Robert and his daughters did a spring clean for us as we are about to put our house in the market. They did a great job, emptied all the shelves and the bathrooms and kitchen were left spotless. Would thoroughly recommend Hello Services.

The guys that cleaned our new house were great - punctual, pleasant and worked tirelessly. We had moved into an old house that hadn’t been lived in for 2 years and they helped to make it habitable again. I would certainly recommend them. Good value and a great service - thank you.

Nicole and Marius from hello services are great! Did a end of tenancy cleaning for a 1 bedroom flat. Managed to get some pretty limescale encrusted sinks & bath looking brand new. Did an amazing job on the kitchen, oven and extractor too. They are friendly and professional - Highly recommended!

I hired Nicole and Marios to do a deep clean and also clean my oven. I was really impressed with the service I received. They were thorough and professional. They cleaned to a high standard removing stains, grease and marks my home looks and feels fresh and clean. My oven also now looks brand new! We recently moved out of our rented apartment and got Hello Cleaners for our End of Tenancy Cleaning Services. We are very happy with their service. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned. Highly recommend their services. The staff who came to clean and even the person on phone who helped us book the appointment were very helpful and polite.

Hello services took on a job for end of tenancy cleaning at very short notice and at a highly competitive price. We were delighted with how thoroughly and quickly they cleaned our flat, and by the helpfulness of their staff

i booked H.S for a full house clean after i had my kitchen remodelled (this included a wall removal so the dust got EVERYWHERE). The dust affected the kitchen and lounge downstairs, but i added the 3 bedrooms and bathroom on as well as it had been a significant period of time since they had been deep cleaned. There were 3 that turned up at 9am on time and they were solid workers. the clean took just over 4 hours and the house was so much nicer afterwards (the dust had been there for a couple of weeks). They were all friendly and approachable. Would recommend for anyone looking for a house clean.

I used hello services today for my daughters, rented apartment she has just moved into. The couple that cleaned it did a fantastic job. Communication from hello services team was second to none, also the communication from the couple cleaning the property was brillant too. I would highly recommend this service. Needed our new 2 bed house to be cleaned after we moved in. It only took a few hours and was sparkling clean when I came back. It was cleaned so nicely and both Anna and another lady where great! Very accommodating and helpful and the place was shiny and felt brand new!

Excellent service was exceptional. They arrive promptly on time were auger efficient and left the house gleaming. The windows were so clean mr son thought there was a pane out of the glass. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had arranged for a deep clean of our new property, carpets and sofas following a house move. Following a complicated completion date, we had to rearrange our service for the next day. Despite this, Ioana and her team were very kind and understanding, and helped me to rearrange the deep clean for the next day without fuss. Ioana and her team arrived promptly. Ioana and I had a chat upon her arrival where she asked if I had any particular areas in the property which I felt needed extra attention. She explained what will be happening and gave aftercare instructions for the carpet following it’s shampoo. The team were professional, friendly and worked incredibly hard to make our new house a home. The property, carpets and sofas were spotless and the house smelt so fresh. Following the deep clean I was invited to inspect the property to ensure I was satisfied before the team left. My sincere thanks to Ioana and her team for such excellent service - I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Had our flat deep cleaned after building work completed. Very happy with the service provided by the cleaning team. Friendly, thorough and professional service. Would happily use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Great deep clean of our flat before we moved out - would fully recommend.

The cleaning team led by Anna did a great job in a short timespan. There were a few cobwebs we found about as we came back in to repaint some areas and some areas of wall in the kitchen left unclean which was honestly the fault of poor paintjob and not the cleaners, but fairly happy with the chances of getting our deposit back. We're in contact with the agency so we can organise a reclean if they need it, but fairly certain Anna did a great job!

Anna and her colleague did a brilliant job on our flat in Nottingham Centre. The carpets in particular look great after the work they put in. We also appreciated small touches like her ringing us to let us know they were almost finished (as we had left the flat during the cleaning). Would recommend.

Simple to book and easy to use. the online service made it very easy to book, then arranging the actual deep clean was simple. I booked a deep clean, the team arrived on time as scheduled. The service was great, you could feel that there was a deep clean, I was happy with the outcome and would use them again.

Vlasta was great. Arrived on time, transparent and easy to speak to. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept in contact with me throughout. The clean was good too, considering how much dust there was! Be careful what you book for with the company though. For example, don’t select exterior windows as the cleaners aren’t able to bring/use ladders due to risk assessment so it is a waste of money.

Vlasta has done an incredible job with my end of tenancy cleaning. The house was sparkly and smelt amazing. Cherry on top Vlasta is very lovely. I am very pleased with her job and would really recommend her services.

I would highly recommend Hello Services for their deep cleaning services. They were very prompt at booking us in at short notice and compared to other cleaning services offered very good value for money. Jay and his co-worker from Hello Services were really excellent. They were professional, courteous, very hard working and cleaned every single surface to a very high standard. The property looked spotless by the end!
