Cleaners arrived promptly, gave an estimate of the time it would take and got straight to work. The clean was extremely thorough and put the flat in perfect condition before the end-of-tenancy inspection

Excellent, very clean exactly what I was hoping. Literally looks like a brand new flat again. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars because they didn’t wash the plates but that can be overlooked

Hannah and Charlotte were amazing! They gave my elderly mum’s house a deep clean. Polite and very pleasant, they both worked so hard for 4 hours, would not stop for a drink or chat and left the house so very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Where I was apologising for the state of this and that, they said that I wasn’t to worry and that they would deal with it. And they did! I am so glad that I engaged Hello Services and that I got these two girls allocated to clean for me. If you live in the Swansea area and need the services of professional cleaners, use Hello Services. Hopefully, Hannah and Charlotte will come to you too.

I used Hello Services in Kent for an After Builders Clean. The two people who came to clean were prompt, even in heavy snow, they communicated well, took in everything I asked them to do, gave me a clear time estimate and kept to it, and did a really thorough, impressive, detailed job. I was very grateful and think highly of them. Really feels like I have my house back after all the work and the mess. Thank you.

Loqman and team had done an amazing job for my client who is a smoker. We knew it would be a tough job and wasn’t expecting a lot done but they had gone above and beyond to clean the place. Called in to do a clean after the new tenants advised the outgoing tenants had not cleaned before vacating. They were very accommodating with dates and delayed to allow new tenants unpack. The new tenants are very pleased and confirmed that they did an excellent job. Will use again

Excellent clean throughout my large, modern house by Iasmina and her partner. Professional approach, attention to detail and taking pride in their work made this a rewarding experience. They were very prompt, turned up on time and were lovely people who did a fine job.

Deep cleaning service from Jon with Hello Services was excellent. I had filled in the form slightly optimistically and he took it in his stride and brought up the damaged carpets so well that I might not need to replace them. A different cleaning company had quoted £130 more than Hello Services and weren't even going to bother deep cleaning the carpets because they were 'too far gone'. Friendly, helpful and fast.

Loqman and his team came to my property to conduct an end of tenancy cleaning. Most of the work cleaning had to be in the kitchen especially the oven and I must admit Loqman and his team did a great job. My oven look close to new.

The cleaning team were brilliant, so polite, friendly, hard working and clearly experienced. So considerate and careful, took their shoes off before stepping into the flat. Quote online for a deep clean was very speedy & competitive, it very clearly stated what was included in the price. To arrange a date was very easy as a result of their follow up phone call. On the appointment day Gyuven arrived on time & his clean of the property was phenomenal. We have never seen the bathroom so sparkling clean. We highly recommend Hello Services and will use them again without hesitation.

I found my cleaners to be very professional and the work was completed to a very high standard.

I called them as my brother's flat needed a good clean, I have used other cleaning services in the past and they have all been average, nothing special. However these people are so far above everyone else it is hard to begin to say how good they are. The job they did was faultless, they certainly had their work cut out for them but the flat now looks almost brand new. I am so grateful for them to do such a good job and make my brother happy with his flat. If you need something cleaned then you MUST call them - DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE as nobody will come close to how good this company is. If only I could give them 10 stars..

I ordered a deep clean for our 4 bedroom home. We are currently living in the home and it is fully furnished. At the correct time the cleaning crew arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to see 4 cleaners in the crew. They all worked continuously from 09:15 to 12:45. Overall they have done a really good job. There are the odd missed detail here and there but not enough to be disappointed about. They did everything that was on the invoice.

I booked an end of tenancy clean for my flat and got an appointment within 24hrs! The team was punctual and well presented. They came prepared for the work and were quick to start.They worked hard through the day and their work was impeccable. Prior to this their communication were professional, timely and accurate. Smit and Meghe were the cleaners assigned to us, and they were absolutely incredible. We ordered a deep kitchen clean, and they worked some serious magic on our hob, oven, freezer and extractor hood. The dishwasher is gleaming, and we could not be happier with the results. We very much hope to see Smit and Meghe again!

Amazing job on the clean, very friendly man, and he was even great when my landlord showed up somewhat unexpectedly to take some photos, in fact he waited until she let herself out to call me back in.

After an initial miscommunication with the cleaner and difficulties with the office, I was delighted with the results of my deep clean and would highly recommend the cleaner who did an amazing job with my fathers house which was very dirty after his passing. I can’t recall his name but he told me he covers Edinburgh & Glasgow for the company so would recommend him alone. Willing to forget the contact throughout the day with the main office though . Unlike the cleaner who was excellent they really need to brush up on their personal skills when dealing with customers

We had been living in the previous flat for nearly 3 years. We hired the cleaning team from hello services for end of tenancy cleaning. Before we left, the flat is a bit messy with limescale, dust, etc. The cleaning team come today and they have changed the flat completely. It is now very clean, neat and tidy. I strongly recommend if you are looking for cleaning. It is worth every penny.
