I recently used hello services for an end of tenancy clean. They were quick and efficient with quotes and booking, was able to squeeze me in last minuete. Fair price. On day, cleaner came, she was nice. There was a few areas which sadly wasn’t cleaned to what the quote said, sadly meaning our agency charged us £50 for the remaining bits to be cleaned. I spoke with Hello services and they offered to refund me £50 which my agency took. So it effectively costed me nothing, but it could have been dealt with by having the clean done correctly. Overall for the service i received I was happy, however I do believe they charged more than its worth. I basically paid someone £85 an hour. But overall, if I needed this or that doing I would consider again as they offer much cheaper rates then everywhere else.

We've just moved and I wanted the fridge freezer and oven professionally cleaned before I used them. I booked and paid online. On the day I had a call to say they were on their way and they did a great job. Much better than I could have done. I'm really happy. We're having some building work done and the house will need a deep clean. I will definitely use Hello Services when I'm ready to book that.

Hello Services were booked by a relative’s estate agent to clean her house before going on the market. Adriana & her colleague did a fantastic job cleaning out her house which was, quite frankly, in a disgusting state. The job took longer than expected & they stayed late to make sure it was completed. I can’t thank them enough!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hello services carried out a brilliant end of tenancy clean for us. Booked a couple of days before, the timing was great. Arrived on time, with all the equipment required and completed the job to a high standard.

I used Hello services after having flat renovated before moving in. Booking was easy and I needed to change the booking a couple of times as work had not finished. Jose was punctual, polite and friendly. He paid great attention to detail and persisted in getting some stains out of my carpets.Tge standard of cleaning was excellent and it was lovely to move all my furniture into a clean and fresh flat I would highly recommend and definitely use hello services and specifically Jose again

The company was responsive from the start and very easy to deal with. The actual clean was carried out by Mike and his team, based in the west country. They carried out an end of tenancy clean on my elderly in laws flat and the place was left squeaky clean. They were courteous, friendly and thorough in their approach and if you are lucky enough to live in their area, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. They had a very challenging clean of a very dirty property. It included carpet cleaning and curtain steaming. The outcome was that the property is now fit for habitation, it is clean, bathrooms are sparkling and kitchen including all appliances are like new. Thank you so much. All the grease and grime has disappeared from the surfaces, the cupboards are spotless and the floors are cleaner than I have ever seen! Sardar and his colleague came to do an end of tenancy service after a clean was done by the tennant that was not sufficient. Sardar performed miracles in my kitchen and bathrooms / floors and it showed how much more work the previous team missed - I am very pleased. D would thoroughly recommend

I had a deep cleaning service done at my home on Sunday, and I am extremely impressed with the results. The team (two ladies and a man) did an excellent job cleaning the entire house, including the kitchen, kitchen hob, window blinds, bedroom wardrobes, and mirrors. They made sure there was no dirt or marks left behind, and the entire space looked spotless. Their cleaning was truly exceptional, and I appreciate their professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again in the future!
