Professional cleaning and friendly service, would recommend 👌

The property ended up cleaner than when we moved in! Jose & Co did such a thorough job and he was also really friendly. I have chronic pain and was having a flare up that day and generally just stressed but he was very nice and considerate of that. He kept me invoked during the clean and went through it with me after. Very professional and also human! It can be a bit daunting having strangers around you but by thenend Jose felt like a friend. The only constructive feedback I have is for the initial contact with the company - they didn't tell me what condition an oven was expected to be in so I did end up paying extra on the day to have it cleaned basically back to brand new - it was worth it, but it would've been good to know what was expected beforehand, as I could've tried to do more of a clean on it myself. They did call me and apologise for not being clearer and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Jose to any friends and family in the area.

Waqas & Team did an excellent deep clean of my property today. I found hello services online and this was a gift time booking. They arrived on time, good attention to detail and clean was completed to a great standard. My Oven, washing machine and bathroom looking new as requested. Waqas and team were professional, friendly and polite. They arrived promptly and did not rush the clean. Spending 4 hours, including carpet clean. Communication from beginning to end has been helpful and prompt which I appreciated. I recommend Waqas and the team for those looking for cleaning services. Will definitely book again in future. The cleaners did a fantastic job on my house, the clean was very good and they made excellent use of the time they were there.

Saleem & his team were very friendly & good, the only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I had to tell them to go over some bits again. I feel if you are there in person the service provided is good, otherwise could be a bit haphazard.

They took time and care to clean it, especially the oven which I’ve never seen cleaner. I have had great communication from the team and they are quick to respond always.

I had an end of tenancy clean performed in December. I could not fault the experience. The service was competitively priced and the team were very flexible with me and worked around my schedule to have this done with very little notice. My job was done by Peter and Anita and they done an absolutely fantastic job. Again, they were flexible and pleasant and I could not criticise any of their work - in fact they done better than I could have expected! Would definitely recommend!

Came on time, happy with the clean!

I recently had an end of tenancy clean carried out by Mathew and a team of two others. The job was carried out efficiently, working off a very thorough and clear list which I liked, as it covered everything our tenancy agreement required. The team came with all of their own equipment including a machine for steam cleaning of the carpets, as the company which I opted to include. I’m sure I will be able to get my full deposit back thanks to Mathew’s help.

We booked Hello Services to clean our new property before moving in. They were very accommodating of our changing completion dates and completed work to a high standard throughout. We booked cleaning services for bathroom, kitchen including specific appliances, bedrooms and living spaces. The appliances, kitchen and bathroom were gleaming ^_^

The staff were very nice and dedicated to get the work perfectly done, they asked me what I wanted exactly and I told them in which they did not reject my requests. This is the best cleaning company I have tried so far in the UK.

What a fantastic job the staff at Hello Cleaners did on our End of Tenancy Clean. We were slightly concerned that the clean wouldn’t be to a high standard, but after the job was completed we can honestly say that our concern was unwarranted. The whole place was absolutely cleaned to the last detail as they say “ they did what it says on the tin”. The staff were very thorough and professional nothing left undone, we are so happy with the results and how easy the booking process was. Quick response to get a quote, which was laid out thoroughly and was a fair price. Good communication throughout and got booked in for when I wanted to get the cleaning done. The overall clean was excellent and completed in good time. Very polite and helpful in clearing out the property at the end of the lease. They had car trouble and were late, however, they updated me the evening before to rearrange the time and were very apologetic

Precious and her team were excellent, very thorough, worked really hard and even arrived early to get started. For a whole house deep clean, would definitely recommend. They brought all their own products, the carpets were deep cleaned and all cupboards were left impeccable.

Found this wonderful company after searching the internet for a deep cleaning service. What a great find. Everything was arranged via email, all the jobs I wanted doing were logged and returned to me within hours. I booked a date and time and made payment by Bank Transfer the day before. A team of employees arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were friendly, professional and very thorough with the cleaning. They had brought their own products and cleaning equipment. On returning to the flat I was very impressed, the main bedroom was cleaned to high standards and ready to have the new bed due to be delivered on Friday. The bathroom was outstanding and cleaned superbly. I had to leave but feedback from my daughter was overall excellent for the rest of her flat. A grand job .

Yousuf and Zahar were punctual and keen to get started. The flat is empty as we're moving in next week and really only required a spring clean plus window clean. I had paid extra for a hob and oven clean. I left them to it and was very happy with the end result. They both did a great job and were also very friendly.

We were looking for a post building work deep clean and dust of our house. Hello Services were easy and straightforward to get quote from, book and to deal with throughout. I wasn’t home during their visit and on getting back, I wasn’t completely satisfied with some of the initial cleaning of some of our awkward flooring. Hello Services sent a team to redo the problem areas free of charge. Very happy customer, great value for money service.

Great service, although there was a misunderstanding about what to do with a mattress cover. It almost got thrown out but it came with the flat.

Nasreldin did a amazing job on my carpets and mattress went above and beyond had moved house and carpets very dirty my house was shining he hoovered shampooed and was polite professional thank you I have ashma so slept well after my new home was brought back too life.

We have not seen the final outcome of the service as we relocated abroad but we assume it must have been really good as our landlady decided to give us back full deposit;) thank you very much for your professional service.

I had such a great experience with mustapha agha he cleaned my flat so amazingly and he was very detailed left my kitchen, bathroom, fridge freezer, living space absolutely clean! Would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had a post builder clean done by nsar, while he came by himself was extremely thorough, the bathrooms were spotless and the windows as well. Great attention to detail and diligent. Appreciate all his hard work.

Neish and his team did an amazing job of cleaning inside and outside my house, it was very much needed after having a lot of house guests over Christmas and New Year. Neish get me fully updated along the way and went beyond my expectations doing a lot more than I had asked for. Highly recommend Neish and will definitely be using again
