Booked a deep clean and carpet shampoo for our new house, online booking was easy and we could add individual cleaning elements. Had booking confirmation through and WhatsApp correspondence with my cleaner Ahmad the night before and was able to add on cleaning components which we needed after discovering the state the house was left in (including appliances). Ahmad and his colleague were able to come earlier than our booked slot and stayed for 10 hours cleaning, not leaving until everything was spotless and gave us a text when they were nearly finished. The team were professional and we are really pleased with the end result, best money we ever spent.

First time using Hello Services and I was not disappointed! I needed a deep clean for a 1 bedroom flat and the team did a wonderful job - all was pristine, including appliances! In just 2 hours! Definitely worth the price!

We booked an end of tenancy clean, including white goods, and the cleaners did a fantastic job. They arrived early, started work at the agreed time and didn't stop until the job was done. The oven in particular needed a lot of work and was left gleaming. Carpets were thoroughly washed. The cleaners worked incredibly hard while maintaining a friendly attitude, couldn't be happier with this service.

Very happy with our After Builders Clean. Hello Cleaners were happy to accommodate our multiple rescheduled dates due to building works taking longer than expected and the two cleaners who carried out the work were very friendly and did a very thorough clean of our extremely dusty house.

This company are very communicative, and the cleaners actually rocked up early! They didn’t leave until we were satisfied with the job, and their end of tenancy clean exceeded our expectations! They went above and beyond and it’s relieved so much stress for my partner and I- allowing us to settle in to our new home. Thankyou!

User friendly and flexible booking. Cleaners were prompt and friendly. Worked hard and moved a lot of furniture around to clean carpets. Difficult job to clean off nicotine, more than happy with the job.

I just completed the purchase of a new flat. From the viewings, the property was incredibly well kept but once I got in there, it was clear that it wasn't maintained from a cleanliness perspective. Ervis came in and spent 5.5hrs deep cleaning the entire property. He did an incredibly thorough and diligent job. I'm delighted with how it turned out. I'd highly recommend him. ***** stars.

The communicated well with me beforehand to arrange the timing of the cleaning and overall it was a great service which took off a lot of stress from the house move. I found Home Services by chance when searching on the internet for a company that cleans multiple appliances for a rental property. There were slots offered even for the same day and a flat rate charged for the items you selected, which was extremely reasonable. Although I was sceptical that it all seemed 'to good to be true', I couldn't have been more wrong! The efficiency of this company from confirmation emails through to the cleaner who attended where outstanding. The cleaner did exactly what was requested from the instructions given and videos sent of the cleaned items. All I can say is WOW, what an amazing company and will have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you so much Home Services!

Two friendly and extremely hard-working young men did a fantastic job on my parents house this morning in Edinburgh. My father has alzheimers and had to be in the house which was no trouble to them . Would recommend and definitely use Hello Services again.

Had oven, hob, and extractor fan cleaned which were very dirty! By the time they had finished it looked like I had brand new appliances. Very courteous and professional, they were running slightly late, however, they called to let me know. They even cleaned my sink and taps leaving them sparkling ✨ I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them.

For a very reasonable price, the cleaners spent a long time ensuring that my 2-bed flat was thoroughly cleaned, especially the balcony which needed a lot of scrubbing. They were polite, professional and paid a lot of attention to detail. The flat now feels completely brand new! Customer service was also excellent. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Great service that was really easy to get a quote for & book. Stayed 6 hours to clean up our new home. Included steam cleaning carpets & sofas, oven clean, and general whole house clean. Would highly recommend.

Had Cosmina and her colleague/maybe mum? do our end of tenancy clean today of just the communal areas. Tbh was cheapest service we could find, as we’re students. We were a bit nervous because of some of the mixed (and some fake sounding lol) reviews here. It may be dependent on cleaner, but we found they did a really great job, it was efficient and thorough- exactly what we wanted. Also the customer service emails beforehand were pretty speedy too. So yeah our experience was all round positive.

I’ve been using this cleaning service for over a year now, and I can confidently say that they never disappoint. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and their staff is always punctual and polite.

easy to book via the company. good communication. the cleaners who came to my house texted first to let me know they were on their way. they were polite, professional and friendly and did a great job. my house was an absolute mess, so they really had their work cut out, but it's lovely and clean now.

I found hello services online after needing a new property cleaned. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They were amazing. From calling up and speaking to Jenifer to arrange the clean to having the clean completed by gyuven and divine - it was all a 5* service. Moving home was definitely a stressful experience, I’m so glad I had decided to hire a professional cleaner to get me going. I booked the cleaner for the day after my move in to new home. Team Nihad, a man and a lady, worked hard for nearly 3 hours (they were even fasting at that time) with no wasting time. I was able to get on my online accounts sorted for banks, suppliers, etc., then when the team has gone, I was able to unpack things straight into the cupboard, etc. It was the best ever money I spent on my moving home event (apart from my house of course 😊).

The task and end of tenancy deep clean: to bring a three bedroomed older property back from a terrible state. Elderly parents had got overwhelmed with years of accumulated clutter to the point where we didn’t know where to start. We wanted to hand the property over to the new owners in a decent state and knew it needed professionals. We found Hello services competitively priced so went with them. However, the real value came in their ability to estimate the time frame needed for the work and then methodically worked their way through the considerable task. They were very professional and I would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I asked Hello Services for a deep clean of the carpets of a house in London we were moving into. Loqman and his colleague arrived on time and were incredibly fast in firstly hoovering all to be worked on and then deep cleaning a total of seven sets of carpets across our first and second floors including carpeted stairs. After this, they hoovered under the cupboards and behind the washing machine, tumble dryer and areas of the kitchen that even the previous owners, then following tenants had never cleaned! They spent a good 45 minutes on this alone and charged nothing additionally, but worked diligently throughout and left a great impression on our new home. Must use Loqman and his team and I have already begun recommending them and Hello Services.
