I recently purchased a property which the previous occupants didn't leave in a very good state at all (food on the floors, an oven we'd pretty much written off, etc.) so was very keen to get it deep cleaned asap. Hello Services provided me with a quote in hours and I'd booked my service for the next working day. The clean was unbelievable! There wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere in property! The oven is like brand new, you can't wipe the smile off my face!! It was so lovely to move into clean home! Can't recommend Hello Services enough! They were so quick and easy to communicate with and the cleaners are miracle workers!!

After having our house fully rewired every room was covered in dust. It was too daunting for us so decided to hire some cleaners. We are so glad we chose Hello, the team they sent were outstanding the transformation was unbelievable. We are having further building work carried out in the near future and will definitely be calling on hello again.

I arranged an end of tenancy clean very last minute this week (called on Saturday to arrange for Monday) and Hello Services were able to accommodate my request easily. The customer service team were great and answered all of my calls and emails very swiftly. The cleaners (Faradium and his colleague) were amazing. Although they arrived slightly later than arranged, they called me in good time to make me aware that they were running late, and still managed to do an excellent job in the allocated time. They listened to all my requests and carried everything out exceptionally. They were also very friendly and respectful of the property. I am very impressed with the service from Hello Services and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Easy and fast quote delivered online by Alan, then Katrina and team delivered the best service I have ever seen - punctual, professional, courteous and by far the best result I have ever seen. Brilliant. This flat had corners that cannot have been cleaned for nearly forty years. Dust and grim everywhere. What a miracle; Charles and Theodora did even more than was expected and the flat looked wonderful by the time they left. I have never had cleaners before and would recommend them with no hesitation. Hi what a fantastic job your cleaner has done turned up very prompt the only snag was I was quoted for all my windows done but turned up with no ladders so just did downstairs I wasn’t bothered cause she knocked £25 pounds off the price once again thank you Vlasta 👍👍👍👍 great job

Cleaners were early and outlined what was going to be done. Confirmed with letting agent that the flat was cleaned to a high standard so will not lose any deposit on the flat due to the flat being left unclean.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, they cleaned everything absolutely perfect, even got the labels off the kitchen and wardrobe cabinets, and the stains out of the carpet. We are very pleased with their efforts. Thank you.

The cleaners did a great job! They are arrived on time and were friendly. They gave me a walk around to show what they had done. It is worth noting, however, that this did not happen on another clean we arranged with this company. Also the cleaners would not clean the second oven even though when booking, I was told that the appliances 'package' included everything we needed. I feel it could have been made clearer that we needed to specify a double oven for an end of tenancy clean.

Communication and payment was super easy. Cleaners turned up early and stayed an extra half hour. Cleaners very friendly. The kitchen was spotless - never seen an oven so clean and able to get marks off inside the cupboards. Went into the property next day and had to wipe a few skirting boards and walls around the light switch - but overall very good experience. Would recommend and use again.

During a stressful house-move, Hello Services cleaners made this part extremely easy with their excellent communication (always emailed me straight back and accommodated my requests) and fantastic cleaning job which left the property sparkling. Friendly staff, great cleaning, competitive rates! My cleaner Ana and her assistant were really friendly, polite and did a fantastic job. I was having to teach online in one room and they were incredibly accommodating and respectful. They were also very aware of social distancing and wore face masks. The service from beginning to end was brilliant. The quote was emailed to me, I called up and got a deep clean booked in on the date I wanted. I also had an email and text reminder about the appointment. We moved into a house that was dirty. It hadn't been cleaned in years and smelled. Ana and her team did an excellent job. Everything was cleaned very thoroughly and smelt really nice afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend the company. Thank you very much.

Great service, efficient and very clean. I happen to have a horrible landlord that has been trying to nitpick on minor stains and scratches, but thanks to our cleaner Vlasta, she did her job very well. The flat was like new after the cleaning. I am so sorry about our landlord was using some inaccurate photos to request for a reclean, but Vlasta has shown her professionalism in dealing with unreasonable requests from that landlord. Will definitely recommend this service.
