The two girls turned up on time and were casually but smartly dressed and polite. They got straight to work and during the time they were here they didn't bother me at all and could always be heard cleaning. After they had finished the house looked and smelt very clean and a good job was done. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone!!

Ivan and his team were all great. They all worked very hard and were very nice, professional and thorough with their work, they phoned me several times to get into the property when there was a problem with the downstairs door and to check about items that l had left in the kitchen. They deep cleaned every room thoroughly and they removed all the dust and dirt from each room and left the kitchen sparklingly clean. The flat was restored to its original state at the start of the tenancy and the letting agency emailed me today after l returned the keys yesterday to thank me for leaving the flat in good order. Thank you Ivan and your cleaning team for a great job l am very grateful for all your hard work and efforts l couldn't have managed without our your skills and help yesterday.

Excellent service and would definitely recommend. A much better result than expected as house had been empty for 5 years. Cleaning team were on time, friendly and courteous and stayed until they were satisfied, four hours. Price was set in the beginning. Thanks for a great job.

The team showed up on time for an end of tenancy cleaning. Everything was so clean and they left the house smelling very nice, and didn’t leave a spot..they were very friendly and collaborative especially Iban, I would recommend.

Team Waqas worked hard and were friendly. However I had to point out some work overlooked in the bathroom, and on closer inspection there were still some tiles that were untouched down in the corner by the loo that I had to clean myself. Not what I'd call a deep clean, but an adequate job for the four hours they were here. Paid to have the sofas cleaned but when I picked up the cushions all the crumbs were still there. After alerting them to the missed areas they came round the next day to finish the job, which I appreciated.

I was delighted with this company. There was an option to tailor - make my cleaning requirements as I had a budget. The cleaners did an excellent job and the online booking system worked well.

Friendly service staff and excellent cleaning. Staff called ahead of time to check if they could arrive early in order to make sure all cleaning task would be completed on the day. Great attention to detail in every room and we were very satisfied with the final result.

The service person was available at my premises ahead of appointment time and did a clean job. I was explained how he's planning to do & shift between the rooms which gave enough details for me to plan & move things without any hassle. The work was clean and didn't leave any smudge behind. Cosmina and Gabriela turned up right on time to clean 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room. They were friendly, quick and thorough. I couldn't believe it when they completed it all in 2.5 hours. My house is spotless and smells lovely. They brought their own equipment and products and got on with the work right away. This is the first time I've booked a cleaning service and what a great experience. I'll definitely be using them again and happy to recommend them to friends and family. The property ended up cleaner than when we moved in! Jose & Co did such a thorough job and he was also really friendly. I have chronic pain and was having a flare up that day and generally just stressed but he was very nice and considerate of that. He kept me invoked during the clean and went through it with me after. Very professional and also human! It can be a bit daunting having strangers around you but by thenend Jose felt like a friend. The only constructive feedback I have is for the initial contact with the company - they didn't tell me what condition an oven was expected to be in so I did end up paying extra on the day to have it cleaned basically back to brand new - it was worth it, but it would've been good to know what was expected beforehand, as I could've tried to do more of a clean on it myself. They did call me and apologise for not being clearer and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Jose to any friends and family in the area.

Waqas & Team did an excellent deep clean of my property today. I found hello services online and this was a gift time booking. They arrived on time, good attention to detail and clean was completed to a great standard. My Oven, washing machine and bathroom looking new as requested. Waqas and team were professional, friendly and polite. They arrived promptly and did not rush the clean. Spending 4 hours, including carpet clean. The cleaners did a fantastic job on my house, the clean was very good and they made excellent use of the time they were there.

I had an end of tenancy clean performed in December. I could not fault the experience. The service was competitively priced and the team were very flexible with me and worked around my schedule to have this done with very little notice. My job was done by Peter and Anita and they done an absolutely fantastic job. Came on time, happy with the clean!

I recently had an end of tenancy clean carried out by Mathew and a team of two others. The job was carried out efficiently, working off a very thorough and clear list which I liked, as it covered everything our tenancy agreement required. The team came with all of their own equipment including a machine for steam cleaning of the carpets, as the company which I opted to include. I’m sure I will be able to get my full deposit back thanks to Mathew’s help.
