Wanted a one off deep clean. The team were extremely thorough and I could not find anything that missed. Cleaned to a high standard and were very patient with us as I had to hold up their work while I moved boxes around due the my house move.

End of tenancy clean at flat. Left the place very clean. Good, thorough job and friendly service.

The trio of cleaners arrived on time, introduced themselves & after looking round the property got to work. They were very professional and did a realy good job. Overall excellent.

Happy with the cleaning service. It was a difficult job to do and the 3 x cleaners did a good job. They were running later but called before hand to confirm the new arrival time which wasn’t a problem.

Very satisfied! They managed to book me in for the next day after I was let down by a different provider. The cleaners were very professional, communicative, and friendly. Every single detail was paid attention to and they called me half an hour before leaving the property to ensure I was going back to inspect the property before leaving. Highly recommended

We moved into a new apartment and the previous owners had left it in a state of utter disarray and filth. A Google search signposted us to Hello Cleaners and from the very first web contact to completion of an excellent deep clean took just two days - impressive stuff! Thoroughly recommended.

Following a renovation project we booked an End of Builders clean including our upholstery steam cleaning. Very easy booking online and loved being able to specify areas for cleaning. Miroslav (LS12) arrived ahead of schedule and conducted a walk around and confirmation of cleaning to be done before starting. 3.5 hours later and WOW!! Could not have been happier with the results. The house smelled so clean, the upholstery was back to looking as good as new and the attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommended and a big thank you to Miroslav and his team for a superb service

Had a clear and thorough explanation on the services provided during quotation period over the phone. David and wife arrived late but had contacted to inform of their delay which gave me time to do other things instead of waiting. Good communication there. Both did a good and thorough house cleaning. They both checked with me if I was happy with the cleaning level and was super satisfactory. They did not rush through but did a good job.

Smit was a brilliant cleaners. They turned up early worked quickly and did a really good job. I would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting and exit clean of their home. Thank you both so much x

Oh WOW this was money well spent!!! Booked for deep clean as moving house. Team of 3 turned up and blitzed the place. High dusting, cleaning all internal windows, skirting boards wiped down, all kitchen cupboards wiped down,hoovering, cleaned oven and washing machine. Worked around our removals team and we're very personable. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Our cleaners were late, but once they arrived they did a spectacular job. Every single thing in our house is now sparkling! Adriana and her colleague were wonderful, and even took the time to say hi to our little boy.

The whole service was amazing!! Miriam helped me booking the most accurate service for my needs and then sent this lovely guy named Ahmed who seriously made our flat look SPOTLESS!! I did require an end of tenancy cleaning and sadly the previous tenants weren’t the cleanest. Will definitely be using this company in the future and absolutely recommend it.

I had end of tenancy cleaning at the beginning of the month. Amy and her colleague did an excellent job. The website was really easy to use and get a quote. I forgot to include appliance cleaning when booking online but Amy noticed this and was able to add it on. I would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Very happy with this service. Halwest and MD were excellent. The flat looks brand new and they did an amazing job with the bathroom and kitchen. I was especially impressed at how they cleaned the oven and fridge freezer. Great guys, great job

Delighted with this service. The two cleaners, Halwest and MD were excellent. Very thorough cleaners. Couldn’t be better. In addition they were punctual and courteous, and even ran over the expected time to make sure everything was done. Very happy withe outcome.

Thank you so much to Miriam, Reem and staff for a superb Deep Clean of my daughter and family’s home in preparation for the discharge of a child from hospital. A long vigil of 24 hr hospital attendance does not leave much time for house cleaning - then suddenly all has to be clean and spotless in preparation to welcome home a sick child. When the situation was explained to Miriam she immediately pulled out all the stops and sent in her team the very next day. They did an excellent job including carpet, oven and window cleaning - all those jobs that you just dread having to do especially when time is limited. The compassionate and rapid attention and fantastic and professional clean of this company took a weight from my family’s shoulders and enabled them to get on with the other things needed to prepare for my Great Grandson’s hoped for homecoming. Hello Services were amazing, responded promptly to my request, and the wonderful cleaners we had on a bank holiday were brilliant. This was a clean needed prior to us moving in, I was very disappointed with the way the letting agents had left the flat, however after the clean, I now feel completely at home. The guys were brilliant, our oven was particularly dirty but you could see they were perfectionists and wanted to get it right no matter how long it took them. Really impressed with the service today

I used their services for a one off end of tenancy clean by Smit. They arrived on time, they worked very quickly and left the flat clean. A couple of small things I would change would be slightly deeper clean of the floors but overall I was happy. I would recommend them and use them again.
