Super professional and friendly service - excellent job even cleaning in places I hadn’t thought of. Highly recommend and I would use again

The cleaners were friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly hard working. They took real pride in their work and wanted to do the best for the client.

I had the wonderful Nicole and Marius who did a deep clean of my new home. They were absolutely fantastic and went over and above; every nook and cranny, secondary glazing that was filthy and they even cleared out the spiders from the porch for me! I will be using them again and can say in total confidence that they will leave your home sparkling - as well as being incredibly lovely people. Recommended.

Nice job. We don't live near the house we wanted cleaning, so have only seen pictures but it looks like the team we hired from Hello Services have done a good job. Very accommodating and helpful outfit, especially Adam Some problems with communication, which were frustrating for a while, but the company sorted things out reasonably promptly. Good price.

I am very very very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning Nicole and Marius have carried out. They covered all the areas of the detailed End Of Tenancy Cleaning Checklist and went far and beyond by diminishing all the dirt and grime in all areas of all rooms making sure that all the surfaces were dusted, wiped and polished down. I was also very pleased with the cleaning of the bathroom which they scrubbed and sanitised throughout. The carpets, doors, frames, skirting boards, windows and sills were also cleaned to a very good standard including the kitchen. The kitchen cupboards and drawers that had a lot of stickiness were deep cleaned inside and out, also to an excellent standard leaving no stickiness, whilst all the kitchen appliances were deep cleaned covering the fridge, washing machine, cooker, oven and the extractor over the cooker. They also pulled out the oven and cleaned down the sides of the cupboards surrounding the oven and cleaned the ovens outer sides giving it a sparkling facelift. I have used other end of tenancy cleaning companies previously before, but "hand on heart” these are the most honest, reliable and professional cleaners I have ever come across including reasonably priced. I had spent a few weeks searching online for a reliable end-of-tenancy cleaning team, having had some bad experiences in the past. I was very happy to find and choose Hello Services! A team of three cleaners were able to accommodate all services I was looking for (including deep cleaning of carpet and cleaning of the balcony) and were quick to answer any questions I had. The cleaning quality was of a very high standard and when my landlord requested additional touch ups the team was very helpful in resolving them under their 3-day guarantee. Overall Hello Services did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results – thank you! ❤️

It was a good experience all around. Good email communication following the quote. Good assessment of what had to be done while at the apartment as well as a good check out after the work was done. Solid cleaning, we were really happy with the work that Nicole, Marius and their assistants did!

I was really amazed by the quality of the clean. The property was not cleaned for years by the previous tenants, I hired hello services in a very short notice to do our clean and they managed to book me in. Cleaners arrived fully equipped, they were very friendly , polite and professional. They call me half an hour before finishing the clean so I could go back and inspect the clean. When I arrived at the property it looked exactly brand new and I was really impressed by their level of professionalism. Thank you hello services team.

Best servicer ever! These guys know what they are doing, well experienced in this field. My deposit was at stake but with the great service performed I got all my deposit back!!! I will fully recommend them to anyone seeking a great service for a professional deep clean. Not only do they clean but the cleaners also advise on how to treat mould from resurfacing as well as take you through the clean to ensure you are happy with everything. Will use again.

Lovely team came to clean my home of 40 years who were amazing. A thorough clean was carried out with 3 lovely members fully equipped that I did not need to provide anything. This is my fifth time using their services for a one off deep clean, I have not been let down even when they had to provide a free re-clean at one of the visits. They are extremely friendly with easy approach. It is like I return to a brand new home each time when they attend even though I have had different teams sent sometimes surprisingly all have been very pleasant experiences for me and my husband. I have used other companies in the past but never close to how good this company really is. They are very wanting to please everybody and meet their requirements. I am very happy and will be returning very soon.

I hired Hello Services to conduct an end of tenancy clean before I moved into my new home. Throughout the quote and finalising of services, the customer services team were extremely helpful even when I needed to move the cleaning twice. The cleaning team (Nicole and Marius) were just as phenomenal. When walking through the house they noticed some areas weren’t on the list to clean but were willing to add it to the list. The house was spotless when they were done - all dust removed, carpets deep cleaned, spiders and spiderwebs gone, and all appliances thoroughly cleaned. They made sure everything was clean, including under beds and sofas, and that we were happy with the clean before they left. I was very happy!

Excellent booking service and cleaning service but even though it was good, it was still priced very high.

Very pleased with the work done by the two men that came (sorry I didn’t get their names). When they were running late due to bad traffic in the M25 they called to advise me. Once they arrived they started work immediately on an end of tenancy clean of my 2 bed flat. I didn’t stay and they left the keys as agreed after they had finished, and called me to say they’d finished. When I visited a few days later, I was very pleased with the standard of work and the cleanliness of the flat. The oven was spotless too. The kitchen and bathrooms were in need of the most work but they now look ready enough for me to rent the flat out to new tenants. A great result - many thanks guys.

JK and his assistant on time spent 4 hours cleaning the one bedroom flat excellent job the bathroom sparkled and the well used oven in the kitchen was gleaming like new. Anna and Zuzanna arrived promptly and worked their socks off for a little over 6 hours on a deep clean of my 4 bed, 3 bath, 3 reception house. This included a deep clean of my oven (which was a full day's job in itself in my opinion!), hob extractor, microwave and dishwasher as well as all the interior windows. Tiled floors and walls in the conservatory, kitchen, utility and bathrooms were all steamed within an inch of their lives and are now gleaming. They were both friendly and courteous, asking me to check their work as they went along, even pointing out potential issues along the way, and rectified one minor oversight immediately and without question. The clean was brilliant and I would definitely book these two again! Many thanks x

Fantastic service! Communication was great, received an email reminder a day before and a call on the day. Loredana and her colleague were very friendly and worked really hard despite the heat today and went above and beyond to make the flat spotless. Safe to say the flat was even in a better state than when we moved in - fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, cooker hood, bath and sinks were deep cleaned and look like brand new!
