Hannah cleaned out house when we sold it. It was a 5 bed, 3 storey house with 3 bedrooms. Hannah and her colleagues were not only such lovely ladies, they did an amazing job. For the size of the property the price was amazing as was the cleaning. I would absolutely recommend. Thanks Hannah.

I recently used Hello Services to have my late mother’s house deep cleaned. Hello Services sent a husband and wife team, they were absolutely delightful, worked so hard and did a fantastic job leaving the house so clean and fresh - the oven was sparkling clean! I would definitely use Hello Services again.

I came to check on my house after the tenants that left and was horrified by the mess they'd left! I don't think they'd cleaned once in four years - everything was just sticky and awful. I booked Hello for an end-of-tenancy clean. Nervous because of previous bad experiences with other cleaning agencies, I was relieved when Hannah contacted me directly to confirm everything ahead of time. She and another cleaner arrived exactly on time and did a tremendous job getting the house back to a liveable state! They were quick and efficient, had all materials ready to use, and made such a huge difference.

Hannah and Charlotte both did an amazing job on our deep clean. My partner and I was anxious of the state of our house and didn't want to hire someone but they both came in, assessed the job and got to work. Friendly people, completed the job fast and to a great standard would always recommend 😁

Had an end of tenancy clean done and overall the service was great by the team that came out to do it. Windows were super clean and all done within 3 hrs. Only problem was with payment as they were a bit slow to acknowledge that I had paid and so had speak to them on the day to chase it and get my reciept.

Hannah and her team did an “end of tenancy” clean for me in mid March 2023. Her services were top quality. She collected the keys from me on time and did a fantastic job at the old property. She even sent me photos after the job was done. I got back my full security deposit for the old tenancy, so that speaks volumes. I would not hesitate to recommend Hannah to anyone who is looking for an efficient and friendly cleaning crew. Highly recommended.

Hannah completed an end of tenancy clean for us earlier this month and did a wonderful job. Was definitely worth the price for the ease and peace of mind, our landlords were very happy with the result.

Excellent service. Price was good for a deep clean of a large house prior to selling. They worked without a break to get the job done and the standard was high given the size of the job and the level of the dirt. I would recommend them

Booked a deep clean for my elderly fathers property whilst he is unfortunately in hospital. Was advised would take between 2-4 hours and thought price was reasonable considering amount of time & work to be done. They ended up staying almost 6 hours to ensure all promised work was completed, at no extra cost. Both cleaners were very friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend these guys for sure.

We used Hello Services to clean our property at the end of our tenancy and we were so impressed! The cleaning staff arrived promptly and was super friendly, this one individual spent 5 hours cleaning the property and the results were amazing. The property looked ready to move into and better than it was when we started our tenancy. I'd definitely use Hello Services again if I required any cleaning!

The cleaners were very friendly and professional. They did an amazing job of deep cleaning the house and carpet cleaning.

I was more than happy with the services/one off deep clean. I had inadvertently booked them twice and they were very receptive and quick to reimburse me. The cleaners arrived on time and worked really hard while here. Tbh they did better than I ever could have done:) I thoroughly recommend hello services and did not have any negative experiences.

Booked a deep clean and carpet shampoo for our new house, online booking was easy and we could add individual cleaning elements. Had booking confirmation through and WhatsApp correspondence with my cleaner Ahmad the night before and was able to add on cleaning components which we needed after discovering the state the house was left in (including appliances). Ahmad and his colleague were able to come earlier than our booked slot and stayed for 10 hours cleaning, not leaving until everything was spotless and gave us a text when they were nearly finished. The team were professional and we are really pleased with the end result, best money we ever spent.

First time using Hello Services and I was not disappointed! I needed a deep clean for a 1 bedroom flat and the team did a wonderful job - all was pristine, including appliances! In just 2 hours! Definitely worth the price!

We booked an end of tenancy clean, including white goods, and the cleaners did a fantastic job. They arrived early, started work at the agreed time and didn't stop until the job was done. The oven in particular needed a lot of work and was left gleaming. Carpets were thoroughly washed. The cleaners worked incredibly hard while maintaining a friendly attitude, couldn't be happier with this service.

Very happy with our After Builders Clean. Hello Cleaners were happy to accommodate our multiple rescheduled dates due to building works taking longer than expected and the two cleaners who carried out the work were very friendly and did a very thorough clean of our extremely dusty house.

This company are very communicative, and the cleaners actually rocked up early! They didn’t leave until we were satisfied with the job, and their end of tenancy clean exceeded our expectations! User friendly and flexible booking. Cleaners were prompt and friendly. Worked hard and moved a lot of furniture around to clean carpets. Difficult job to clean off nicotine, more than happy with the job.

I just completed the purchase of a new flat. From the viewings, the property was incredibly well kept but once I got in there, it was clear that it wasn't maintained from a cleanliness perspective. Ervis came in and spent 5.5hrs deep cleaning the entire property. He did an incredibly thorough and diligent job. I'm delighted with how it turned out. I'd highly recommend him. ***** stars.

I found Home Services by chance when searching on the internet for a company that cleans multiple appliances for a rental property. There were slots offered even for the same day and a flat rate charged for the items you selected, which was extremely reasonable. Although I was sceptical that it all seemed 'to good to be true', I couldn't have been more wrong! The efficiency of this company from confirmation emails through to the cleaner who attended where outstanding. The cleaner did exactly what was requested from the instructions given and videos sent of the cleaned items. All I can say is WOW, what an amazing company and will have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you so much Home Services!

Two friendly and extremely hard-working young men did a fantastic job on my parents house this morning in Edinburgh. My father has alzheimers and had to be in the house which was no trouble to them . Would recommend and definitely use Hello Services again.

Had oven, hob, and extractor fan cleaned which were very dirty! By the time they had finished it looked like I had brand new appliances. Very courteous and professional, they were running slightly late, however, they called to let me know. They even cleaned my sink and taps leaving them sparkling ✨ I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them.
