This was a fantastic service and worth every single penny. The crew that came to clean were managed well, knew exactly what they were doing and performed miracles. I had just rented a flat and the state of it was abysmal. The crew performed miracles and the place looked completely different afterwards. I can't recommend this company enough - above and beyond, polite, professional, and a outstandingly high quality of work. This company has excellent customer service. After booking the cleaners arrived promptly at the time agreed. They deep cleaned the flat but few areas needed more attention so I contacted the company and they arranged for another team to come and sort the issues out. I am very happy with the clean and the service I received. I would definitely be using this company again and recommending to my family and friends.

Hello services arranged everything and their price was much more reasonable than other cleaning services. The cleaners arrived a bit early, but they did a great job.

I was nervous about a stranger in my home ( I arranged the visit for while I was at work ) but I needn't have worried. It was as though Izabel knew me and my preferences for where everything should go. She even did the washing up and put my recycling out. Coming home from work I stepped into a clean, fresh home. Everything had been dusted, polished, hoovered, washed and scrubbed. 1000% recommendation. If you want perfection, these are the people.

They went above and beyond, the house had been flooded during storms and had to be totally stripped out. Once everything was repaired we had Hello Services in to do a full house clean, they were amazing and did a really good job.

The service is excellent. Booking the service is very easy, payment options are feasible. The cleaning service is actually very good. The guys know a lot of stuff about each appliance and each room and how to clean it. Prices are very affordable. Just book the service, sit back and relax. Your job will be done and you'll be happy.

Very easy to book. Picked my own time slot. Arrived 10 minutes early and just cracked on with the job (double oven clean). Very impressed with the result oven looked brand new, would definitely recommend.

The two girls turned up on time and were casually but smartly dressed and polite. They got straight to work and during the time they were here they didn't bother me at all and could always be heard cleaning. After they had finished the house looked and smelt very clean and a good job was done. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone!!

Ivan and his team were all great. They all worked very hard and were very nice, professional and thorough with their work, they phoned me several times to get into the property when there was a problem with the downstairs door and to check about items that l had left in the kitchen. They deep cleaned every room thoroughly and they removed all the dust and dirt from each room and left the kitchen sparklingly clean. The flat was restored to its original state at the start of the tenancy and the letting agency emailed me today after l returned the keys yesterday to thank me for leaving the flat in good order. Thank you Ivan and your cleaning team for a great job l am very grateful for all your hard work and efforts l couldn't have managed without our your skills and help yesterday.

Excellent service and would definitely recommend. A much better result than expected as house had been empty for 5 years. Cleaning team were on time, friendly and courteous and stayed until they were satisfied, four hours. Price was set in the beginning. Thanks for a great job.

The team showed up on time for an end of tenancy cleaning. Everything was so clean and they left the house smelling very nice, and didn’t leave a spot..they were very friendly and collaborative especially Iban, I would recommend.

Team Waqas worked hard and were friendly. However I had to point out some work overlooked in the bathroom, and on closer inspection there were still some tiles that were untouched down in the corner by the loo that I had to clean myself. Not what I'd call a deep clean, but an adequate job for the four hours they were here. Paid to have the sofas cleaned but when I picked up the cushions all the crumbs were still there. After alerting them to the missed areas they came round the next day to finish the job, which I appreciated.

I was delighted with this company. There was an option to tailor - make my cleaning requirements as I had a budget. The cleaners did an excellent job and the online booking system worked well.

Friendly service staff and excellent cleaning. Staff called ahead of time to check if they could arrive early in order to make sure all cleaning task would be completed on the day. Great attention to detail in every room and we were very satisfied with the final result.

The service person was available at my premises ahead of appointment time and did a clean job. Cosmina and Gabriela turned up right on time to clean 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room. They were friendly, quick and thorough. I couldn't believe it when they completed it all in 2.5 hours. My house is spotless and smells lovely. They brought their own equipment and products and got on with the work right away. This is the first time I've booked a cleaning service and what a great experience. I'll definitely be using them again and happy to recommend them to friends and family.
