Fantastic work by Loqman and his team! Fantastic clean and very friendly service!

I was a little wary of this company as I'd never used the services of such an organisation in the past. Also, reviews that I read were quite varied. I needn't have worried. I was selling a house, and having emptied it, I asked Hello Services to clean it on the day before completion. A young woman called Jasmina turned up and did an absolutely brilliant job. She cleaned my four bedroom semi-detached Victorian house in three hours. She left no stone unturned, washed the floors, vacuumed everywhere, cleaned every drawer and cupboard, and washed all the windows. I just can't imagine anybody doing a better job. After the buyers had moved in the next day, they reported with gratitude how pleased they were with the cleanliness of the house. Jasmina's a saint, and Hello Services is highly recommended.

We had a full rewire carried out in our flat so inevitably, everything was covered in dust and grit. We also had guests coming to stay with us very soon after the rewiring so we used Hello Services to carry out an after builders clean. The MD Scotland team who came to do the cleaning did a fantastic job. They were extremely thorough and dusted and cleaned all surfaces, including my bike which was stored in the box room which wasn't even particularly clean to begin with. It was definitely money well spent and we could relax in our flat again without being covered in dust! We would definitely hire the MD Scotland team again for any other deep cleaning jobs.

Had Loqman and his team coming down for and end of tenancy cleaning. They did a fantastic job and in a short time. Will definitely recommend them!!

Quick/ thorough and professional service. They moved all items out of the way of the carpet to clean them and put them back which was really helpful. Carpets look absolutely great.

I booked an end of tenancy clean via their website which I found very easy to use and the quoted price was very competitive. On the day of the clean, I received a phone call asking if they could attend an hour earlier than arranged which suited me perfectly. The two gentlemen who attended were very polite and did a very thorough job! The clean included windows, sofas and carpets. I would happily use their services again and would recommend them to others.

I just moved in to an older flat that desperately needed a deep clean. I ordered Hello Service at 13pm and at 15pm Sardar & Sedatin Sarwa arrived. The flat is now spotless!! I am beyond happy with their work and professionalism. They were both very kind and listened to my requests. We are extremely grateful for our newly clean space. Thank you!!

I used Hello Services to do a pre-sale clean of my deceased father’s flat. This was a mixed experience. The lads from the MD Scotland team who came to do the clean were great - very pleasant and hard working and they did a really great job. The flat was sparkling by the time they had finished. However I feel the cost was very pricey for the number of hours allocated to them. I also found it very frustrating having to do everything online - I could never get any answer when I tried calling the company on the phone to discuss my requirements.

Yasmina and her colleague were punctual and professional. They cleaned my carpets very well and left the appliances, bathroom and windows spotless too. Can’t fault the experience, would definitely use them again.

So happy with the deep clean we had yesterday. The cleaners that came were so friendly and really listened to us. They cleaned really throughly, our windows are sparkling clean and our appliances look great too. The best bit was the skirting boards, they got them up white again! Very impressed.

This is the second time using this company and I would recommend. Great results and everything feels very clean and sparkling.

Team were on time and delivered a deep clean at an exceptional level. Managed to get stains out of carpets that I thought would always be there. I'd highly recommend.

Excellent service, will definitely use again. House feels like’new’. I gave an inventory to the company but forgot to add shutter clean. I was able to add that on the day. Not cheap but good value for money.

Did what it said on the tin - clean carpets - and very fast and effectient

Absolutely fantastic service. Team of 5 people arrived and cleaned the entire house (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen including oven and fridge freezer abd a living room) in around 2 hours. Left it spotless! Should really help with our deposit, Thank you!!

Mohammed and Ahmed did a total clean of my house after it had been left a total mess after the last tenants. They totally turned the house upside down and made it super clean and looking brand new. They took their time and made sure to clean every little thing, and they were lovely as well! My experience has been amazing, I would totally recommend Hello Cleaners.

