I used Hello Cleaning for my recent end-of-tenancy clean in Oxford. I found the quoting and booking process to be straightforward with good customer service and quick response time. The cleaning itself went well, was no fuss and done to a high standard. The check out with the real estate agent had no issued with the cleaning standard. Only one minor issue was the cleaners were about 20 minutes late on the day. Otherwise I would be happy to use them again.

Top class work from everyone who came to clean my flat. The floors are amazing, the bathrooms look brand new and the oven has never been so clean. Well worth the money. I strongly recommend.

This five star review is for Nicole and Marius who performed a miracle on the house that was left in a mess after the first cleaning team that was sent by Hello Services. We specifically booked end of builders clean which doesn’t mean a simple mop up, it requires extra effort and plenty of time. The first 2 guys were completely inadequate, didn’t have right tools and cleaning materials, and claimed they’ve done a good job. We complained to Hello Services about the standards and quality, and they sent us the team we wanted in the first place who turned everything around in 5 hours. Can’t thank Nicole and Marius enough and would only recommended them for any cleaning job! Thanks to Hello Services for rectifying the issues and responding positively.

Very high standard and completed in a very short time. I had just moved out of my flat and was dismayed to see the debris under things like my couch, etc., but this exceptional couple came in and cleaned the whole place in three hours leaving it looking immaculate - thank you!!!

I had such a wonderful experience yesterday with some great people coming to do an end of tenancy clean. Nicole, Marius and their colleague turned up managed to clean the property from top to bottom in not only a timely manner but they made the place sparkle also. My house need a good deep clean that I was in no mood to do myself. It was pricey but 100% worth it! My home feels as clean and new as it did when I moved in 4 years ago. I will be using this company again.

The team were absolutely fantastic! Not only were they pretty competitive price wise but they did an amazing job. Nicole, Marius and there team performed an end of tenancy clean for me on a 2 bedroom 3 story house, they were on time, and very polite and friendly, were adhering to social distending rules, and did an exemplary job in 4 hours (exactly what she told me to expect) In particular the job they did on the carpets was extremely impressive, after having a house cat live here for 3 years there were marks and stains on the carpet I did not think could ever be removed and to my surprise and thanks to there very hard work my carpets are SPOTLESS thank you so much to Nicole and her team you have made a stressful part of life just that little bit Easier and I will always be using this company for end of tenancy cleans from now on

Amazing service from these guys. Arrived 15 mins early to start promptly and were done with a 2 bed / 2 bath flat in under 3hrs. Simply amazing. The finished result was out of this world, the kitchen appliances were quite dirty and they were like brand new afterwards including the oven! I cannot recommend these guys enough, outstanding results and the best price out there for the standard of cleaning. I highly recommend using Hello Services and have already recommended them to my previous letting agent.

Nicole & Marius did a fantastic job for an end of tenancy cleaning in my flat. They were very friendly and accomodating (they waited 20min for the letting agency to open the flat without complaining). I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and very responsive. Contacted them on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday. Fair price for a deep clear and also the carpet. It is a plus that Vlasta and her colleagues are friendly and professional. They are experienced, can tell what happened to certain parts of the house. Highly recommended.

Vlasta and her colleague did an end of tenancy clean in my Liverpool apartment. Very timely and reliable, and easy to communicate with on the day. Left the place looking great. They also dealt with some trickier cleaning requests with no problem. Would recommend!

Today I had my End of Tenancy cleaning and it's safe to say I left an absolute hellish apartment for the cleaners. I have a dog that sheds A LOT and had no hoover for the better part of 5 months now, so the carpet was in a horrific state (inbedded hair and an ink stain) Ludvik and his crew came around mid day and within a couple of hours my whole apartment looked brand new again. And as for the carpet, it looked fresh as anything! My apartment was the sort of place cleaners have nightmares about, but these guys were so professional and friendly and made the place new again. I can't recommend Ludvik and his crew enough!

Nicole and Marius did a deep clean of our 4 bed house after renovations and I’m absolutely blown away by how thorough a job they did. They even cleaned our dogs bed!! Excellent Service. My flat is like new again. I had my one bedroom flat deep cleaned. Two lovely men came and spent near three hours on the job! They went way beyond anything I expected and even cleaned my bedroom carpet! Their attention to detail was amazing! My bathroom is now sparkling and my oven is like new. I would definitely recommend and already have to my friends and family. I am also planning to use a fortnightly service from this company to make sure my home stays as perfect as it is now! The team did a great job on my rental property. Cleaning behind all of the furniture and scrubbing grease from the kitchen that had been there for years. They communicated well and brought 4 people to get the job done. Would use again

Hello Services helped us last minute when we were let down twice in two days by Fantastic Services. The end of tenancy clean was excellent - the cleaners were friendly, polite, efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend this company.

Great cleaners only downside is I ask if they used local cleaners which they said they did but I don’t call a 2 hour drive to get to flat local!

Today we had cleaning booked in crawley. Before the work the house as described by our client as "yellow and brown" and now he describes it as "clean and white". Excellent job, very satisfied. The cleaners were nice as well, courteous and good mannered. It helps the client by giving him a better appearence and he feels less neglected. It made him very happy and will give him more confidence. Good service from hello.

I was unsure about using a company for a one off clean but went for it based on reviews. I was very impressed with the deep clean. The guys who came were very professional and equally as lovely. Apologised and said they did their best with the oven, I checked it expecting it not to be great ( it was pretty baked in grease etc and it was gleaming.! Definitely not in need of apologies.! Would highly recommend and use the service again
