Negative they were late. I had to call to chase. Positive my house was a filled with builders dust everywhere. 3 cleaners arrived and cleaned the my ex building site back to a house to lay carpet. Yes very happy with the service and would recommend. Wish I had photos.

Booked the team for a one off deep clean. I could specify exactly what I wanted done in each room and receive a clear quote, which I could tailor easily. Once confirmed I found the payment and booking process straightforward. Izabela was my main contact, there was clear communication throughout and the team did a brilliant job, exactly what I was after. They brought all their equipment and worked very efficiently.

I can't show you pictures cuz we can't get back in the accommodation but we are so happy. Cleaner was really good left the house in a great condition, I booked this service for the first time for my end of tenancy cleaning. I will definitely be using again! Apart from one stain in the carpet, it looks like I never lived there!

The couple who cleaner my mum’s house morning were absolutely brilliant. Hello Services did a fantastic job in my bungalow. The windows sparkle inside, there are no fingerprints anywhere and my lounge carpet looks new. Even my garage, which was full of cobwebs, is clean enough to eat in. I would totally recommend them. Lovely people, excellent workers.

Adriana and constantine came to my house for end of tenency clean of bathroom shower and oven. They were friendly, polite and very professional. Their work was to a very high standard, they arrived on time and communication from the booking to the end of the job was good. Great service. Good communication in the lead up to our appointment. Arrived on time. Clarified what was to be cleaned and then got in with it! The ovens are like new again and our whole kitchen is sparkling clean. I would definitely use again

Best service as always! I had a very positive experience with HelloService. I first used their service two years ago for the end of tenancy cleaning of my flat in Edinburgh, where I had lived for six years. I was quite nervous, as the property had been occupied for a long time, but HelloService delivered a very high standard of cleaning. The end of tenancy inspection was passed at the first attempt, and both my landlord and I were very satisfied with the result. I was genuinely impressed. More recently, when I needed an end of tenancy clean for my flat in Cambridge, I did not hesitate to contact HelloService again. I was pleased that they still had my records and even offered a returning customer discount. Although the price was slightly higher than before, I was happy to proceed given my previous experience, especially as they provide a seven-day guarantee, which not many companies offer. While the first team did not fully meet the expected standard, the company responded quickly and arranged a re-clean the very next day. I really appreciated this prompt response. Denisse and her team in Cambridge delivered an excellent service. They carefully followed the checkout report, addressed all the issues in detail and carried out a thorough clean across the entire flat. The overall standard was very high and the property is now in very good condition. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and reliability of the company. I also enquired about a regular monthly cleaning service and, although this is not something they currently offer, I would certainly have considered using them for this as well. This is not the first time I have used HelloService and my experience has consistently been positive. I would highly recommend their services and would happily use them again in the future.

Amazing experience with this company. Booked the cleaning with 3 or 4 days notice. Easy to book, easy to select options about what needed to be cleaned. The team of 3 girls got there on time and what I thougth it would take, at least for me, 3 or 4h it was done in 1.5h. Checked the flat and it was spotless, checked the oven and it was like new, the bathroom like never used. Definitively would recommend it and use the service again. Thank you

Really pleased with the service I received at very little notice. I booked the appointment on 31/3 for a deep clean to take place the following afternoon. Adriana called me in the morning and asked if it would be ok for her to arrive earlier, which was even better. They arrived at new time agreed and I left as the property is not currently lived in. I received a call about 3 hours later to tell me that they were nearly finished so I went back and I could not believe the difference. For context the 2 bed flat was extremely dirty, I wish I had before and after pictures to show the difference that they have made. They worked so hard and I couldnt be happier with the results. I will be using again and recommending to others. Thank you!

The team of three young lads arrived from HELLO SERVICES at the scheduled time and started work to deep clean straight away. They were courteous, polite, very professional treated us and our bungalow and contents with the greatest respect. Also, they obviously had great pride in their work and turned our dull bungalow into a sparkling paradise. The booking process was easy, and their communication was good with both emails, phone calls and reminders. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. It was well worth the money we paid and was a great experience.