My grandad booked a deep clean in cardiff area with this company and the clean was impeccable. He was contacted the day before the clean and the lady introduced who she was and arranged a more suitable time for him. Grandad said they really made themselves at home there, chatting to him, listening to his stories. It was so nice for him to have that company for a while. The flat was cleaned, every inch and even cleaned his cooker and microwave for free. We just wish they did weekly cleaning as grandad warmed to them and is weary of booking with someone else for his cleaning. Reading mixed reviews on here but we can honestly say the clean amazing. And grandads very happy. I’m sure he said the cleaners name Was Hanna. We will definitely book again.

I would highly recommend this cleaning service; they can on relatively short notice, did a fantastic job and were very nice people.

Cleaning services really good - end of tenancy clean. Available at short notice, affordable prices and accept card payments via portal. Would have preferred a little more communication re arrangements prior to the day; but other than that, amazing!

I needed my new rental deep cleaned and got a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule it for the next day! There were supposed to be two cleaners but one was sick, however the one cleaner who came did a fantastic job. He said that with two people it usually takes 3 hours but he stayed for 6 and made sure our house was sparkling. He was very efficient and was able to work around us unpacking. I’m sorry I cannot remember his name but thank you very much!

Wonderful! The house is sparkly ✨️ clean and smells wonderful. I very thorough job was done and the team went over and above our expectations. They were polite and considerate and kept me updated by text which was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend (and have done already) and will certainly be using your services again.

The best service and time schedule! Book to cleaned in less than 24H! We had a 2 weeks waiting list to be able to be back at the property after remodeling thanks to another company, we booked and we received an accurate and fair cost within hours. The cleaning service was great and the team was very helpful and professional! Thanks!

Hannah & her sister did a fantastic job cleaning a 2 bedroom house. Especially cleaning the scurting boards. Friendly and good cleaning techniques. Nothing an issue. I would recommend them to anyone who want trustworthy and completing a job thoroughly.

I was slightly concerned about using Hello Services after reading a few bad reviews, but Loqman and his team of two arrived at our flat for its end of tenancy clean on schedule. Their prices were also very competitive. Loqman clearly explained what was/wasn’t included in the cleaning and were finished in around 2.5hrs. They even through the the fridge/freeze cleaning for free :) thank you! My only recommendation is for Hello Services to perhaps email cleaner details prior to arrival and reconfirm the booking nearer the time, as I hadn’t heard anything from them at all until the day of the clean, so I had to call to ensure it was all booked in. Would use again.

The service from Hello Services was very good indeed. They arrived as a team and got right down to cleaning the flat. It was left in a great state ready to hand over to the landlord. Thank you

MD Team Scotland did a great job on my flat. I’m moving out soon and the whole place was a mess, they did a great job in really good time, I can’t recommend them enough!

The cleaner was very polite and did the job well, however, when he left , i noticed a part on the top side of the oven was not cleaned :(

Ingrid LS12 Cleaners - couldn't have asked for a better service. Booked for the following day. They were prompt, and got to work straight away. The house was a mess, and the tenants belongings hadn't been entirely cleared which made the job much harder, but the level of clean was fantastic and well worth the fee.

I found the services to be very professional, I had cancelled a clean but it hadn't gone through for some reason and the cleaner showed up and I didn't let him in. Hello S refunded the money taken when I explained the situation. Waqas in particular was very attentive and professional.

Booked a deep clean of kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, bathroom and toilet as my mother was moving into a care home. Expected the usual spray, wipe and brush but was totally unprepared for the excellent attention to detail, thorough cleaning and even degrease of high tiles behind the top greasy kitchen units.Extra areas also given attention and cupboards and drawers all dusted. The 3 men worked tirelessly for nearly 4 hours and the result was amazing- I have no problems recommending them to anyone wanting a 1st class service- sounds a bit trite and rehearsed but absolutely true!

Excellent service. Used Hannah and team in Cardiff for our end of tenancy clean. We’d lived in the flat for approx 8 years. Fantastic clean afterwards, place smelt amazing and only took the 2 girls 3 hours. Would wholly recommend them to anyone needing a deep clean of flat. Thanks girls!

Hannah and her sister arrived to do a full clean at our new home. They worked diligently going through the house. 5 hours later all finished and very much cleaner. Very good job.
