The cleaning was excellent - my cooker is as clean as the day I bought it! The cleaner was polite and professional, updating me on which room would be next so that I could settle myself elsewhere. A very efficient service from a hardworking young man.

Really lovely and friendly cleaners that were super thorough and super quick too. Very competitively priced too, I would definitely use again.

Nicole and Marius did an amazing job cleaning our flat at the end of our tenancy. Stains that I never thought could come out of the carpet and the oven was sparkling clean, like it was new. Highly recommend and will use again! Thanks for a superb job!

I hired Hello Services to conduct an end of tenancy clean before I moved into my new home. Throughout the quote and finalising of services, the customer services team were extremely helpful even when I needed to move the cleaning twice. The cleaning team (Nicole and Marius) were just as phenomenal. When walking through the house they noticed some areas weren’t on the list to clean but were willing to add it to the list. The house was spotless when they were done - all dust removed, carpets deep cleaned, spiders and spiderwebs gone, and all appliances thoroughly cleaned. They made sure everything was clean, including under beds and sofas, and that we were happy with the clean before they left. I was very happy!

Excellent booking service and cleaning service but even though it was good, it was still priced very high.

Very pleased with the work done by the two men that came (sorry I didn’t get their names). When they were running late due to bad traffic in the M25 they called to advise me. Once they arrived they started work immediately on an end of tenancy clean of my 2 bed flat. I didn’t stay and they left the keys as agreed after they had finished, and called me to say they’d finished. When I visited a few days later, I was very pleased with the standard of work and the cleanliness of the flat. The oven was spotless too. The kitchen and bathrooms were in need of the most work but they now look ready enough for me to rent the flat out to new tenants. A great result - many thanks guys.

4 wonderful cleaners rocked up and got to work straight away! They were efficient, quick and did an amazing job! JK and his assistant on time spent 4 hours cleaning the one bedroom flat excellent job the bathroom sparkled and the well used oven in the kitchen was gleaming like new. Anna and Zuzanna arrived promptly and worked their socks off for a little over 6 hours on a deep clean of my 4 bed, 3 bath, 3 reception house. This included a deep clean of my oven (which was a full day's job in itself in my opinion!), hob extractor, microwave and dishwasher as well as all the interior windows. Tiled floors and walls in the conservatory, kitchen, utility and bathrooms were all steamed within an inch of their lives and are now gleaming. They were both friendly and courteous, asking me to check their work as they went along, even pointing out potential issues along the way, and rectified one minor oversight immediately and without question. The clean was brilliant and I would definitely book these two again! Many thanks x

Fantastic service! Communication was great, received an email reminder a day before and a call on the day. Loredana and her colleague were very friendly and worked really hard despite the heat today and went above and beyond to make the flat spotless. Safe to say the flat was even in a better state than when we moved in - fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, cooker hood, bath and sinks were deep cleaned and look like brand new! Very easy to book an end of tenancy cleaning online. Nicole and Marius did a very good job of cleaning and also the deep cleaning of the carpets. Very good services. Would recommend.

Great move-out house cleaners We hired Hello Services to provide a deep clean following our moving out of a rental house. They were responsive, cheap, and did an amazing job. We're thrilled with how well they cleaned.

Hello services took on a job for end of tenancy cleaning at very short notice and at a highly competitive price. We were delighted with how thoroughly and quickly they cleaned our flat, and by the helpfulness of their staff

i booked H.S for a full house clean after i had my kitchen remodelled (this included a wall removal so the dust got EVERYWHERE). The dust affected the kitchen and lounge downstairs, but i added the 3 bedrooms and bathroom on as well as it had been a significant period of time since they had been deep cleaned. There were 3 that turned up at 9am on time and they were solid workers. the clean took just over 4 hours and the house was so much nicer afterwards (the dust had been there for a couple of weeks). They were all friendly and approachable. Would recommend for anyone looking for a house clean.

Needed our new 2 bed house to be cleaned after we moved in. It only took a few hours and was sparkling clean when I came back. It was cleaned so nicely and both Anna and another lady where great! Very accommodating and helpful and the place was shiny and felt brand new!

Despite this, Ioana and her team were very kind and understanding, and helped me to rearrange the deep clean for the next day without fuss. Ioana and her team arrived promptly. She explained what will be happening and gave aftercare instructions for the carpet following it’s shampoo. The team were professional, friendly and worked incredibly hard to make our new house a home. The property, carpets and sofas were spotless and the house smelt so fresh. Following the deep clean I was invited to inspect the property to ensure I was satisfied before the team left. My sincere thanks to Ioana and her team for such excellent service - I cannot recommend them highly enough!
