Spotless clean, excellent job by Halwest

The Salar Team did such an amazing job at our house when we moved out. They went above and beyond to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned for the new owners and could not fault it, perfect service. I was worried about other negative views saying they had no shows so got in touch with Hello Services the day before and they put me in touch with the cleaning team so I had assurance they were coming. They arrived 10 minutes early so we were very impressed.

This is my first for all, Renting a property, having the end of tenancy service. The cleaners Cosmina and Gabriela arrived right at the time. Had some issues with the parking availability, but that was sorted out in quick time. Both the cleaners did their job to the best. There was miscommunication in the agreement as the Hob was not included and a double oven is included (which the property does not have), however the cleaners were polite and agreed to clean the Hob. A couple of hours later, there was the property check out inspection and there were few observations called out by the inspection guy (I felt most of them are pretty rude). The property manager spoke to Waqas from Hello Services and he arranged to clean the property again. Finally once everything is done, I got my deposit back. Thanks to Waqas for handling the situation with property manager and thanks to Cosmina and Gabriela, who did the best job.

The kindness showed talking to mum, with dementia. Was amazing. Pricing was fair, but the work done was Superb. Definite Recommend.

Loqman and his partner arrived today to do a deep clean of my property as due to full time job and raising a demanding toddler our house fell into a bit of neglect. They were friendly and produced excellent result. I’m very happy with how much was done and quality of the clean. Thank you!

I took possession of a two bedroom flat in Frogmore and my furniture was due to come out of storage three days later. The flat was quite dirty and dusty so, at very short notice, two guys Mustafa and Aman arrived and spent three hours deep cleaning every part of the flat including both bathrooms, internal windows and vacuuming and shampooing the carpets. The kitchen was especially impressive. They worked extremely hard and produced an excellent result. I could not be happier. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I was absolutely delighted by the service from the minute I made the booking, which was so easy to when I returned home to my wonderfully clean, fresh flat. The people who cleaned the flat were polite and professional and extremely hard working. I am so pleased I used this company and will certainly use them again. Smit and another lady visited my apartment today for a deep cleaning, both of them were extremely professional and were able to get a huge amount of work done in only three hours. They were both very friendly, and I would definitely hire them again. Everything is tidy and clean, their work was excellent, I appreciate their effort and their hard work to make my home spotless before my end of tenancy. Great work all around, they were lovely people.

Constantin and his team of ladies from “Hello Services”, completed an “end of tenancy” clean for us today in Hylton Road Worcester. I cannot recommend highly enough this team and the company as well, their attention to detail was exceptional, and they completed it to a much higher quality level than I thought they could ever achieve, after 4 years of a lot of furniture not being moved. A few nasty wine stains, and discolouration between where the sofas were, rugs down, all miraculously disappeared 😊. …. The price for cleaning a 3 bedroom house was well worth it … it would have taken me days to get nowhere near their quality … real professionals. The landlord is happy as well, as he has only a little bit if painting to do, and doesn’t have to worry about the cleaning. Thanks again Constantin, and thank your ladies as well 👍👍

MD's (Mahdi) team came to deep clean for us after we bought our first house and the seller left it in a horrible state. They did an AMAZING job! Not a speck of dust left, all the grime gone, sparkling windows, the carpets are a whole different colour after a shampoo, and the appliances are actually white again. Moved in to a new flat that required a good clean. The Hello team did a fantastic job. Mehdi was efficient and professional. The place looked amazing after it was finished. I highly recommend.

Halwest and his team did a great end of Tenancy clean. They made sure that everything on the contract was cleaned thoroughly and all the appliances looked like new, including the inside of the oven. They were very helpful and wanted to be sure that everything was done to the highest standard. Would definitely recommend this team.

Ordered a full clean; carpets, windows, bathroom, kitchen ( with appliances ). Not long after putting the cleaning request, I was contacted by Hannah, one of the team that we were assigned. She and her colleague showed up at the agreed time frame and promptly got to work in a professional and courteous manner while my partner looked after our dog. After a few hours in 30°c weather our house has honestly never looked do clean and presented in the 5 years we've been in our rented home. I couldn't rate their service high enough and they honestly deserve the fee they charge. Absolutely phenomenal service. I would 100% recommend them.

Hannah and her colleague were very efficient in cleaning our 3 bed house at the end of our tenancy. The oven needed a really good scrub and it was spotless after they left. Their hard work meant that we got our bond back, from a very strict landlord !

I booked for a house deep cleaning job with Hello. They called on the day to say the cleaner was ill. Postponed to 3 days later, no one turned up and when I called, it seemed the cleaner was still ill. I was starting to get really annoyed and thought I would be doing a very bad review. But after the job was done, I cannot but give full 5 stars for the team which did it. Constantin, his wife Adriana and their team did a marvellous job! So if you live in West Midlands and this team (from Oldbury) is assigned to your job, I am sure will get your money's worth... or even more. Totally recommended!

I used of Hello Services in relation to my end-of-tenancy deep clean. I was so very pleased with the service provided! They did a flawless job, and even cleaned a late addition appliance for free! Hannah and her team arrived at the property precisely on time, messaged to inform me they were there, and then messaged again on completion. On inspection, they had cleaned to an extremely high standard, and as such, I had no issues in getting back my bond. I'd highly recommend Hello Services. And on a personal note, Hannah - thanks very much!

Hannah and her team did a great job on a full house clean. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and 2 reception rooms. All cleaned to an excellent standard, they were punctual, polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Booked in for a one-off deep clean. The house has never been cleaner! Halwest and his colleague cleaned everything thoroughly and gave a walk through at the end to check things over and make sure we were happy. I'm delighted, and the house looks great after this much needed refresh.

Mr Sardar and his colleague did a fantastic job at cleaning my studio flat at the end of my tenancy. The cleaner was late so we were sceptical of how good her service would be. However, she did such an exceptional job. The house has never looked better and her attention to detail is exceptional! Everything was cleaned perfection! She even folded the towels in the bathroom to a hotel standard. 10 out of 10!

We needed cleaners prior to selling our late Dad's house. They were respectful of the condition of the house and made it look the best they possibly could. This included windows and a grimy oven. I would use them again.
