My partner and I recently bought a new house, before moving in we wanted to deep clean the house to remove all traces of the previous owners. Nicole and Marius absolutely blitzed the place, they even turned the stained carpets into something usable. We are extremely happy with the end result and I would recommend them for all cleaning work.

Friendly, professional, value for money, effective (I got 100% of my deposit back!)

After selling our house, we hired Hello Cleaning Services to clean our house prior to completion later that same day. Izabel and her team did an excellent job on cleaning the property including all kitchen units inside and out as well as the double oven range inside and out. The only thing I would say is that you need to specify the ovens as an additional item when requesting the quote online. If you don’t specify it at the time of quote, then it’s hardly surprising if it is not included on the day. Overall we had an excellent service. It was not without hiccups along the way, but as well as being an excellent cleaner and leader, Izabel was also an excellent problem solver and managed to get the best out of her team while at all times remaining customer focused throughout. She really cared about the quality of work being done. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Yes…..without question. They got us out of a right old pickle.

Great service from Katie and Bobby, who were absolutely fantastic. Deep cleaning of our house was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, leaving each surface sparkling clean. Strongly recommend for anyone who wants a job well done and with enthusiasm.

Excellent deep clean of our house from a the team with Nicole, Marius and co. They were on time, and had good attention to detail from top to bottom, including dust collected behind wardrobes and in carpets. Would definitely recommend.

It was very easy to select the service I required and to book it online. The cleaners arrived on time and the job was completed promptly. I am very happy with the standard of clean.

Adrianna and Mariam arrived on time. I showed them what I wanted done and they did a great job. All rooms rooms upstairs hoovered and flooring downstairs mopped to a high level. Kitchen and bathroom cleaned thoroughly and windows and stair rails cleaned. The oven and kitchen cupboards look brand new and they even mopped behind the fridge, freezer, washing machine and cooker. Very happy with the service.

I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning from Hello Services, the cleaner who came by was friendly and gave the flat a good cleaning - but then the renting agency pointed out some areas that didn't meet their criteria. I got in touch with Hello Services again, they gave some explanations (Covid-19 restrictions etc.), but then efficiently sent the cleaner back to rework on the flat, the renting agency was happy with the result in the end. These cleaning jobs aren't rocket science and sometimes different people may have different standards (which they may not communicate clearly enough!!), what you need is a company that is helpful and responsive and has the goodwill to deliver satisfactory services to the clients. Just had a 2 bed flat deep cleaned and carpets steam cleaned. The cleaners did an amazing job, moving furniture, hoovering everywhere twice, deep cleaning bathrooms, windows and living spaces. The flat looks sparkling clean now and the carpets are back to their original colour. What a super service.

Excellent customer services received today from hello services. I booked a clean with the wrong address details (completely my fault) and the customer services team dealt with it efficiently . They were unable to reschedule that day due to time constraints and didn't charge me. I can't comment on the clean as It didn't go ahead but the customer services team were great throughout and ill definitely use again

Good communication from the head cleaner Tina and she and her team completed the job quicker than anticipated, with no effect on the overall result (my check-out inspection passed!). Very happy with the all-round service.

The job completed was efficient and very thorough. The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning the flat and I don't think it's ever looked so clean. Would highly recommend them. I almost feel I abused them for the huge amount of work they did for a seriously low price. Very impressed. Will be shouting their praises to anyone that will listen.

The cleaners turned up earlier than expected and waited for my arrival without any issues. They looked over the place and I left them to get on with the job. They were very helpful and cleaned to a high standard. 3 hours later the house looked like a show home. I was very impressed and happy with how my house looked and smelt and feel it was worth every penny. They were professional, kind and empathic. I booked a one off deep clean (kind of like a end of tenancy)plus sofa ,rug and oven. Incredible fast and thorough service. Very competent and extremely happy with results. Will be booking a monthly domestic clean going forward as worth every penny. 2 bed flat took 4 hours which included a deep large corner sofa clean , oven and all windows

An end of tenancy clean was required for our property. Anna called a few days before the visit to check the details to ensure she had the right tools with her for the job. Anna arrived at our property on time and post a quick tour started the work. Anna showed us each room to ensure we were satisfied with the work and where there were marks/stains that couldn’t be removed she was able to demonstrate that they were from wear and tear etc. Anna also polished all the woodwork within the house on the floors and cupboards really well. Would recommend Anna and team to family and friends.

Amazing cleaners. Best result at the best price

Booked a deep clean for 1pm today and received a call to ask if they could come earlier which we were fine with. We have a medium 3 bedroom retracted house and they were here for almost 3 hours, working hard the whole time. The team consisted of two ladies who were very friendly and polite. They had no problem with us being in while they cleaned, we just up when they went down, and vice versa. The house is spotless and they even cleaned the oven, which would have been a call out job on its on. They offered us to check around before taking payment, and didn’t even count the money. It was all there! Really professional, polite and thorough. Would definitely use them again and can recommend them 100%

Had an excellent experience just like the previous occasion I used Hello Service Cleaners. This time it was a different team but exactly same result. Yes amazing cleaning team that attended my property and I really recommend this company to anyone that would like a one of deep clean. And great customer service from (Mariam) that was dealing with my booking and even when I was getting confused by the emails she reassured me with a phone call. The cleaners however were 45 minutes late which was disappointing but the results were fantastic.
