Saleem, Jerry, and Michael did an amazing job for my end of Tenancy Cleaning at my property in Edinburgh. They are arrived on time with a smile, and were very punctual. The three of them, did a meticulous job giving high attention to details, especially for appliances, and carpets. When cleaning was done, I addressed few minor missed corners, and they were very pleased to re-clean it. I highly recommend this company.

I found this service really easy to use, the online system was simple to navigate, the speedy response and provision of the actual cleaning service. The two gentleman who attended my property were on time (always a bonus), very courteous and worked hard to complete the job, even on an extremely hot day! They asked me to look over what they’d done to ensure I was happy….I was! I would have no hesitation in using this service or recommending it to someone else. Thank you so much!

I had a professional end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaner was excellent to all difficult areas, fridge, freezer, oven, carpet cleaning. Only issue was the floor that looked not vacuumed in the end, but I guess it might have been a faulty vacuum. Feedback was given to the company who addressed it immediately. The overall communication with the company was excellent. I recommend.

Dara and his team of three young ladies cleaned our tired 2 bedroom flat today. A wonderful result! They transformed it - every surface is spotless, oven looks like new, kitchen and shower room are immaculate. And Dara was so friendly, polite, efficient and thorough. Apart from the cleaners being given the wrong time to arrive, the process went well. The cleaners were thorough in their coverage of each room so that on completion there was no doubt that all aspects had been covered.

I had requested a cooker clean but had underestimated the condition of the cooker so the cleaner did he's best with the products he had and the cooker is 95% better than it was so I appreciate the work done and thank Helloservices.

Estone from Team Yamba came to clean the very soiled wooden floor in the flat I recently moved into. He did an exceptionally thorough job and was incredibly kind throughout the process. This was a fantastic service and worth every single penny. The crew that came to clean were managed well, knew exactly what they were doing and performed miracles. I had just rented a flat and the state of it was abysmal. The crew performed miracles and the place looked completely different afterwards. This company has excellent customer service. After booking the cleaners arrived promptly at the time agreed. They deep cleaned the flat but few areas needed more attention so I contacted the company and they arranged for another team to come and sort the issues out. I am very happy with the clean and the service I received. I would definitely be using this company again and recommending to my family and friends.

I was nervous about a stranger in my home ( I arranged the visit for while I was at work ) but I needn't have worried. It was as though Izabel knew me and my preferences for where everything should go. She even did the washing up and put my recycling out. Coming home from work I stepped into a clean, fresh home. Everything had been dusted, polished, hoovered, washed and scrubbed. 1000% recommendation. If you want perfection, these are the people.

They went above and beyond, the house had been flooded during storms and had to be totally stripped out. Once everything was repaired we had Hello Services in to do a full house clean, they were amazing and did a really good job.

Very easy to book. Picked my own time slot. Arrived 10 minutes early and just cracked on with the job (double oven clean). Very impressed with the result oven looked brand new, would definitely recommend.

The two girls turned up on time and were casually but smartly dressed and polite. They got straight to work and during the time they were here they didn't bother me at all and could always be heard cleaning. After they had finished the house looked and smelt very clean and a good job was done. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone!!

Ivan and his team were all great. They all worked very hard and were very nice, professional and thorough with their work, they phoned me several times to get into the property when there was a problem with the downstairs door and to check about items that l had left in the kitchen. They deep cleaned every room thoroughly and they removed all the dust and dirt from each room and left the kitchen sparklingly clean. The flat was restored to its original state at the start of the tenancy and the letting agency emailed me today after l returned the keys yesterday to thank me for leaving the flat in good order. Thank you Ivan and your cleaning team for a great job l am very grateful for all your hard work and efforts l couldn't have managed without our your skills and help yesterday.

Excellent service and would definitely recommend. A much better result than expected as house had been empty for 5 years. Cleaning team were on time, friendly and courteous and stayed until they were satisfied, four hours. Price was set in the beginning. Thanks for a great job.

The team showed up on time for an end of tenancy cleaning. Everything was so clean and they left the house smelling very nice, and didn’t leave a spot..they were very friendly and collaborative especially Iban, I would recommend.

Team Waqas worked hard and were friendly. However I had to point out some work overlooked in the bathroom, and on closer inspection there were still some tiles that were untouched down in the corner by the loo that I had to clean myself. Not what I'd call a deep clean, but an adequate job for the four hours they were here. Paid to have the sofas cleaned but when I picked up the cushions all the crumbs were still there. After alerting them to the missed areas they came round the next day to finish the job, which I appreciated.

I was delighted with this company. There was an option to tailor - make my cleaning requirements as I had a budget. The cleaners did an excellent job and the online booking system worked well.
