My mother's house was getting in a bit of a state so we decided to get it deep cleaned. Ana and her 3 colleagues from Hello Services worked really hard and transformed the place. Really pleased.

Nicole and Marius were fantastic - great service, showed up early and the flat was sparkling. Perfect end of tenancy clean would highly recommend them to anyone for a move out clean. Stress-free experience and perfect end result.

I was so apprehensive booking with Hello Services after reading some of the reviews and after the first day I started to regret it. From what I gather from my experience, Hello services contract other cleaning companies to conduct the cleaning on their behalf, in areas all over the UK. The cleaning was booked for our rental property in Bristol to have an end of tenancy clean. This basically includes every area in your property, including cleaning ovens, washing machines, windows etc .. in order to return the property to an immaculate standard so it is ready to be moved into. This was particularly important for us as our letting agents were renowned to be incredibly fussy. The cleaning was initially booked for 12pm but after confirming this the day before, Hello Services asked if we could change the time to 10am. This actually suited me better so I agreed. I arrived at my empty flat at 9:45am just in case they arrived early. My flat was located in the centre of Bristol ... with any device/google/applemaps/SATNAV .. the postcode alone will take you directly to the flat. At 10:35am after chasing up to see how late the cleaners were going to be, I was then put through to the local cleaners in Bristol directly. A gentleman who could barely speak any English told me my postcode was "Bad" .. and told me he'd be with me at 12pm ( I could hear what sounded like a cereal bowl in the background as if he was just having his breakfast!). I tried very hard to explain the time had been changed to 10am and that they were already late, that I was sitting on the floor in an empty flat waiting for them. The man told me he would arrive in 30 minutes. Finally, after about 10 phone calls between this man, his supervisor and Hello Services and walking a mile perimeter of where I lived, I finally found them. I am a very patient (some would say too patient in this case) individual so did not allow the 2 hour delay sitting in an empty flat to affect my demeanour with the cleaners. Unfortunately from hereon, the unprofessionalism just escalated. First one of the cleaners did not wear a mask. Of course I didn't expect him to wear one while cleaning the flat but when coming within 2m of myself I thought that would be courtesy. I asked if he needed a mask and he told me he would "chance it" .... Because of course he was more concerned with his own safety than mine :'D ... I showed them around the flat and pointed out particular areas that we were concerned about and they simply replied "no problem no problem". Unfortunately after returning 3 hours later, there were several problems. If you had told me that they did nothing for 3 hours, I would have believed you! The flat wasn't particularly dirty or grubby to start with .. but somehow they managed to miss the most obvious areas. There was dust, hair, dirt, the shower had a big area of shower gel by the plug so they obviously hadn't attempted to clean the shower, an area of limescale remained on the tiles, hair left on the sink, washing machine not touched, kitchen cupboards still had salt/sugar/dust, the fronts of the cupboards were dirty .... The men told us to point out areas that weren't good enough, but this wasn't possible .. as every area was just not cleaned in detail. When I pointed out certain areas, they shrugged and said they didn't know what I was talking about. The best bit was when I pointed to finger prints on the windows, and he told me that windows aren't included but he would do it for a tip... at this point I had to take a look around to check if we were on a hidden camera comedy show. Initially we gave them a further hour to reclean before leaving, but after discussion with my partner it was clear that an hour with any cleaner was not going to finish the job. My partner made a phone call to Hello Services to tell them our experience so far. Their response was absolutely amazing. They were devastated and couldn't apologise enough. Without any further questions, they promised to send round a different set of cleaners the next day. Luckily I'm on furlough so I have all the time in the world to be able to sort things like this out. If you're silly enough to organise cleaning the day you're supposed to vacate a property, then think twice...The next day, 10am on the dot, 3 cleaners turned up and without me even having to point out areas that weren't good enough.... they noticed it themselves. The head cleaner instructed and pointed to the others, all the areas that were no good and told me she would be done in 3 hours! 3.5 hours later, I got a phone call from the cleaner who told us they were all done. Wow ... the flat was immaculate. It was cleaner than the day we moved in. Today we received a phonecall from the letting agents telling us how impressed they were with the condition of the flat and we received our full deposit back.

Ana and her colleague took care of doing the end-of-tenancy cleaning for the one-bedroom apartment I was renting. It was all very easy to organize, they were both very friendly and professional, and the cleaning was very good. Highly recommended!

We had Ana and her team to deep clean our new house before we moved in. They did a fantastic job, very professional. Ana kept me well informed through the day of their progress and was very flexible working round our movers when the clean took longer than planned due to the previous owners leaving the house in a bit of a state. They stayed till the house was sparkling and completely surpassed my expectations.

So much better than expected. Easy to organise cleaning date and payment. Plenty of reminders and contact to arrange. Lovely friendly team. Very thorough clean; very impressive in the time frame! My house looks lovely. Will definitely be making it an annual booking!

