I did it myself with Marius quickly. The windows and all other places of the house were properly cleaned in a timely manner. Many thanks to both and hello Services.

Great company and amazingly friendly people - pleasant to liaise with!!! Absolute recommendation as they understand customer's difficulty and try to create ease for you and to top it off, excellent cleaners.

Best cleaning service I have ever used

The team were amazing! Great communication and wow they cleaned my 4 bed house top to bottoms, literally everything for end of tenancy Clean. Nicole and Marius what a team. We had our end of tenancy cleaning done by hello Services in new Malden. Just went to check the quality. It was supper clean.

Nicole and marius cleaned my flat to a suberb level. The clean it's self took about 4 hrs and they seemed to have checked every corner high and low. They were a few minutes late on arrival but Nicole sent me a message explaining that they may be a few minutes late and explaining reason why. I will use the service again if I can arrange for Nicole and Marius to come. Very happy

Nicole and Marius were a great team and gave the house a highly professional end of tenancy clean. I was impressed how they were able to respond to situations on the day (my moving van let me down and they worked around me moving my stuff). Would recommend. I have never seen the house so clean and shiny. I feel confident I will get my deposit back.

We booked a whole house cleaning for a new property. Diana and Alex called ahead to let me know they were on their way - this was great as I could prepare for their arrival. They cleaned everything perfectly - bathroom surfaces were shining, skirting and windows were “like new” and the carpets were deep cleaned and felt much better than before. Wood floors mopped and all the grime was gone. They left no mess and I was happy to leave them alone to get on with things, I could see they were hard working, attentive and also friendly. I would defo use them again and would not hesitate to recommend Diana and Alex absolutely.

The team Diane & Alex arrived as expected this morning and have completed an exceptionally large job. Due to a recent illness in the family they were able to accommodated this so it took nearly double the work and time. They were friendly, professional and extremely thorough. I would definitely recommend this company.

Nicole and Marius came and did an end of tenancy clean at my rental property in St. Albans yesterday and I can honestly say they are the best cleaners I've ever used. The property is old and they somehow made the entire place feel like a brand new house. It is obvious they have impeccable standards and have a very high attention to detail, ensuring every last inch was completely spotless. They were also very good value for money- I even gave them a small tip to thank them for their hard work. I would 100% recommend anyone to to use them.

I booked an end of Tenancy cleanup for a two bedroom flat and the work was done professionally and the place now looks amazing, Nicole and Marius did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.

The lovely Diana and Alex did an End of Tenancy deep clean for us, and they were fantastic. They arrived exactly on time and the end result was great. The lady from the checkout company immediately commented on how spotless the flat was! Thanks for doing a great job, guys. Highly recommended!

Diana and Alex carried out a deep clean for my property prior to new tenants arriving. The actually cleaning was superb and I would highly recommend them. The only downside was the office and booking system. The poor couple had to travel from Wimbledon to sidcup after waiting for the previous client to attend and were 2 and a half hours later than booked. However, Diana and Alex were extremely polite and apologetic and did a fantastic job.

We had our flat professionally cleaned for end of tenancy check out. When they finished, the flat seemed even newer than it was when we got the lease. Defiantly a wow factor finish. Punctual, professional, polite and great service. Highly recommend.
