Sardar and his nephew came along today and worked on my 4 bed with all appliances and carpets and I can’t recognise the house anymore I would’ve never believed it to be so clean and there professionalism was amazing really nice and kind offered to help with other things that weren’t there job all in all amazing pair

We booked for a deep clean for a house we were moving into with short notice. The friendly team turned up on time, fully equipped and blitzed the house in just over 2 hours. The house was spotless when we returned, carpets given a wash and new lease of life, appliances and windows cleaned. It really felt like a transformation, even though the house wasn't in a bad state to start with. The process really helped us move in and feel like the house was ours. I would 100% recommend the team from Brighton

4 ladies arrived to complete a deep clean. Although, an hour late, they did an awesome job. Very friendly and thorough. Very pleased and would recommend Birmingham

The initial lack of communication from the team that arrived to clean the property was a bit unnerving. We booked an end of tenancy clean and were concerned that the lack of response meant the booking would be cancelled but thankfully after getting in touch with corporate, they confirmed the team had arrived and would complete the cleaning session. Upon inspection, they did a really good job with mostly everything! Sure there were a few dirt stains on the walls I wish they had gotten to but overall the cleaning itself was satisfactory so I’d say a 4/5 stars. However, I have to give 3 stars instead of 5 because the team threw out the remote controller for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. I understand that any personal items would’ve been thrown out. We left the property completely vacant. However, to have thrown out what is effectively my landlord’s ceiling fan remote control which I had separated out via a little plastic baggie and leaving it on the bedroom window shelf is absurd. Not even with us trying to dig through the cleaning refuse could we find it. Having to explain this to my landlord is going to be difficult. So… thanks for the cleaning service itself but I really wish some common sense had been used. Edit: upon further further inspection, the cleaning team did not clean the second fridge, fridge freezer, and the washing machine. So three appliances were missed. I was so happy upon entering the property and now this? Disappointment. Update as of 03/12/2022: I let HelloServices know on the 24th about the missing remote control and the missed appliances. The cleaners contacted me the next day (25th Nov) and offered to come around on the 26th in the morning (Saturday) to clean the missed appliances, sharing that they were unaware of where they had been and that they had also found the remote control!!! The HelloServices customer service also emailed me on the 25th, relaying that they had also heard from the cleaning team that they had been in contact and offered their apologies for the mistake. I let our landlords know on the 25th and we had left the spare key in the same location so the landlords also expected them to come round in the morning before 12. Unfortunately the cleaners were running behind and were unable to arrive at the property until 4 pm and so the landlords had already retrieved the keys without telling us. We were informed by the cleaning team that the keys were gone and so they were unable to access the property but were able to leave the fan remote controller through the letter slot. I said this was fine, and apologised for the inconvenience to them. After calling our landlord (who told us they had retrieved the keys) and explaining, they shared that they were fine with the missed appliances and they would sort that out on a separate occasion. They were very pleased with the cleaning service so we got our full deposit back! And because of the various attempts to rectify the missed cleaning and even finding the remote control, I’m happy to edit my review. The cleaning team that serviced the property obviously take great pride in their work. I think it also says a lot about a company about how they respond to negative feedback and I can honestly say HelloServices did the best they could given the confusion and miscommunication. Thank you to the customer service and the cleaning team!! If you’re on the fence about using HelloService’s cleaning, please use my review as an example of what that experience is like. Yes there may be some miscommunication and some back and forth about things but overall the work can and will be done!

First class! We booked a one-off deep clean (and appliances) on the Friday night and the cleaners arrived on time at 9:00am on the Monday morning. They were so thorough and professional. The oven looked as though they had replaced it with a brand new one! Very impressed and will certainly recommend

Rapid reply and booking. Evening booked 0930 next day arrived. Cleaner was beyond friendly and honestly, it’s like a new house. Cannot recommended enough! No complaints, no areas they could improve on. Priceless

Overall quite clean, done lots of work on mattresses and carpets. Carpets remained quite dirty, which is likely to do with the carpets, rather than cleaning. Mattresses became much cleaner. Though some areas were not cleaned - e.g. on top of kitchen counters. I have cleaned myself after. originally I booked for before I move the furniture in, but they cancelled on the day.