Great communication, extremely reliable, fantastic price and an amazing cleaning services provided. My house is sparkling from top to bottom. The ladies waited and asked if I would like to take a look around before they left, to inspect their work. They paid so much attention to everything, they even cleaned the tracks on the inside of my blinds. I highly recommend 👌🏻

Efficient service and friendly staff. Quoting process was quick and easy, and was the best price I found locally. They subcontracted to a small local firm, who turned up promptly, worked incredibly hard, and managed to fit way more furniture in a Luton than I thought possible. They were creative in solving issues of things not fitting down the stairs and lowered them out the window with a strap. Really pleased with the service!

I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Hello services on 04/03/26 . It was so easy to get a quote and make the booking, I had excellent communication with the team regarding some queries. Milad and his colleague arrived on within time, despite initially they went to a different postcode so I had to redirect them to my property. They finished in two hours and did a great job! I would be more satisfied if they paid attention in more detailed cleaning but otherwise all good.

Great service from the guys who came to give our little flat an end of tenancy clean. Popped back the next day and it was spotless! Oven looked brand new. Very confident we'll be getting our deposit back thanks to these guys

Manu and Sara were the ladies that attended my clean Saturday afternoon. They both did an amazing job, they were very efficient. I recently had a baby and suffer wrist problems, both ladies went above and beyond in cleaning under the sofa, in/out under TV stand, all bathroom tiles and removed limescale and much more. I have windows from floor to cleaning, they managed to do all 6 large windows. Thank you so much for your service. I wish to do deep clean at least once a year with this company. And for added bonus, they came with ALL their cleaning products and tools unlike other companies charge per equipment. Deffo will recommend them 🌟

Very pleased with the deep clean Hello Services provided for my new home. Once they got started they were quick and efficient and left the place looking and smelling fresh. The cleaners that came were friendly to deal with. My only quibble is that they were a little late for the appointment but that didn't impact too much. Overall - pleased with the service - particularly the ease of booking and getting an itemised quote for the work done.

The service and results were very good. We gave them a probably harder job than others for a small apartment deep clean that was still cluttered by the many belongings of the person living in it. They took to the job well, worked hard over many hours and produced very acceptable results. The only issue which they should correct is that we followed the following process: agreed proposal of works, cost, guarantees etc. The cleaners came to the apartment, looked around, agreed what they could and could not do, and then they got on with their work. A small time in to the job, I received a call from their head office saying that they had to withdraw the cleaning guarantee ie to return to resolve if I wasnt happy with the job. They said the apartment was too cluttered. This behaviour was unacceptable. We agreed the job, they looked at the apartment before proceeding, and we agreed on what was not possible, and then I received that call. But again, overall, I recommend them for general very good service and cleaning.

Had a deep clean performed this morning by mr Ismael and mr Ali and what an absolutely incredible and marvelous job they did . The house was extremely dirty and unkept and they left it sparkling new . Extremely polite, professional and efficient. A couple of very nice cleaner staff came to clean my new rental property before I formally moved in. The house was not in the best state when they started, but after they were done with the property the house was looking tops! Highly recommend this company. Will use them again in future. The admin team were responsive and answered emails promptly.

They never gave up until the look was more space saving. I can now access the office area to study My degree coursework at home. All rubbish accumulated was also kindly removed.

Buying a new house, you never know what you're going to arrive to. However, with Hello Services, we were able to get the house cleaned top to bottom (as it was empty) before we moved in, meaning we had a clean home to arrive to. Hello services came to clean out our apartment that we vacated on Monday 2nd February 2026. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure that the place was completely spotless and ready for the next resident. I booked a deep cleaning service with Hello Service Ltd for a client I support. Their cleaners arrived on time, and Sardar and his colleague did an excellent job, especially considering how dirty and cluttered the flat was. Before starting, they thoroughly assessed the property and clearly explained what could and couldn’t be cleaned. For example, they pointed out that some stains on the walls couldn’t be washed without removing the paint, as it wasn’t washable paint, and that certain areas with wallpaper required careful handling. I appreciated their honesty and professional observations, and I agreed to the work as advised. They completed the job to a high standard. The quote was also very reasonable—just under £300, whereas some other companies quoted over £3,000. Overall, I’m very pleased with their service!