Got this company in to clean a friend's flat who'd just come out of hospital. They were fantastic! Ana was so lovely and friendly and they did a brilliant job, my friend was very happy and will definitely use them again. I'd highly recommend them.

Nicole and Marius did an amazing job deep cleaning our new house before we moved in. They were so thorough and left it sparkling. We will definitely have them back for periodic deep cleans and it’s a shame they don’t do weekly cleaning.

The Hello Clean team were communicative with me. They did shift the time from 9am to 4.30pm the day before but that suited me better. On the day 4 cleaners came at 3.30. They spread around the house and were very quick and efficient: 90 minutes later they were done. It would have taken me at least 12 hours on my own. They took me on a tour so I could check their work. It was all clean: my tenants had kept it in a good condition with no difficult cleaning needed. Carpets and sofa were still wet so difficult to judge the carpet cleaning. £270 was a good price versus competitors.

We have just moved into what can only be described as a student house. Vlasta and her team came and spent five hours deep cleaning every inch of the property. They were fantastic in their attitude and their high expectations of what they wanted it to look like after. I was so impressed with them and it really was money well spent. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Exceptional standards. We arranged an end of tenancy clean and we were blown away by the standard to which the team cleaned our flat. It made us want to stay! So much cleaner than when we moved in! Highly recommend!!

My nephew had bought his 1st flat and excitedly we got the keys and stepped over the threshold only to find filth. Cat hair, waves and waves of it, tar from smoking, sticky dirty filth, grease, even cat hair in the fridge freezer! We did what we could but didnt scratch the surface. I found hello and was surprised at how easy it was to book a cleaning team. Our cleaning team made contact prior to the day, and when they arrived they were friendly, cheerful, and extremely hard working. They really know what they're doing and have a strong constitution! I would use them again, without a doubt.

Booked this team for a deep clean when moving into a new property. Reasonably priced. Good customer service. Good communication. They were punctual, professional and did a great job. Would recommend.

I actually did not see the finished house after cleaning, but wanted to feed back on how brilliant communication was prior to the job being arranged. I used Hello Cleaning for my recent end-of-tenancy clean in Oxford. I found the quoting and booking process to be straightforward with good customer service and quick response time. The cleaning itself went well, was no fuss and done to a high standard. The check out with the real estate agent had no issued with the cleaning standard. Only one minor issue was the cleaners were about 20 minutes late on the day. Otherwise I would be happy to use them again.

Top class work from everyone who came to clean my flat. The floors are amazing, the bathrooms look brand new and the oven has never been so clean. Well worth the money. I strongly recommend.

This five star review is for Nicole and Marius who performed a miracle on the house that was left in a mess after the first cleaning team that was sent by Hello Services. We specifically booked end of builders clean which doesn’t mean a simple mop up, it requires extra effort and plenty of time. The first 2 guys were completely inadequate, didn’t have right tools and cleaning materials, and claimed they’ve done a good job. We complained to Hello Services about the standards and quality, and they sent us the team we wanted in the first place who turned everything around in 5 hours. Can’t thank Nicole and Marius enough and would only recommended them for any cleaning job! Thanks to Hello Services for rectifying the issues and responding positively.

Very high standard and completed in a very short time. I had just moved out of my flat and was dismayed to see the debris under things like my couch, etc., but this exceptional couple came in and cleaned the whole place in three hours leaving it looking immaculate - thank you!!!

My house need a good deep clean that I was in no mood to do myself. It was pricey but 100% worth it! My home feels as clean and new as it did when I moved in 4 years ago. I will be using this company again.

The team were absolutely fantastic! Not only were they pretty competitive price wise but they did an amazing job. Nicole, Marius and there team performed an end of tenancy clean for me on a 2 bedroom 3 story house, they were on time, and very polite and friendly, were adhering to social distending rules, and did an exemplary job in 4 hours (exactly what she told me to expect) In particular the job they did on the carpets was extremely impressive, after having a house cat live here for 3 years there were marks and stains on the carpet I did not think could ever be removed and to my surprise and thanks to there very hard work my carpets are SPOTLESS thank you so much to Nicole and her team you have made a stressful part of life just that little bit Easier and I will always be using this company for end of tenancy cleans from now on

Amazing service from these guys. Arrived 15 mins early to start promptly and were done with a 2 bed / 2 bath flat in under 3hrs. Simply amazing. The finished result was out of this world, the kitchen appliances were quite dirty and they were like brand new afterwards including the oven! I cannot recommend these guys enough, outstanding results and the best price out there for the standard of cleaning. I highly recommend using Hello Services and have already recommended them to my previous letting agent.

Nicole & Marius did a fantastic job for an end of tenancy cleaning in my flat. They were very friendly and accomodating (they waited 20min for the letting agency to open the flat without complaining). I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and very responsive. Contacted them on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday. Fair price for a deep clear and also the carpet. It is a plus that Vlasta and her colleagues are friendly and professional. They are experienced, can tell what happened to certain parts of the house. Highly recommended.