Hannah (based in South wales) was very professional and accommodating. She arrived on time and left the place super clean. Even though we did not have parking space in front of the house, she went the extra mile to find a solution.

I was a little wary of this company as I'd never used the services of such an organisation in the past. Also, reviews that I read were quite varied. I needn't have worried. I was selling a house, and having emptied it, I asked Hello Services to clean it on the day before completion. A young woman called Jasmina turned up and did an absolutely brilliant job. She cleaned my four bedroom semi-detached Victorian house in three hours. She left no stone unturned, washed the floors, vacuumed everywhere, cleaned every drawer and cupboard, and washed all the windows. I just can't imagine anybody doing a better job. After the buyers had moved in the next day, they reported with gratitude how pleased they were with the cleanliness of the house. Jasmina's a saint, and Hello Services is highly recommended.

We had a full rewire carried out in our flat so inevitably, everything was covered in dust and grit. We also had guests coming to stay with us very soon after the rewiring so we used Hello Services to carry out an after builders clean. The MD Scotland team who came to do the cleaning did a fantastic job. They were extremely thorough and dusted and cleaned all surfaces, including my bike which was stored in the box room which wasn't even particularly clean to begin with. It was definitely money well spent and we could relax in our flat again without being covered in dust! We would definitely hire the MD Scotland team again for any other deep cleaning jobs.

Had Loqman and his team coming down for and end of tenancy cleaning. They did a fantastic job and in a short time. Will definitely recommend them!!

I booked an end of tenancy clean via their website which I found very easy to use and the quoted price was very competitive. On the day of the clean, I received a phone call asking if they could attend an hour earlier than arranged which suited me perfectly. The two gentlemen who attended were very polite and did a very thorough job! The clean included windows, sofas and carpets. I would happily use their services again and would recommend them to others.

I just moved in to an older flat that desperately needed a deep clean. I ordered Hello Service at 13pm and at 15pm Sardar & Sedatin Sarwa arrived. The flat is now spotless!! I am beyond happy with their work and professionalism. They were both very kind and listened to my requests. We are extremely grateful for our newly clean space. Thank you!!

I used Hello Services to do a pre-sale clean of my deceased father’s flat. This was a mixed experience. The lads from the MD Scotland team who came to do the clean were great - very pleasant and hard working and they did a really great job. The flat was sparkling by the time they had finished. However I feel the cost was very pricey for the number of hours allocated to them. I also found it very frustrating having to do everything online - I could never get any answer when I tried calling the company on the phone to discuss my requirements.

Yasmina and her colleague were punctual and professional. They cleaned my carpets very well and left the appliances, bathroom and windows spotless too. Can’t fault the experience, would definitely use them again.

So happy with the deep clean we had yesterday. The cleaners that came were so friendly and really listened to us. They cleaned really throughly, our windows are sparkling clean and our appliances look great too. The best bit was the skirting boards, they got them up white again! Very impressed.

This is the second time using this company and I would recommend. Great results and everything feels very clean and sparkling.

Mohammed and Ahmed did a total clean of my house after it had been left a total mess after the last tenants. They totally turned the house upside down and made it super clean and looking brand new. They took their time and made sure to clean every little thing, and they were lovely as well! My experience has been amazing, I would totally recommend Hello Cleaners.

My grandad booked a deep clean in cardiff area with this company and the clean was impeccable. He was contacted the day before the clean and the lady introduced who she was and arranged a more suitable time for him. Grandad said they really made themselves at home there, chatting to him, listening to his stories. It was so nice for him to have that company for a while. The flat was cleaned, every inch and even cleaned his cooker and microwave for free. We just wish they did weekly cleaning as grandad warmed to them and is weary of booking with someone else for his cleaning. Reading mixed reviews on here but we can honestly say the clean amazing. And grandads very happy. I’m sure he said the cleaners name Was Hanna. We will definitely book again.
