We needed a deep clean to the house before completing our sale to new owners. I requested this visit at very short notice and am absolutely delighted with the result, and I am sure the new owners will be too.

The people at Hello Services provided a quick return on my enquiry and the cost was very reasonable. The two guys who turned up were brilliant, they have undertaken a thorough clean as requested took their time and did it really well. Friendly service staff and excellent cleaning. Staff called ahead of time to check if they could arrive early in order to make sure all cleaning task would be completed on the day. Great attention to detail in every room and we were very satisfied with the final result.

The service person was available at my premises ahead of appointment time and did a clean job. I was explained how he's planning to do & shift between the rooms which gave enough details for me to plan & move things without any hassle. The work was clean and didn't leave any smudge behind. The team did a great job of the end of tenancy cleaning. The house looks great. We would have given five stars if they hadn’t arrived late, giving the reason that you didn’t have a contact number prior to leaving.

Cosmina and Gabriela turned up right on time to clean 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room. They were friendly, quick and thorough. I couldn't believe it when they completed it all in 2.5 hours. My house is spotless and smells lovely. They brought their own equipment and products and got on with the work right away. This is the first time I've booked a cleaning service and what a great experience. I'll definitely be using them again and happy to recommend them to friends and family. The whole process of booking the service, gentle reminders and right through to the completion of the job is so easy and amazing. Thank you!!

The property ended up cleaner than when we moved in! Jose & Co did such a thorough job and he was also really friendly. I have chronic pain and was having a flare up that day and generally just stressed but he was very nice and considerate of that. He kept me invoked during the clean and went through it with me after. Very professional and also human! It can be a bit daunting having strangers around you but by thenend Jose felt like a friend. The only constructive feedback I have is for the initial contact with the company - they didn't tell me what condition an oven was expected to be in so I did end up paying extra on the day to have it cleaned basically back to brand new - it was worth it, but it would've been good to know what was expected beforehand, as I could've tried to do more of a clean on it myself. They did call me and apologise for not being clearer and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Jose to any friends and family in the area.

Waqas & Team did an excellent deep clean of my property today. I found hello services online and this was a gift time booking. They arrived on time, good attention to detail and clean was completed to a great standard. My Oven, washing machine and bathroom looking new as requested. Waqas and team were professional, friendly and polite. They arrived promptly and did not rush the clean. Spending 4 hours, including carpet clean. The cleaners did a fantastic job on my house, the clean was very good and they made excellent use of the time they were there.

Saleem & his team were very friendly & good, the only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I had to tell them to go over some bits again. I feel if you are there in person the service provided is good, otherwise could be a bit haphazard.

I had an end of tenancy clean performed in December. I could not fault the experience. The service was competitively priced and the team were very flexible with me and worked around my schedule to have this done with very little notice. My job was done by Peter and Anita and they done an absolutely fantastic job. Again, they were flexible and pleasant and I could not criticise any of their work - in fact they done better than I could have expected! Would definitely recommend!

Came on time, happy with the clean!

I recently had an end of tenancy clean carried out by Mathew and a team of two others. The job was carried out efficiently, working off a very thorough and clear list which I liked, as it covered everything our tenancy agreement required. The team came with all of their own equipment including a machine for steam cleaning of the carpets, as the company which I opted to include. I’m sure I will be able to get my full deposit back thanks to Mathew’s help.

We booked Hello Services to clean our new property before moving in. They were very accommodating of our changing completion dates and completed work to a high standard throughout. We booked cleaning services for bathroom, kitchen including specific appliances, bedrooms and living spaces. The appliances, kitchen and bathroom were gleaming ^_^

The staff were very nice and dedicated to get the work perfectly done, they asked me what I wanted exactly and I told them in which they did not reject my requests. This is the best cleaning company I have tried so far in the UK.

What a fantastic job the staff at Hello Cleaners did on our End of Tenancy Clean. We were slightly concerned that the clean wouldn’t be to a high standard, but after the job was completed we can honestly say that our concern was unwarranted. The whole place was absolutely cleaned to the last detail as they say “ they did what it says on the tin”.
